Our sink was clogged up and we tried everything to clear it. Archie was able to come out the same day and fix it for us. The price was very reasonable as I called many places for estimates. I definitely recommend this business.

Simms said everything I wanted to hear the first time we spoke. Scheduled a time without a problem. Then did not show. We rescheduled and they made up an excuse to why they did not show. I needed the help and did not want to start this process again, so we continued with them. Since they would be coming to my unit I had to be friendly vs getting in an argument why they did not show and then having them in my place.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them minus. They were not cheap and they wasted my time which is even more important.

Once you know... we all have options and instead of going in to the details, I will just say beware, they are bad... don't use them. I should have looked here first

If you keep reading, Simms has no customer service. They have little to no communication skills. We scheduled an appoinment and blocked out 3 hours. They did not show multiple times.

They do the work that is requested, but it is probably more difficult to find a plumber who cannot fix a broken item, so that is not saying much. It is very surprising in a time when people are looking for business, Simms appears to not be interested.

I would suggest to go somewhere else. Not even worth trying Simms, because there are plenty of options. Obviously I will not call them again.

I can't recommend D & S Heating & Air enough. They responded quickly and Mary worked really hard to get a tech out to look at our heater issues that same day. Amazing work ethic, communication, and reasonable cost. Go with D & S and you won't regret it one bit.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

Tod is a very friendly and honest man. He's very punctual, and to me, he seems to be a perfectionist. His price was very affordable. He installed a new water heater and ran into quite a bit of problems. My water heater's been leaking for a while and damage the top of it and some dry wall. The base that it was sitting on got a lot of damage too. He fixed all those things and made a new base. He knows his job well and explained what he did. He didn't even up his cost for the extra trouble. He kept the same quoted price. You can tell he takes pride in his work.   I will be using him in the future and would highly recommend him. I highly recommend Ibarra services, I had to pack a bed alone and he did everything and even helped me with loading my items, he didn't have to. I drove 3 hours and everything stayed secured. So i definitely recommend his services. He was on time and was very professional!

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

I needed a same day visit to a rental location. This was the only plumber I could find that would go within a few hours. Angel was the technician that went to my rental. He diagnosed the problem and communicated quickly and professionally. Once I approved the invoice he was done within an hour. My tenants said he was great and professional as well. He listened to their concerns and brought an additional one to my attention and also let me know about future pipe maintenance needs. I recommend this company highly and will use them again

Jack is amazing. He responded quickly and came out the next day to help with an electrical issue. He got right to work and explained to me everything that was going on and what needed to be done in the future to update and keep my house safe. A Plus plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Salvador came out when we were in major need of help, we had a broken kitchen sink and we're in search of an honest and fair plumber.  We were nervous because plumbers can be like car salesmen that'll say anything to get your money but to our wonderful surprise, Salvador was the complete opposite! He was straight forward with us, incredibly informative, genuine and above all communicative.  His work proved to be fast and solid.  He didn't milk our time,  he got to work right away and fixed our sink and garbage disposal and gave us such a relief and peace of mind! We loved Salvador and A plus plumbing so much that we will only work with them as our plumbers!  And we are proud to say that because good work for fair price is so hard to find. The best part for us is that they are local! I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great plumber!

Mark and his helper just finished up building and installing a new fence and gates across the driveway that runs alongside my house. They started at 9:00 this morning and finished up about 2:00 PM. They did an outstanding job and I am pleased as punch! His quote for the job was the most reasonable of the four I got. The quality of the workmanship is superb. Five stars, two thumbs up, and an auditorium full of applause!

Excellent customer service. This is how you keep people coming back. Tried to use our home warranty to fix our air conditioner and they said it would take 4-5  days to come out. In 100 degree weather, no thanks. I called Lee's in the morning and Matt came out and fixed everything. It is a little more pricey but but the customer service is worth it. Thank you again for the fast service and nice employees.

We had a bad smell coming from our drains so we turned to Yelp to find a new plumber. Because our current plumber was not responding. After looking at their great reviews we decided to call Martinez Plumbing to come and see what the problem was. The lady on the phone was really polite and helped fit an appointment that fit my schedule. Same day mind you!!! Turned out we had some leaks in our kitchen line. Victor came out crawled under our house gave me a reasonable estimate and a great warranty on their work. We decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. The next morning he was here with another plumber as promised and finished that same day!   We are extremely happy and grateful for their help and will be calling them back if we ever need services again! Highly recommend these guys.

On two separate occasions we had this company come out to perform work. The first was a scheduled water heat flush and the second was an emergency sewage drain clog during the weekend. On both days the service was great, and they took care of the job to my expectations.  The price might be a little higher than other companies, but their level of service made up for it.

We had a new Carrier HVAC system installed by Albritton. We had some issues with the system, totally unrelated to Albritton's work. It took a bit of time to come to the correct solution but Albritton stuck with us in solving the issue.  Each and every technician and installer that we dealt with was so professional and courteous. I don't know how Albritton hires and trains their personnel but they exemplify great customer service.  We never felt as if they were not working with us to find the solution to the issue. They worked seemlessly with the manufacturer and we are so happy with our new system.  Thank you to each and every employee we dealt with from the front office to the installers, technicians and supervisors.  While many companies feel they are done after the sale Albritton is a company where the customer comes first.
