We have used alot of different plumbing companies over the years, alot of bad experiences (bad service, price gouging, dishonest business practices).

When our water pressure was significantly low, I went looking for a different plumbing company to try - hoping I would finally find an honest, qualified, and reasonable (price) company.

We finally found one in Prodigy!  Steven was professional, resolved the issue efficiently and we were happy with the fair pricing.  

Like I mentioned, we have tried quite a few plumbing companies and have had bad experiences, I am finally happy and relieved we found our plumbing company in Prodigy.

I have no words to describe the fantastic service we have had!!! Our bathroom had a major internal leak which caused several issues including lack of water pressure. After going through 5 unsuccessful plumbers, Grohe recommended Biard & Crockett. Matt came in for an inspection and finally found the root cause. Luis was equally helpful in clarifying all of our questions and always being available when we had any concerns. Eric came over to install a new valve and did a fantastic job. The replacement was very complicated and required breaking our wall. Eric did an amazingly clean job with minimal wall breakage and also cleaned up our bathroom post the mess. We are so impressed with his work and are relieved to have finally found our lifetime plumbers!

Working with Bryan on our patio drain was so smooth and easy. I contacted him through Yelp, scheduled through visit and he took care of the rest. He even did the hydro on the additional connected drains at no additional cost. They found a bunch of rocks, roots, leaves and junk. So glad that I called and he took care of it all.

Very glad that I chose this company. When I had a overflow problem in my yard, I called Albert and he tried to explain to me what could be the cause over the phone and offered to come in to fix my problem on the same day. At the end, he came in just after a short few hours and fixed the problem right away. He even offered me tips on how I should maintain my sewage piping system and rest assure me the problem was solved. His charges were reasonable and very transparent - no catches and surprises ! I will definitely use his service again and recommend his comany to everyone.

Phillip saved the day! We had a sprinkler head that busted late last night and had to shut the main water to the building off. Phillip came out promptly at 7:00am and had it fixed in no time. Their after hours price is $100 and I was more than happy to pay.

I had also received a quote from CO Kings earlier in the year and they were wonderful to work with. Very pleased to have these guys on our list of vendors that we can trust and count on.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I'm so happy we contacted Ted & Bros for the plumming issue at our rental. As promised, within a couple of hours they were at the house and isolated the problem. After fixing the issue that flooded the garage downstairs, they promptly removed the drywall to prevent any mold development, set up dryers and a dehumidifier and meticulously cleaned up the site. They made a stressful situation a lot better by the efficiently handling the problem. Three more days of drying and they will restore the drywall....will update you on how that goes!

Had an issue with my rental property AC unit dripping water. Patrick came out to assess and troubleshoot. He was very communicative from the start, arriving promptly at the tenants residence and kept me in the loop upon assessing the issue. Upon learning that i served in the military, Patrick was kind enough to give me a $100 Veterans discount. Haven't heard anything negative from the tenant regarding the leak, so fingers crossed! I had Adrian's All Purpose Pluming out to my house today.   Have to say the service and professionalism that they provided has been extraordinary! Their technician Ben was extremely professional and didn't give me any run around.  Ben came in and assessed the piping with a camera and jetted the lines. He gave me the best solution to get our house back up and running. We have some more work that needs to be done and for sure I'll have them come back to help us out! Highly recommended company for your plumbing needs!

My wife and i contacted Cal-Tech Plumbing & Drains to get a quote on a complete master bathroom renovation / restoration. Prior to that, 3 other companies declined the job and those that were willing to do it, came in at a very unrealistic quote. Albert and his team showed up on time for our appointment and provided us with a real time and honest estimate.  We accepted and Cal-Tech Plumbing & Drains talked through the process without then got to work.  We were very happy with how friendly, and communicative the workers were throughout the entire process. They would include me if they ran into any issues, and simply just informed me through what they were doing that day, and what to expect. They protected my floors and were very tidy before leaving for the day.  All tools were put away, everything was always swept up, and all trash was take care of.

We could not be any more pleased with the outcome of our new bathroom.  After 6 years of having a hole in the house for our master bath, we now have the most beautiful modern bathroom we could have ever asked for.  Albert and his team allowed us to choose all the fixtures, vanity, tile, and toilet to give us the custom bathroom of our dreams.

Antonio and Jose  were very honest with me. I talked to jose on the phone who handles appointments I believe, he was vet very informative and honest. I liked that. Antonio came with another plumber and they got straight to work trying to find the problem, he explained and showed me everything. They were reasonably priced as well. I will be using their services again in the future.

It looks like flushable wipes aren't so flushable haha. They had to run the snake 15ft through the main sewer to unclog it and remove the roots. We're very pleased with the professional service.. highly recommend this company. A+++
