They added an additional outlet behind my mounted TV this week and did a wonderful job.  They were super quick to respond to my inquiry, were competitively priced and were quick and easy to schedule.  The technician that arrived called prior to coming, was incredibly polite and cleaned everything up once he was finished.  Team Enoch made it super easy and did a wonderful job.  I would highly recommend.

Kevin came in and did great quality work. He replaced a bathroom fan that required cutting a bigger hole in the ceiling. A new hole was cut and patched. He also hung Ring video monitors, adding a junction box where one was required by code. Kevin was very careful not to damage the house. He also took time to double-check that other connections were safe and up to code. You can trust Kevin not to take shortcuts with his work.

I have used this company several times and they are always on time and they do quality work. I will keep using them whenever I need help with electrical stuff or smoke detectors.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I highly recommend Epical Electric.  Jack B. and his crew were on time and worked efficiently.  He explained the work they were doing and his pricing was very reasonable.  I asked for extra work while they were there and they handled it quickly.  His crew was professional and cleaned up after completing their work.

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment.  We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit.  There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau.  I feel taken advantage of and swindled.  Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them.  I did not. Lesson learned.

Mike with A&A called within 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment to fix my air conditioner the next day.
Mike was on time and got me fixed in very quick order.
Price was reasonable for services performed.

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!
