Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Fort Worth TX

They added an additional outlet behind my mounted TV this week and did a wonderful job.  They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, were competitively priced and were quick and easy to schedule.  The technician that arrived called prior to coming, was incredibly polite and cleaned everything up once he was finished.  Team Enoch made it super easy and did a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend.

I asked Kevin to come to my house today and do an estimate on taking a pot rack light fixture above my cooktop out and putting in recessed lighting. He could've said ok let's do it but he pointed out that it wouldn't look good. He could've taken my money and done the job but instead he was honest. He also fixed my a/c . Fee was probably average, and showed me how to clean it for better maintenance. Would definitely use him again!

Requested a bid to take my  landscape lighting electric connection (southern engineered extension cord) to a legit, code approved, outdoor electrical outlet.  They were super quick to respond, give proposal and get work scheduled.   Guys came out pretty much on time and got the job done quickly, left the area super clean and put all our stuff back in place afterwards.   Price was right on.  
I'll call them again.   You should too.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Simply stated.   AMAZING service.  Called CTX at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon with a water heater issue.  They were here by 4:30, diagnosed the problem and repairs were completed by 7:45.  Did I mention this was on a Friday?? Fantastic service.  I have used CTX several times in the past for other rental properties, and will NEVER use anyone else.  Thanks guys.  Truly appreciate your support.

I guess I'm like everybody else on Yelp.  I have used Big Bear (and he is big - about 6' 6 tall) and have nothing to say except they are the best, most honest, reasonable priced HVAC service in the Frisco - Lake Dallas - Lewisville area.  We had been using The Colony Air and they just suck.  Found Big Bear by mistake and I will use them forever if they continue as in the past.  Honest people.  Let me say that again -- these are honest air conditioning people.  Work that was done last year was less than 1/3 the rip off price of The Colony Air.  Big Bear also found and corrected creative engineering that had been done by The Colony Air that could have caused a fire.  Big bear is not only honest, they are professional, don't have an attitude, and they were four days faster at the repair than the other worthless scum bags.  This is an accurate and honest review based on our experience and opinion.  You will LOVE these guys.  Especially in Texas.  Check them out.  We have no affiliation with Big Bear.  They're just the best!!!  Thank you.  They also don't mess up your house.

Recently had damage to power line mast from fallen tree as result recent storm. I called numerous electrical contractors, many who generally have great reviews and service BUT because they were all so overwhelmed as result storm damages everywhere in DFW most would not make efforts to come provide estimate or EVEN return my calls. Jack at EPICAL answered EVERY time I called, had a man (Christian) here within hours to help. Christian was professional, fair and insightful to my needs. We quickly agreed on a great price and he had guys out here EARLY a day later. They did the job quickly, efficiently and properly. They were also VERY professional & gracious! I would welcome any of Epical's people to do work for me again and will. Thank you!

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .

I went through the home advisor website to find a recommendation.
I submitted requests to the top 3 that the site recommended.
Mike with A&A called within 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment to fix my air conditioner the next day.
Mike was on time and got me fixed in very quick order.
Price was reasonable for services performed.

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump.  Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out.     Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..  

Stay away from this company.   Pathetic at best.
