I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. I have used Nelson Bros. twice.   The second time, I had saved up a list of things to be fixed to make it worth the price of a service call.  Rob came out both times- friendly, professional, and fair.  He charged for the main job, and then did the other things (which admittedly were quick and simple but not within my scope of knowledge) for free. A competitor who claims to be Affordable would had insisted on ripping out all the pipes and fixtures and starting over or it wouldn't be under warranty which would have cost a lot of money.
I highly recommend Nelson Brothers.  Cheap? No.  Fair? Absolutely!

Wore a mask, was professional and had everything fixed in a matter of less than 15 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I will call them again should I have any other issues.

We have worked with Birmingham plumbing for years. The entire staff from owner to Colleen in the office and even their plumbers (especially John) are the nicest to work with. Their name may sound Birmingham fancy but their prices are fair and they really care about their customers satisfaction! I highly recommend them!

We called Anytime plumbing and they came out the same day. Sam fixed the problem right away. Very professional and nice. He gave us advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.

This was the worst experience I had had with a service company in my 50 years. I needed a updated gas fireplace replaced at my home. They sent out 2 techs that were not licensed or certified to do the work. Between the 2 of them they could not figure out how to hook up the unit after 2 hours with instructions.
A third tech came out 2 hours later and looked at it then wanted to see the gas line. He says that it needs rerouted and it will be $1012.00 to put in the gas fireplace. The first 2 techs said the line was perfect and that's the way they would hook it up.
Price gouging because the first techs were not being paid. There's more but I'm done. Do not use this company.

This company is a den of thieves. Cheating and lying is their M.O. Avoid this company like the plague. Scroll down to the bottom of this page where it says 8 other reviews that are not currently recommended. Read the horror stories about this company ripping people off. I wish I would've read those reviews before I hired this company.

Our technician, Columbus, came to our house on 12/6 to repair a re-occurring back-up in our main sewer line. He was so good at explaining to us what was going on under our house, even with pictures, so that we fully understood what the problem was.  He answered all of our questions and made a solid recommendation on how to fix the problem from happening again.  Since we are in the process of finishing our basement, and days away from installing the floors, we were naturally very concerned with this happening again. With a camera, Columbus showed me the inside of our pipes all the way out to the city lines, so we had comfort knowing the problem had been resolved, not just temporarily.  Aside from knowledgeable, Columbus was such a kind and personable man, who really perked us up after a very overwhelming day.

Skip this guy. He is a rip off artist. Oh, he seems nice and friendly at first but he'll take you for what you have and do a bad job. He put in new pipes in the basement because sewage was flowing into the basement and he said new pipes would stop that. They didn't. He didn't finish the job properly. After tearing up the cement, putting in new pipes, he screwed up laying the fresh concrete down. He didn't have enough cement to contour the slope of the floor to direct water into the drain so he said he would be back in a few days to finish the floor. He never came back. And when sewage started seeping back into the basement, I called him, NO ANSWER. I text messaged him, NO RESPONSE. I emailed him, NO REPLY. So now he has my money and I have the same problem as I did before but now the sewage is flowing into the basement through brand new pipes.

They were absolutely awesome! My Furnace went out in the middle of the night and with in a couple of hours of my call a tech was there to check it out. I eventually had to get a new system and they hooked me up the very next day. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and the attention to detail.

Unbelievable. Typical cost to install a new outlet is $150. I've had this exact work done multiple times in the same home.

Hoover charges $60 to come to the home with the promise that that charge would go toward the work. They then gave an estimate of $650 for a 10' run of cable for a new outlet off an existing line! This is criminal. The racket here is partner with Home Depot, go on as many calls as possible and do as little actual work as possible. If the work is agreed upon it is a 4x markup of what it should be. I will be filing a complaint.

I purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Reliance 3 years ago and tonight was my sixth service call.  Every winter the furnace fails to start up and every spring the AC unit doesnt work.  At least this technician was honest - he admitted he didnt know what the problem is or how to fix it.  He also admitted that the technicians are not trained to properly fix some of the product that Reliance sells to its customers.  Last month it took 3 different technicians over a week to fix the furnace (each one ordered the wrong parts).  I spoke to their customer service manager to get a credit or to just replace the equipment and she still hasnt gotten back to me.  Stay away from Reliance!!!!!!
