I contacted these guys through yelp to get my sewer inspected. They were very quick to get back to me. They also advised me that my city would come out to do it for me. I find that to be very honest of a business, he could have got me for whatever they charge. I'm sold On this fact alone. Turns out the city did come out and found nothing. But if the time comes I need a plumber,, I'm calling these guys. Thanks again!!

Tried to price gouge me last Saturday on a water heater malfunction that they installed 7 months ago. Said I needed a thermocoupler but the pilot tube was actually cracked. I needed a whole new water heater which was warrantied by the manufacturer but I had to have another plumber come out because this plumber left because I wouldn't pay him 400 dollars to install a new thermocoupler. Not professional, safe, or customer service oriented. Note the plumber just called concerning this review. He called my husband a liar and threatened to come over to our house because he only lives a couple blocks away to kick my b@@ch a$$ husband's butt. Very unprofessional and threatening

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. Absolutely terrible service !!!  Incompetent and zero follow through !   Used to be good plumbers, but This year I had them out twice to identify / confirm a leak. The first guy confirmed the one I had identified, and rigged the toilet so it wouldn't leak, but left it inoperable (didn't attempt to use the shutoff valve).  He said parts needed-- did not hear back from him. I found a second leak at an outside faucet.  Called the company and they sent out Rick (Service Manager) he agreed parts needed for toilet and brushed off the outside leak and didn't follow up with that either. (I fixed that one), but again no follow through. Called again; no follow through, called again. Rick gave estimates, then no follow through. Rick didn't even realize (though I specifically told him... AND he examined it himself), that I needed a wall-mounted (not floor-mounted) toilet. Again no follow through called again; no follow through.  Promises, no results !  I used the shutoff valve, and now I have family visitors, who have to use the shutoff valve after every flush, but of course it leaks when the water is turned on, so now ceiling tiles have fallen off in the family room below.   Absolutely incompetent, irresponsible, poorly managed company.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

Doug reached out immediately and I was able to get Ken to come over within the next few days.  Had a leak in the tub faucet.  Ken came and replace the parts.  No more leaks. Kind, respectful, Very nice work. Highly recommended!

Looks like these folks have two listings on YELP -- I won't repeat myself but these guys are top-notch and a pleasure to work with AND we're super professional and very, very nice!

Tyler came over on a Sunday when my washing machine hose had broke, thus flooding my entire house. He figured out the problem quickly and came back today with another employee to install the new hoses.

A neighbor had recommended Precision Plumbing and I'm glad she did, the Sunday rate was a little expensive ($300/hour) but apparently others in the area can run $400-500/hour for OT on Sundays. Normally it's $160/hour for the weekday rate.

The worst ever! Stay as far away from this company as possible. Everything they did in my home has failed and caused water damage. And then when you call them to repair something that has failed that they installed they flag you as NOT TO SERVICE . I guess they think the customer should eat the cost of something that was due to the service they provided. From water damage to failed parts ... Unbelievable!

The generic response to water damage that Birmingham Plumbing did at my home residence is unbelievable. Consumers be well advise to NOT engage in any service from this company as they only know how to damage your home! Plus they install defective products and when they break tell you to go somewhere else to fix them. Be a wise consumer and stay as far away from Birmingham Plumbing as possible!

Never use the company they have racist employee, and steal your money.

We called Anytime plumbing and they came out the same day. Sam fixed the problem right away. Very professional and nice. He gave us advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.
We will definitely call anytime plumbing and ask for Sam next time.

I would never use them....insanely overpriced. Charged us $850 to fix a bathtub drain and shower head. Finding out from other places it could have been done for $300-400!

They quoted out other jobs we didn't have them do that were also insanely overpriced.

They came out to my home on a Monday. Reviewed work I required. Was told that the quote would be emailed to me. I followed up two days later when I still hadn't received anything; was told they were busy and would get around to it. One week later and still no quote. I obviously took my business elsewhere.
