Excellent same day service.  My well pressure tank switch went out and pipes froze leaving me with no water on Christmas.  Ethan from Joseph Rose Plumbing returned my email right away and was at my house a few hours later (The only response I received after calling 10 plumbers).  
He inspected all of the plumbing, water pressure tank, and the well and then diagnosed the problem and replaced a burnt out pressure switch.  Excellent communication, pricing, and customer service.  I highly recommend this young man and Joseph Rose Plumbing.

Pipe failure under the sink threatened to take my kitchen out of commission for the whole holiday weekend. Jayk's was the only plumber who responded promptly and managed to work me in within hours. I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. I could not be happier with the service I received from Rooterman.  I had a leak under my sink and had called two local plumbers who had done work for me in the past.  One was out of business and the other never returned my call.  I called Rooterman, someone answered the phone,  Rooterman arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as a rusted through disposal, gave me an estimate, went to get a new disposal, and installed it - all within 1. 5 hours and on top of it all Kevin was as personable a person as I have ever met.  I have already told two neighbors about the good service and I will call Rooterman Coastal Carolinas the next time I need plumbing help.

I do not recommend this dishonest company. A technician from this company came to turn on the water pump in my crawl space on August 5, but the pump stopped working the next day, though I got billed and made prompt payment. I called the company again to report that the pump had stopped functioning, and another technician came a month later on September 4 and was in the crawl space for 30 minutes. Today, I received an invoice billing me for a two-hour labor for a 30-minute service. How unreliable can a company be? Sparrow and Sons is very desperate for money right now and will do anything to get it.

I made an appointment to have my water heater checked on a Saturday. The appointment coordinator told me the tech would be at my home between 9:00am and 11:00am. By 11:15 tHe tech had not shown and no one called me. I called their 24-hr number and got an answering machine. I waited until 12:30 but still no show/no contact. I do not recommend unless you like wasting your time sitting around.

I called Blantons to come and look at my tankless hot water heater that wasn't giving out hot water. When I called, they told me there would be a $116 service charge and then possible charge if something needed to be fixed. Of course, I understand that.
The technician comes out to my house, takes a look at water heater, breaks a lever on the box next to water heater. Connects a loose wire. Technician was there less than 40 minutes. Then he comes around with his invoice and he charges me $360 for diagnostics. Never told me prior to doing anything that it would cost this much. My total was $417, for less than 40 minutes of work. He also put in the invoice that he diagnosed the problem for 45 minutes and then took 30 more minutes to fix. Not true, I have it on my cameras and I stayed with technician the whole time.
I paid the bill because I didn't know what else to do. I immediately called the company to speak to them about this matter, was asked how much I think I should have to pay. Then was told that the manager said I shouldn't have paid and he can't give refund now that I have already paid but he would give $50 credit.. no thanks! I asked to speak to the manager and he conveniently just left to go to the field, he was supposed to call me by end of day and surprise.. he never did.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and seems like they adjust their prices based on what they think they can get away with.

I asked my gf to help me find a Plumber and she found these clowns, they didn't come the day of the service was schedule, gave us the highest bid to install our water heater over 5k, the socks one was 1k below with the installer providing the unit, on top of that charged her $50 for the estimate, they never said there was a charged over the phone, definitely took advantage of her, I would not recommend this company to do any job for me or any of my friends.

Not only did the first tech tell us our malfunctioning furnace was fine, but the second one we demanded they send out didn't warn us it could be leaking gas. Three days later we had to call PSNC to check for leaks since the smell in the house was overwhelming. The gas guy showed us where the furnace was shutting down so that unignited gas was flowing over the unlit burners and pouring into the house.

TL;DR -- we could've been very sick or dead through Bell Cow's incompetence. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
