These guys are great. Fair prices, quick service, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been incredibly professional, friendly and honest. I had an emergency leak on a Saturday evening and they were able to get to me within an hour, stop the leak and were back to finish the permanent fix within a few days at a price far below what I expected given the amount of work needed. I have an old house with old pipes, so when things go wrong the fixes can get expensive fast, but their quotes are always fair, they never try to upsell me, and they always thoroughly explain all of our options. I'm so glad I found this company, and I highly recommend them.

Days after replacing both of our air conditioning units, our water heater began leaking and needed someone to come out quickly. Our kitchen sink was clogged and water was sitting in the sink yesterday morning. When all else failed (Draino, Plunger, 25' Snake), my husband and I finally decided we needed a professional! I submitted an online service request that night (Halloween) and they called at 8am the next morning and got us on the schedule. Johnny came out to help us! He was very nice and professional! He diagnosed the problem, told us what needed to be done, and how much we were looking at. It was all straight forward with no hidden agendas. I had seen a first time customer waive the service charge coupon with a $100 repair and he applied that. He also let us know of the food drive they were doing for the month of November! How awesome! The best part? He was able to clear the line and I was able to use my sink and dishwasher again!!!

Johnny put shoe covers on every time he came back in our home, spoke with us (not at us or down to us) about the process and everything he would do, and gave us pointers for future use of our garbage disposal. He cleaned up when he was finished and made customers out of us! I hope we don't need him in the future, but we will definitely give Legacy a call (and request him!) if we need one! Just had someone out for a service call.  First, he didn't call ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. We are in a global pandemic and he had no protective gear at all. As I began telling him, through my Ring doorbell, that I was uncomfortable having someone in my home under these circumstances, he just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Of course there is no human being to speak to, as all numbers go to voice mail.

So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :)  Well, they really ARE that awesome!  We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so.  Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p.  He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)).  It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want.  We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak.  Would definitely use Jeff again.

Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my  five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!

I have been ripped off by plumbers working for big companies who emphasize upselling and not helping people with repairs. Jaime (the Plumbing Force) is honest, skilled and just plain great. He is very busy because he is so good and honest. I don't care how long I have to wait for an appointment. We have been ripped off by Delta1 and ARS both in the last 6 months. Never again will I call a big company that force the plumbers to make sales quotas.

These folks came out to my house to replace a sewer line. They started digging on the wrong property first , then they started digging in the wrong place on my property severing the tree roots of my silver leaf maple trees that died within a week of this mistake. They told me my sidewalk would not be damaged but ended up tearing it up anyway causing me to hire a mason to pour a new sidewalk . After they did more damage then I had ever imagined and I disputed the bill because of this they sued me. In the end the back fill of dirt was done improperly and pulled the sewer line down causing the sewer line to break in about a year. I had to hire another company to come out and dig my front yard up all over again and repeat this job that should have been done right in the first place. AVOID KMP LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!! Three thousand dollars down the drain.

Quality of service is not in line with the price.  I've used them for 3 separate jobs at my house.  The last job was a major sewer line replacement under a concrete pool deck.  They had to tunnel under the deck from one end, and dig up a flower bed by the house for the other end.  The new sewer line functions properly now.  The plumbing work they do is fine.  When I addressed my concerns with how the project went (e.g. burying a sprinkler head under the house when they back-filled the tunnel), the owner didn't seem to care much, and even pointed the finger at his own subcontractors (that's your problem, not mine).  It's not that the sprinkler head was a huge deal - they just didn't handle the little things well.  I expected more for the price I paid.  I'll be in the market for a new plumber in this area.

BillyGO was one of the first to reply to my request for a quote to replace my water heater. The technician was right on time to my house and was knowledgeable about my issue. He even left an indicator that would notify us with an alarm if water started to come into the area (which worked the following night - LOL). Though we ultimately had an acquaintance install our water heater, I felt that billyGO would have performed the job proficiently and without surprises. I probably would have gone with billyGO, even if the price was one of the highest. Perhaps the higher cost was due to add-ons or extras that might have brought the job up to and over the current requirements. I feel that if you want to have your plumbing job done professionally without future concerns, billyGO would be a great company to go with.

I called at 8am for garbage disposal repair. The tech was here by 9:30am. He was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mansfield Plumbing.

Found online based on their positive reviews, called and set up an appointment for water heater repair. Nice guys, called ahead to say they were on their way, arrived within the allotted time window, quickly gave some estimates and options, worked fast, pretty decent price. Would definitely recommend.

AC failed and they came out the next morning to service it. Got great advice and very prompt. Highly recommend. Has financing options if you need a replacement. Very fair prices for quality of service. One of the best service calls I've ever had for AC, will continue to use them in the future. I'm completely taken care of, and cooling off! Thanks Roman!

My second experience using Double LL Plumbing.  They far exceeded our expectations.  Professional, courteous and very efficient.  Justin arrived on time and worked steady through to install our new sink, faucet and disposal.  He did a thorough install checking for proper installation and cleaned the work area when he was done.  If you have plumbing needs give them a call.

We experienced an issue where the water line coming from the city main into our home sprung a leak.  Called Mr Rooter of Frisco, received prompt and professional attention.  The problem was quickly identified, and remedied.  The task included some digging, replacement of pipe and parts, which included soldering/welding of pipes and new parts/connectors.

I HIGHLY recommend this family owned business for your plumbing needs.  Prompt, courteous, professional, timely service, at a reasonable price.  Additionally, the work area was left just as clean as they found it.
