I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.

For your sake, I hope you never need to call these guys because plumbing work just sucks and it's expensive.  However, if you are looking for professional, trustworthy, and friendly plumbers who will do the job right and cost MUCH less than your big corporation plumbing company, then you better call Scott.

Scott walked me through every step of the way, showed me exactly where my line was broken and how he could best fix it at the least expense to me!    

He worked with the foundation company so that he could assure that the line was intact after the foundation was repaired and even helped me clean up a little mess.

They were always on time, always clean and professional, and best of all, he calls you back or emails you back fast!  

I hope I never need to call him again but if I ever need these kind of repairs, he will be my go to man forever!!!    I could not recommend them more.    Believe me, I shopped around and got estimates, he saved me a lot of $$$$$ from start to finish!   Thanks Scott

There was a water leak coming up through the sidewalk in front of my house.  I had a couple of guys come out and dig on both sides of the sidewalk and they found that the leak was not sprinkler piping but in fact the water line from the main to the house.  And now with the leak detected, I called Blue Star for an estimate for repair.  Kevin Orr from Blue Star  showed up and spent a lot of time walking my front yard and talking about various aspects of water lines and their material make-up.  He asked a few questions to ascertain my level of plumbing knowledge, and when he was satisfied with my lack thereof, proceeded to upsell the job.  His bid for the job was 1800, and the next day two guys showed up and replaced a 6' section of PVC pipe under the sidewalk... It took them about 2 hours.  Material and labor should have been well under 500 dollars.  I was smoothly led to believe this would be an involved piece of work, all the while Kevin knew that it would be a simple and fast job.  And to make matters worse they gave no warranty on their work.
