I would give Andre 10 stars if I could. He came to the house and fix all the problems and help me diagnose ways to save money and head off problems in the future. As plumbers go, he must be one of the most ethical ones out on the field. Seems like a great person. I highly recommend him and East Plumbing.

I had leaking in the basement that flooded into my bathroom and they had detected the problem and fixed it within an hour. I was charged less then I was quoted for just a consultation from another company. Would recommend Universal plumbing to anyone who values quality work.

Royal Flush has done a few jobs for us over the last few years (faucet installs, backed up drains, hot water tank).  They have always been prompt to respond to calls and answer all my questions.  Work is done professionally and timely.  They will always be my first call if I need any plumbing work.

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area.  They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede.  He was very professional and efficient.  This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation.  I would totally recommend!

I messaged them on yelp got a reply and a next day appointment within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service. When they came out and determined that my issue wouldn't require their services they gave me some advice and insisted I didn't owe them anything for coming out. If I ever need the services they provide in the future they'll be my first phone call. Highly recommend them.

Doug reached out immediately and I was able to get Ken to come over within the next few days.  Had a leak in the tub faucet.  Ken came and replace the parts.  No more leaks. Kind, respectful, Very nice work. Highly recommended!

Not a good company at all.  They charged us $950 and did NOTHING then wanted over $4000 for the real fix.  I paid someone else $1000 to fix it right.   The only plus was that they actually showed up.

Great job.   Son flushed a bunch of baby wipes down the toilet.   The guys from Aaron Swift Plumbers came right out and did a great job getting everything fixed up.

All around good service. Plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. They gave me a free estimate and setup an appointment to preform the job of fixing my sewer the next day. Job was done in a timely manner and i can finally flush my toilets again!

Never use this company. They're here to scam you. I had a leak in the faucet that was attached to the wall. They told my tenants while I was out of town that they needed to replace the faucet and the pipe in the wall. I came back and assessed it and got it fixed for $60 parts and $80 for labor.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I own multiple rentals and this company does this crap all the time. Somebody gotta put them out of business.

Don't be fooled by his low prices and the promise that he won't charge if he can't do anything.  He charged me $40 and claimed he opened the sewer 'half-way'.  I was too sick to double-check.  The truth is, he left the back door to my house unlocked, the cap is missing from the clean-out drain, and the clean-out drain has been moved to the center of the room.  I can no longer use any part of my plumbing.  IT'S MUCH WORSE!
Oh, and he was very, very rude.

RIP OFF  !!!!   69.00 QUOTE FEE ???  Who charges a service fee to give a quote?I had 3 different companies come give me quotes. Their prices were between 2000.00 to 2500.00. This company quoted me 6200.00 on top of a service fee. I got it done for 2075.00 and couldn't be happier.

Again, they get 5 stars, this time for both fast, courteous scheduling with their office staff and excellent on-site service. I'm appreciative of their work!!

I have a rented water heater from Reliance by default. It came with the house. I've never been impressed with their service, but today is the day that I will go through the bother and expense of changing companies and heaters.
The service man who came to my house this morning was miserable. I opened the door before he got to my porch, smiled and said hello. He said nothing. I kept talking as I walked him to the water heater, and he remained silent. I stood there watching him, waiting for him to say something, but he just fiddled with some things, then got up and walked back to his truck. He came in without a word, fiddled some more, then told me it was fixed. I asked what caused the issue. He said it was the starter switch. Then he said the next time I booked a service call, I'd need to move my washing machine. I told him that no one had ever complained before, and that he managed to fix the issue without moving it. He turned and left.

I have  call in to Fahrhall. They installed a new air conditioning unit last week, and were friendly, courteous, and professional.
