Not quite sure why Philip even bothered to lie to me when he didn't want the job. Wasted my time waiting on an estimate he promised and then when I contacted him he didn't even respond. I'm sure he can do good work but his business etiquette is seriously lacking.

They came out on a Sunday evening and ensured my problem was solved and done professionally efficiently. Would Absolutely hire again, and give their info to friends

Mike was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which I appreciated. In person free estimates are nice for large jobs, but small easy jobs are much easier when the company is willing to give an estimate with a photo. Came out within two days (nom urgent issue obviously) and fixed my issues.  Will use again.

Ricardo responded to my request for a quote in less than 1 hour. I had 5 other quotes and his price was the most competitive, so I set the appt. They arrived on time, fixed the issue, and surprisingly the plumber cleaned up his mess after completing the job. Overall, pleasant experience. Will refer friends.

They did a great job, installed our new toilet and fixed the valves in record time, very competent, friendly and considerate. I will definitely recommend them to our friends!

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Great job at the Gateway Neighborhood Center large activity building!  Nothing made him even consider it a too big job!

We used VIP for a water heater replacement and was blown away by their professionalism.  The entire process was incredible from estimate to inspection.  They provided both email communication as well as texts to let us know who was coming and when they would arrive.  It was literally a 15 minute window vs some companies that give you a 4hr window.  And they showed up exactly in time!  The guys who did the work were clearly experienced, polite and clean.  Came in, did the work, cleaned up and left.  Can't ask for anything more.  Love that this is family run business... thanks to the VIP team and look forward to using you guys in the future!

I had an emergency yesterday, and was happy this company responded in a timely matter. They came fixed my clogged toilet in a quick matter.

I found Bob here on Yelp.  He first installed an instant hot water heater for me, works great, looks great.  He was able to fit inside my cabinet without having to remove any of the existing shelf.  That was a happy thing.

Next, he installed my Andersen retractable screen door over my front double doors.  Now we can leave the front door open when it is hot and the air flow is much better!  Looks great, works perfectly.

Next, he removed a kitchen cabinet, made it shorter to accommodate my new, taller, refrigerator.  Looks perfect, size is perfect, fridge fits beautifully.

Next, he added one base cabinet to my kitchen island for a trash/recycling pullout.  Matches existing cabinets and works great!

Then installed some new drawer fronts and plugged and drilled all cabinets for new hardware.  He framed for a between the studs spice cabinet then made the cabinet and installed it.  So nice to have extra storage.

He also made new doors for my laundry and furnace area.

I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

I had a broken sewer line under my garage floor and tree roots in main sewer line to the street. Rob and his crew of Ray and Brett replaced the broken sewer line and lined approx. 75 ft. To the city's main. The job was completed in 2 days. They were neat and clean. Very polite and respectable. I would highly recommend them.

It is great to have a contractor quickly return your calls and not try to charge you additional fees after they have given you  a quote.  I would recommend Tony's to anyone needing a plumber.  They were on time, clean, polite and knew what they were doing.  The quote over the phone was the same price in person.  My kitchen sink was backed up and Andrew did a great job getting us up and running again.

I would only hire them if you want somebody to quickly give you solid quote for the job, show up on time and do the job properly, done by a professional who is a good person.
Their card will sit on the top for any future plumbing work needed on my house. Great experience.

Fabulous plumbers, Erik & Elias came to my rescue a few hours after I called, rushing from a job in Lake Elsinore.  I had been tagged by the gas company when I called to ask them to re-light my pilot light.  They refused and said I had a loose vent that would be causing the air to backfire and leak into my garage.  Until I got it fixed, they would not be responsible for re-lighting the pilot light, leaving me without hot water and no warning.

The next morning, Erik & Elias came, assessed the problem, as I had been thinking I was due for a new water heater costing at least $1,600.  Erik assured me it looked great, and went to Home Depot where they purchased vent material re-lighted my pilot light, even allowed me to make a video showing me how to do it next time it goes out, and I was in good shape.  Erik told me anymore problems with this, he would come back to take care of it.

They were kind, neat and incredibly punctual.  Thank you guys!!!

I had emergency with my bathroom sink. The plumber, his name Thomas, arrived at set time. He was very professional, drained my sink. He was very professional, went above and beyond what needed to be done. He cleaned the sink and the floor, looked very tidy and professional. I recommend this business and would use it again.

MY WATER PRESSURE SAVIOR!

Saw the 5-star Yelp reviews and decided to have Mitch come out for a free estimate on service to fix my sucky shower pressure. I had an idea that it was the cartridge, and had a new one ready incase, but Mitch confirmed & got to work. Less than an hour later, he was done, my pressure is INCREDIBLE, and it only cost me $85!!!

Why I loved my experience:

I really don't write reviews, but I was very pleased with the prompt service and price given by One Pro Pluming.  I had a clogged sink and it was after hours when the dreaded emergency had to be taken care of.  My wife called One Pro Plumbing without knowing anything about them because we needed a plumber ASAP due to the fact that we were having a visit early the following day.  They're professionalism and punctuality was 100% to my expectations and went the extra mile to give us a discount and great pricing as I added a little bit of more work.  Keep in mind it was after hours (9PM to be exact).  Work was done within an hour and we were happy campers.  Thank you Brett.
