Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub.  Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work.  This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors.  We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol.  His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable.  Not expensive but not dirt cheap.  My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer.  We will always call him back for future needs!

Most plumbing companies are not on par with Legacy. For several years I have had them do all my plumbing and each person I speak with or meet or have doing a repair is exceptionally professional and pleasant. The plumbers always call when they are heading to the house.

Recently, a home repair required a special pump and took longer than anticipated since it involved digging beside the house. Not only did the plumber stay until past 7pm to get everything 100%, the company owner drove over to help get my problem fixed that same day. Best service in town!

I highly recommend R & S Plumbing. I called Roman for a bathroom sink repair, and he gave me an estimate over the phone of what the repair would run. We set a time for him to do the work and he showed up on time. I like that he took his shoes off without my having to ask. After repairing the sink, he told me that my water pressure seemed way too high. He checked it out and found that I had a cracked pressure release valve and that my water pressure was 100+. He replaced the valve, set the water pressure to a safe level and actually came in UNDER his estimated price. First time that's ever happened to me! I will call Roman for all my plumbing needs.

Joseph Rose Plumbing is the best! I called about a plumbing problem and they came that same afternoon. They repaired not one but two problems in two bathrooms. They were fast, thorough, courteous, and friendly. They are my first call with all my plumbing needs!

Jayk's came out and fixed a intermittently running toilet. The next day, we still had the same problem and Jayk's came back immediately and resolved it at no charge to us. Reasonable prices and friendly technicians.

I highly recommend giving Eugene and the Art of Plumbing a call for plumbing issues. After giving him a call and explaining an emergency issue with my 3rd story plumbing, we made an appointment the next day and he was able to assess and resolve it a little over an hour. He was very friendly and respectful of the spaces he was working in. I'm pleased to know that he does other work involving kitchens, sinks, and water heaters and will remember him if I ever need them serviced.

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Thank you to Sean and Maria--I had a small leak in my bathtub faucet. I had a feeling my family and I could fix it ourselves, with a little guidance. Sean talked me through the process, told me where to get the part and what to get, and then returned my 2nd call to trouble shoot later that day. I was very grateful as I leaned a bit more about how to change a faucet and I saved myself money, even though they could have insisted on sending someone out. I appreciated that they looked out for me and helped me out; I would definitely use them again if I had a bigger job that I couldn't handle.

Last November we went the entire month without heat waiting for Bell Cow to repair. Now, this Spring we are faced with the same issue regarding A/C. They have confused work order, technicians show up confused about what they are supposed to do. After the last visit, the A/C was working for a day then went out again. We are going on over a month now to get this issue permanently resolved. I have found all the people I have talked with and met to be very empathic, friendly and kind. However, that doesn't fix our issue.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
