Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

To begin i would like to give an honest review of LEE's Air.
In addition to that my Home Central Heating and Air is 20 + years old,It does still work well but is in need of upgrade.
So i requested for a Technician to come to our home an preform with what LEE's offers $129.00 Tune -up
The Technician was great respectful and doing his customer service skills were great.
The Customer (phone operator) service was great.
LEE's Air seems to generally promote a great Brand,and they seem to uphold that.
Due to the issues the technician found on my home unit he was forced to shut off my heater. Which i understand an in addition he also explained.
He did itemize the repairs and advised me of the costs but they where never emailed to me for review.
My options where to Purchase a new system or Repair.
I asked for a consultation from a Comfort Specialist. The specialist did a great job in explaining my options.
BUT LEE's Air Final Estimate for install of a new system is very skeptical.
There is no itemization of what your paying for.No transperancy.They give a total amount but dont give the customer
the price of the actual Air Conditioner/Heating Unit but provide comfort in thier brand and service which is great.
But for 20k i would like everything itemized.
But they have the right to practice their business how the choose.
Honesty in numbers i feel is better.
The Estimate did not feel truthful.
The add ons to my estimate made me feel comfortable and taken care off
but to big investment over 17k i do believe transperancy is very important in modern age of information and easy acces to google( Meaning i could look up actual costs)
What is the cost of the Actual unit and how to install it.?
Let the customer choose what they want.
Your brand is great your customer service is great the Company is very reputable.
The Logo looks great.
But not everyone mabey in the market for a purchase Package that would equal that to the anount of a brand new car.
Given the economic state of california and a pandemic.

The entire experience was great. When I called a recording came on that said if you're experiencing COVID systoms to basically let them know so they can do alternatives for you. This gave me a piece of mind that they care about thier employees and their community. Then I got a live person and didn't need to leave a message, which I appreciate, because the others I had to leave messages and wait for a call back to schedule a time. I work still so this was very convenient to not have to play phone tag. When Moses got here he wore gloves and a mask the entire time. He was very professional and took care of the issue. He was in and out in a timely manner. He also showed up on time and I was alerted via text.

D&S AC technician Eric was great! I called made an appointment he showed up early and was very professional and friendly. Assessed the problem and then fixed the problem all in a timely manner. Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose. I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best. Great service! I am super pleased with the work Joey did to add a Fridge line. My rental was built in the 1950s and it did not have a fridge line. Joey gave me a good price. Clovis Plumbing Services is a 5-Star business in my opinion! I had a leaky toilet and tried to fix it myself. BIG MISTAKE!! As an amateur, I only made my problem worse. I needed the help of a professional. That's when I called Tod at Clovis Plumbing Services at nearly 5 p.m. late last week. Not only was he helpful over the phone, but he came out to our home the very next morning to diagnose my plumbing issue. He ordered the parts needed for the repair AND KEPT IN CONTACT WITH ME BY PHONE CALLS AND TEXTS TO UPDATE ME on the e.t.a. of the parts. I appreciated the communication. A few short days later (yesterday) he arrived exactly at the time we agreed on. Impressive I must say! He did great work with the repair AND is a nice, friendly person. I highly recommend Clovis Plumbing Services and will be giving Tod a call again when my next plumbing issue arises.

I approved. I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long. No. 35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245. So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done. We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times. She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training. Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.

We had 2 outside faucets that were leaking. I called Fresno Plumbing and they sent someone over the next day. Bill was able to fix it quickly and he saved me from spending more money.

I was put in contact with Pacific Plumbing Co. through American Home Shield for repairing a 19 gallon water heather that was less than two years old. A technician was sent the following day who identified that the heating element was bad and needed to be replaced. He left the heater intact. Four days later when I called to check the status, I was told that the part was under warranty, and I had to order the part myself. I called the manufacturer, and I was told that they were a wholesale company and the order had to go through the plumbing company. More time passed as who and how the part was supposed to be ordered got tossed around between American Home Shield and Pacific Plumbing. This morning the heater leaked, damaging the kitchen floor and the wall. I called the company and got a bureaucratic response that I needed to get the part so their technician can come and replace it. Absolutely no concern and a sense of responsibility for customer welfare, safety, and courtesy.

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater. Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters. They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.

Two technicians came to my door in masks. I meet them in a mask. I inform the technicians that I took my 2nd Vaccine on Monday and not feeling well.
I have a two story house. I tell them where the hose bib is and request to clean/wash my coils with detergent. I go inside and they go to their truck and proceed to get their ladders and gauges out. I hear them put one ladder on the first story and walk around. A few minutes later, next thing I know I see one of guys go into the drivers side truck and see the other guy holding the ladder and walks to the truck. I get a phone call. It's the technician saying they would have to reschedule because I wasn't feeling well.
I ask him to explain what that means. He says because the air would be recycling and because you said you're sick we would need to reschedule
I said I am not sick, I'm having side effects from taking the 2nd vaccine shot. I DO NOT have COVID-19. So I called Allbrightten waited 6:42 for a young lady tell me she had respect their technicians boundaries because of these heightened times.
I say I get it. I understand if I have COVID-19 but I don't! I got my 2nd vaccine shot and feeling the side effects of the 2nd shot. And that's different from having COVID-19.
Bottom line this company did not do the job.
I believe this is a good case were education needs to happen on the difference between from actually having COVID-19 and receiving the vaccine and its side affects.
Lastly, I believe these two technicians saw how many times they'll need to go up and down the ladder, perform the service on my AC and get whatever stuff they may need. One aside to the other this guy has Covid-19 and I don't feel comfortable doing this job because the air is going to recycling and we may get COVID-19.
Mind you the guys already had ladders out got on the first level, looked at the second level, surveyed what needed to get done and decided they didn't want to do the JOB!
