I contacted R&S for 3 different needs - replace a toilet, repair a garbage disposal and repair a cold water leak in the hot water heater.

Rob showed up on the date and time agreed.  He was very nice, efficient and well prepared.  He brought a good quality toilet with him, at a fair price.  He quickly replaced the broken one.

The hot water heater issue was described as an over-pressure situation. Rob replaced a value under the house and a value (damaged by the over pressure) on the HW heater.  Good explanation, no up-sell.  

The garbage disposal was a simple (for him) remove a piece of metal jammed in the blade. Again, no up-sell.

My wife is very happy with the results and, to me, the price was right.

Will use again and recommend them to anyone in the Cary area.

We used Jayk's to install a instant water heater and move a natural gas line.

They were on time and got work done for the quote.  

We changed scope while they were there and they were gracious about it, accommodating us quickly.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

The gentleman was both courteous and professional during my recent service call. He changed out an existing kitchen faucet for a new one and connected both plumbing and laundry tub to pre-plumbed connections.

Called Eugene this morning to replace my garbage disposal and he was here this evening and I am all set! Very personable and prices are reasonable. He was recommended on my Nextdoor site and I would definitely recommend him do any plumbing needs.

Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

When our shower head pipe broke off behind the wall, we got no answer and no callback for days from two previously trusted plumbers. Then I found Joseph Rose's great reviews online. I was shocked when someone picked up the phone late on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled a plumber for that Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency.) Ethan was able to fix the problem in less than 1/2 hour without cutting into the wall, which we had expected. He also added some missing caulking and even replaced our shower head with one he had in his truck, all within the one-hour labor cost. And he couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

Note:  We did have to wait 4 hours from the scheduled arrival time, but he called to tell us he had an emergency job and asked if we wanted him to show up in the evening or the next day. We chose the evening. Of course, we weren't happy about the extra wait. But afterwards, we realized we'd rather wait a few hours for an excellent plumber who responds quickly to emergency calls. That could be us someday!

I've used still water plumbing for the last 2 years on numerous jobs and he has alway done an excellent job . I would highly recommend Joe at still water plumbing.

Needed three toilets on three different floors. He was quick to come and provide his service at such a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again for future needs.

I asked my gf to help me find a Plumber and she found these clowns, they didn't come the day of the service was schedule, gave us the highest bid to install our water heater over 5k, the socks one was 1k below with the installer providing the unit, on top of that charged her $50 for the estimate, they never said there was a charged over the phone, definitely took advantage of her, I would not recommend this company to do any job for me or any of my friends.

I called Jordan Plumbing to get an estimate on replacing a water heater at my house. I was told that it would cost a visit fee of $89, because someone had to come to my house. Pay $89 for an estimate?! No way!! Suggests bad things about this company. Either they are extremely busy or extremely money grubbing. In either case, they are not worthy of my business.

We had a problem with a shower where we weren't getting hot water, but hot water was fine everywhere else in the house. The plumber was named Maynard and he was GREAT! He called 20 minutes before the arrival time, he explained everything, the cost, and when everything was done he showed me the broken cartridge. Above and beyond, Maynard was really friendly, polite, and professional.

I would highly recommend Wake Forest Plumbing.

Anyone hear of the song, Jim Dandy to the rescue? This is the guy!! For the second time Vincent has made me a VERY happy home owner. Only this time I actually got to meet the man behind the prompt and accurate service. Again, no muss and no fuss AND I got the bad parts in my hand with an explanation and recommendation.  Reasonable prices and JOB WELL DONE, VINCENT!!

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

What an awful, awful experience with this company. My warranty company contracted them to fix our upstairs unit. It took 4 service calls over a period of 5 weeks to get our AC fixed. Their customer service agents were catty, showed no sympathy and even less urgency with scheduling appointments for their technicians.

The first appt they gave us an 8am-12pm arrival window. They called at 11:55 to let me know they would miss the window AND that there was another appointment ahead of us. My wife had taken the day off of work to be home and then they couldn't even give us an ETA for the afternoon. Off to a terrible start.

I understand that diagnosing a problem on the first call may be challenging, so they filled up with refrigerant and left, saying to call us if it goes out again. Sure enough, it did within days. It then took 5 business days for them to get the next tech to come out to actually diagnose the problem. The tech sent the request off to the warranty company to order the replacement parts.

Bell Cow then wouldn't let me reschedule the 3rd appointment to install the replacement parts until after the parts arrived in their facility. So after waiting 5 business days + a weekend, we had to add another 3 business days before their tech could come out again. No sympathy and no urgency during the hottest month of the hottest year on record.

On the third visit, I specifically asked for a phone call prior to their arrival since they've been late before. They just showed up without a call - barely within the appointment window. Their install techs weren't all that friendly (one was shirtless  90% of the time). They did the fix and got the air working, only for it to fail within days for the 3rd time.

The fourth visit actually went well. Their tech, Sam, said that the install techs inadvertently knocked off one of the valve caps causing the refrigerant to bleed out.

Long story short. Do not use them under any circumstance. If your warranty company selects Bell Cow, do everything in your power to get another contractor. They do shoddy work, are extremely poor communicators, and frankly don't seem to value the warranty customer. We were without air in all 3 of our bedrooms for the better part of 30 days (a couple days of respite in between) and they didn't seem to care in the slightest that they were having to make 4 service calls on the same unit.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
