Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Fort Worth TX

Alex and Hunter did an awesome job getting my new disposal and kitchen drain unclogged and back in business. I've used ABC Plumbing a number of times for different fixes at my house. I also prefer giving my business to a locally owned company and not a chain. Fast and thorough service every time and a fair price. It's true, 5 star service with 2 star pricing.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! I have worked with so many plumbers over the years.  I cannot tell you how professional Augerpros Plumbing is.  All the way from the initial contact where Leah called me back within minutes to the fact that Kaye then handled the rest of the journey of getting my gas leak problem resolved.  It was a nerve wracking situation for me given the gas leak and a myriad of different issues. She scheduled multiple visits with her technicians Trent and Shelton.  They were so nice and cordial.  They explained everything and even told me about some stuff that came up in inspection which was not correct, so they saved me from having to spend extra money for no reason.  Their pricing is flat rate pricing.  They do charge a nominal trip charge but they will apply it to the job if you have them do the work. Overall I am extremely pleased and I will be contacting them again in the future.

If you want service with integrity, does not get any better than Legacy Plumbing!

Well the service was excellent from the time I called the company till the time the Repair Specialist (Daniel) left my house. Legacy Plumbing was able to get someone out to my house the same day I called for service. The Repair Specialist was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained everything he did/checked and provided different options (quotes) and suggestions. I hardly ever write reviews, but with service so excellent (which is very hard to find these days) this was worth me letting other Yelpers know that Legacy Plumbing is legit and provides excellent customer service.

I am glad that other Yelpers suggested Legacy Plumbing, which is the way I found out about this company, and I hope others needing plumbing service will call Legacy Plumbing. Highly recommended!

The plumber that came over to fix  our water heater was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even my mom, who is rarely impressed by anyone, thinks he is great. Will use him again for future problems.

I've finally found my go-to plumber, I highly recommend these guys! John came to my house quickly in an emergency, charged a very reasonable rate, and did a fantastic job.

The gas company knocked on my door at 8:30 pm on a Tuesday night; letting me know I had a major gas leak and that they were shutting my gas off until it could be fixed.  I immediately messaged 10-15 companies on Yelp and John was the first to get back to me, and with a reasonable estimate. (Other companies quoted an extra charge because of the urgent nature of the issue, John did not.)    

As promised, John showed up first thing the next morning, walked through the leaks with me and explained how he was going to fix them.  I live in an old building, and the lines connected to my water heater/furnace had an undisclosed leak.  He was here for 3.5-4 hours, and did an incredibly thorough job patching up the lines and replacing the shut off valves.  The gas company checked for leaks when they turned the gas back on, and the commented what an amazing job he had done.

I will be keeping John's info and will contact him for any and all future plumbing needs.  He was very polite, fairly priced, and treated my home like his own.

Very good customer service. When you have plumbing issues it's important that the plumber can also be able to educate you through the repair or job and that's exactly what this company does. Spent a lot time looking over all everything and finished the job in very professional manor, clean up, and fair pricing.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

I have been ripped off by plumbers working for big companies who emphasize upselling and not helping people with repairs. Jaime (the Plumbing Force) is honest, skilled and just plain great. He is very busy because he is so good and honest. I don't care how long I have to wait for an appointment. We have been ripped off by Delta1 and ARS both in the last 6 months. Never again will I call a big company that force the plumbers to make sales quotas.

Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst.  KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT!  Very professional and fixed out issue right away!  We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure.  I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off.  Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor's disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don't), I will be calling them.

We have used them twice already after buying a new house in Grapevine. Scheduling an appointment is so easy I thought I was missing something or it was a scam. Apparently they are trying to be like Uber for plumbers. This scheduling app really should catch on for other services. Both plumbers have been very competent and have fair prices. We will use them again and recommend to others!

We had a water pressure regulator installed and a few days later noticed a very small leak. So we called Mansfield plumbing and they said someone could drop by in about three hours. Which I was very happy about. An hour and a half later he came  by to check on it. He fixed the leak and let me know to give them a call if anything else happened. Love a company that values my time, fixes issues and is just easy to work with!

They are awesome. They give you every option and every bit of information you could possibly need. Extremely knowledgable and very nice. They care about their customers. Bids were on target for pricing. Our second water heater went out. Highly recommend.

I'm impressed with the overall professionalism and quality of service. Jonathan was great, I felt like he was advising what was best for my situation rather than push his own agenda (I have seen the later with other service providers). Keep up the good work!
