Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Had an issue with the kitchen sinks draining slowly so I called A Reliable Plumbing based on a personal recommendation. They are open 24 hours so someone took my call yesterday after 6:30pm. They were upfront about service fees and had two people out to the house this morning exactly when told. Both gentlemen wore face masks the entire time as did we. Very professional and efficient. They had to access the drain cleanout from the roof so it was extra but I was told of that in advance. Everything is running well! I'd definitely use them again.

We called around to so many places to get a quote for backflow testing. This was the only place that was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Everywhere else was booked 2 weeks-couple months out due to Covid. They were also the one that would be able to service the same day of the testing if it didn't pass. Other places told me I would have to schedule two appointments, one for testing one for service if needed. I also left many messages for other companies. Only a couple of them called me back. This place answered my phone call right away, twice.

Their price was comparable to every company I called. It was $100. They didn't pressure me in placing my card on file before the appointment.

They gave us a 4 hour window between 8am-12pm. The day of the appointment, a man called me to tell me he was on his way. About 15 minutes later he said he was at my location, but I didn't see anyone out front. He was at the wrong place! The operator put in the wrong address. It was completely off. The man apologized and it took him about 20 minutes to drive across town to meet me. Glad I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere.

The testing took only a few minutes and he was out of there. I was so glad I was able to reach this company.

I received a coupon in the mail for an early season service special recently . I calle  Allbritten to service my a.c. unit. It took them six weeks to come out and service the unit. Once they arrived I was told my a.c. unit was no good and out of freon, they could however get a salesman out the following day to sale me a new one. 1500,00 dollars. I called another company for a second opinion and was told the unit had Freon and could be repaired, for 3,000.00. I contacted one more company as the diagnoses were completely different. The unit was repaired for the cost of 100.00 dollars including the service.
How awful of a company to mislead a senior citizen and abuse our lack of knowledge. NEVER use Albritten plumbing

I'm a Realtor and need a last-minute fix for a listing. Francine answered my call at 4:45 and was so sweet! Ray was able to get to the home that night and had everything fixed so we could close on time.  He was very nice and reasonably-priced. I'm so appreciative for their fast service.  I will definitely call again.

I originally posted a poor review.  However, i was mistaken in my original understanding of the facts and am writing now to correct it.  Based upon my conversation with Chris, the owner, I am changing to 5 star based on the fact that he handled my complaint in a very professional manner.

He's coming in two weeks to do the job, and I won't comment further until the job is complete. From the discussion,  I am expecting he'll do a great job and I will recommend him highly.

Really pleased with service to install va tankless water heater. Got quotes for both types and went ahead with work. It took the whole morning to install in garage, but all done and no problems.

I had a well known company come (they had a special) to check my air conditioner, and found a leak in the coil. $2100 for a new one. I called D and S because they were recommended by a friend who raved about their plumbing capabilities, and they gave me an alternative which was to seal the coil. It is guaranteed for a year, and one tenth the price. Hopefully it will last me a few years, and then will replace the whole unit which is now 12 years old. They also charge $14 less a pound for freon than the big company did. They are very efficient and extremely friendly.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

Jeff was very responsive, competent, and professional. It is obvious he really cares about the quality of his work and checks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jeff repaired two toilets in his visit, one was leaking at the base and needed a new seal. He pulled the unit, cleaned the area, replaced a broken bolt and seal, set, caulked and tested the unit thoroughly. It looks and works great now!

The other unit had an issue with an internal seal of a not-so-common design. Jeff had the necessary part with him and now it works like a charm.

I really liked the fact that Jeff explained what he found and stated his recommended repair. I felt he was honest and knew exactly what he was doing.

An overall great experience and I will be calling him in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

I needed several floating shelves and an extremely heavy mirror that needed hanging. John was able to not only affix the shelves and mirrors, but also repair a couple other fixtures that were not installed
properly before we moved in to our home. It was very easy to schedule a time for him to stop by. He was done with the work quickly and did not lag. Pricing was very fair. I will definitely hire John again for any work I need done around the house that I can't do on my own.

We were really happy with Chris. He came out on a Sunday, fixed a bad clogged drain quickly and gave us some tips. He charged $100, which on a weekend is well worth the money. We appreciated that he came out on a weekend like that. He did a great, thorough job with the drain too.

Service, quality, cleanliness, & value! We are happy with he service offered by Miguel! We have quality water ,in our faucet, fridge & water dispenser overall he did exceptional work.

Had to call Pacific Plumbing again as I have used them in the past. Love the communication from the office. Both times they were on time if not early a fact which I appreciate. I got Dale again as my service man and he is fantastic. I like that he is prompt, listens carefully to what I have to say is the problem and then addresses is it, is honest, and what I really like is that he cleans up when he is done. Definitely would use them again.
