Tod at Clovis Plumbing Services is the best! What separates him from the rest other than his friendly service and his timely call backs is his meticulous way he records all the services he has done for you in prior service calls .He keeps a detailed record and sometimes videos of what he has done in the past. So the other day I called him for a leaking problem.He looked up the last time he was here ( about 2 yrs. ago) and could step by step dictate to me what he did the last time he was out. He then texted me the part he thought I needed to fix the problem and where to get it on amazon .That was the fix and I was even able to install it myself. This guy is the best ! So don't hesitate to call and make sure to keep him in contacts because his value goes beyond just the initial visit.

What a great company. Snake N Lateral was recommended by a friend. So happy we called them for their service. On Monday morning I called to get something set up for Wednesday AM to clean out the line from master bathtub. The young lady was very accommodating & knowledgeable. The service tech was set up to arrive Wednesday AM between 8 & 10 - perfect! Around 9:15, received a text along with photo of the tech who is on his way. His name is Austin, such a helpful, friendly young man. Charges came out to original quote  Highly recommend this highly professional company.

A Plus plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Salvador came out when we were in major need of help, we had a broken kitchen sink and we're in search of an honest and fair plumber.  We were nervous because plumbers can be like car salesmen that'll say anything to get your money but to our wonderful surprise, Salvador was the complete opposite! He was straight forward with us, incredibly informative, genuine and above all communicative.  His work proved to be fast and solid.  He didn't milk our time,  he got to work right away and fixed our sink and garbage disposal and gave us such a relief and peace of mind! We loved Salvador and A plus plumbing so much that we will only work with them as our plumbers!  And we are proud to say that because good work for fair price is so hard to find. The best part for us is that they are local! I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great plumber!

Jose was professional and courteous.  He performed an annual inspection and found a small defect that would eventually leave us without a heater later in the winter.  Good catch!

My 70yr old mom who lives in California needed assistance with locating a plumber . I immediately went to Yelp to help her find someone that would be able to take care of her without ripping her off. Martinez plumbing immediately responded to my request for a a quote and installed a new toilet and faucet for my mother at a reasonable price that she is totally happy with. Thank you guys for handling my mother with such care and getting the job done to her liking . I'm sure she will reach out if she has any further jobs going forward.

Tony came out to help me with a kitchen leak. He was professional and did a great job. He explained the problem to me, fixed the leak, double then triple checked everything.

Sean at Arnold Plumbing is a great resource for plumbing issues. He solved a hot water heater plumber in less than 24 hours. Had the part and got it installed quickly. It is really nice to deal with professional and responsive service people.

After seeing the great work that they did to replace our water heater, we decided to go with this company to install new water pipelines for our house, only to get screwed up by them.

One of the biggest issues I see in this company is the lack of communication. The team did not show up on the very first day of work as promised. No phone call was made to let us know. Instead, we had to call them to find out that they were not able to make it. This could have been a red flag, but because of the good deal that he offered combined with the positive experience that we had with the water heater, we continued to trust them and let them do the work, only to find out that lack of communication and poor work ethics are the chronic problems of this company. The team only showed up to work for two days and then disappeared for the next four days with no phone call whatsoever to inform about what was going on. Again, we called them to which the owner stated that the work was delayed, because one of his workers got injured during the work. He then sent his crew back the week after only to do a half ass job; the guys seemed incompetent and barely knew how to follow directions. Some walls were cut out by mistakes; waterpipes were not tightly secured, most of the work was not done the same way as the boss discussed it with us. They only did the bare minimum just to keep the water running. When pointing out their work or expressing concerns, the guy always overlooked the issues and tried to come up with excuses not to fix the problem. The owner came out on the very last day of work only because his two guys were not able to figure out the reason as to why the water was not coming out in the backyard. What is ridiculous was instead of trying to focus on solving the problem professionally, the owner was frustrated and complained about him not getting any profits from the project. Well, my two cents was that only if you hire people who are competent, have the heart to do the job, and engrain some good work ethics into them, we wouldn't have to redo the works so many times and you wouldn't have lost so much money into paying them. The job was done with the lowest quality of materials one could find at the store, and I get it, you get what you pay for. But I had to take so many days off work just to stay home and wait for them to randomly come out to finish the job as they were not able to tell me what days/times they would come. So, talk about loss for this project!

I am extremely disappointed by the work that the company did. If you're looking for plumbing services that will take only one day, do it at your own risk. For other bigger projects, take your business elsewhere.
