I need to have a hot water heater replaced and wasn't happy with the service or estimate from the first plumber that came out. I reached out to Mo Flow based on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I found him. He was quick to respond, efficient and the communication was great. I had a an issue with my garbage disposal. It wasn't draining or processing. I contacted Certified Plumbing and got a reply within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. When the gentleman arrived, he quickly identified and resolved the issue. I will definitely will be using them in future.

Called on a Thursday to schedule a preventive maintenance cleaning of my tankless water heater. A service tech came Friday morning and did the job. I received a text giving me a two hour window and a text advising me he was in his way.  Once completed I was shown the scaling materials removed from the system. Would use again.

I spoke with Robert, Roman's son, about a problem I was having with sulfur smells emanating from my upstairs bathroom. Being clueless about plumbing (this is my first home) I called R&S plumbing based upon many favorable online reviews.

Robert immediately diagnosed the problem and the solution was so simple that I easily did it on my own. Robert could have gouged me for a needless housecall but he did not. You can bet that when I really do need a plumber, I will be calling on R&S Plumbing. Such honesty is rare nowadays and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you again, Robert!

I called these guys back up again to install new faucets and metal hoses for my toilets. Once again, they were on time, super polite and respectful of my home, did a great job, and were very affordable. This company is great! Shoutout to Jason who serviced my home today--thanks for helping me and my mom! What a wonderful human (Jason, I mean. But my mom is wonderful, too).

These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

Bradly & Clay from ARC Plumbing came to do our gas line plumbing for our pool install! They were fantastic! They answered all of our questions and took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing, we're courteous and professional and worked hard the entire time that they were here. We would 100% recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The only reason I gave them a 1 is because 0 is not an option.  I needed one piece on my toilet because the water wouldn't stop running.  ($8.98 at lowes).  They told me that I had to change everything leading to the toilet.  WHAT A SCAM!  Not only that they charged me $366 AND didn't even reattach the pipes to the wall.  When I asked the technician he said that the piece he put in is too big so he could push it in a little but they don't make the size I need anymore.  So he changed something that didn't need changed (My house was built in 2019) that didn't fit.  What a joke and this company should be ashamed of themselves.  The only reason why I let him do the work is because I have to leave town and don't have time to bring in an honest company.

They have been to the house on 3 occasions to work and only had the correct equipment one time.

Said one thing, arrived and something said else with a new cost was the issue.

Will not use them anymore.

Horrible experience. Completely misdiagnosed the drain problem. Then they had the audacity to send me an estimate for work not needed--nearly $3,000! I asked for a second opinion and, sure enough, it was a simple fix which was taken care of on the spot. Be aware.
