They answered the phone gave us an estimate and were able to make it out within a day.  Every professional and respectful young men.  They did a great job and the cost was reasonable.  They did a great job with leaving the job cleaned up.

We will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

There was a foreign object in our pipes that must have fell in during a snake job in the past. I called for a quote and they had very competitive prices and also offered all the services we ended up needing, which was convenient rather than calling to schedule with multiple services. They were always right on time, professional, and timely.

Actually the second time I've had them out (2 separate issues) -- both times they were prompt, polite, cleaned up so nicely, great work and reasonably priced.

These guys are top notch!!  They do great work and were thorough and cleaned up afterwords. I just can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Brian and John have done a couple jobs for me, neither were anything small! I do most of my own stuff, but sometimes there are problems bigger than my abilities/credentials. I waited 6 months after their last job for me, making sure the settled repairs are bonafide and my review is fair for readers. I will not ever hesitate to call them for that next problem that's coming down my calendar.

I messaged them on yelp got a reply and a next day appointment within 20 minutes. Incredible customer service. When they came out and determined that my issue wouldn't require their services they gave me some advice and insisted I didn't owe them anything for coming out. If I ever need the services they provide in the future they'll be my first phone call. Highly recommend them.

Doug reached out immediately and I was able to get Ken to come over within the next few days.  Had a leak in the tub faucet.  Ken came and replace the parts.  No more leaks. Kind, respectful, Very nice work. Highly recommended!

Have heard very bad things about this company collectively, my neighbor used this company years ago had issues with the furnace ever since incompetent people running this company run the other direction if you use this company use Mulligan much better

If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. When we had a flood in our basement, we called this company and were told that the clean up cost would start at $450--after the plumber started working our quote went up to $2500. Yikes! Now we get that people have different plumbing needs and different sized basements, and therefore pricing is going to vary, but $2500 isn't even sort of close to $450; a more accurate picture of what it generally costs would have been nice.  My mother called the company back to get clarification on why there was such a difference in price, and the woman she spoke to was exceedingly, unnecessarily rude, saying that she'd told my mom that $450 would just be a starting point, and actually started yelling at my mother.  Completely unacceptable.  Bottom line: they were not as clear as they should have been with the pricing, and their attitudes/treatment of us only made this process that much more unpleasant and stressful.

Dear A&E Anytime Plumbing,

If you don't have the wherewithal, the understanding, heck, the customer service skills, to deal with people when they're going through a stressful experience, when they're being told that a majority of their items will have to be thrown out, then you're in the wrong business.  Please get better training for your employees, or maybe just some new employees.

We are in a spot our water softener is broke our hot water tank is on its way out.

We called paid the $39 to get an estimate which I normally don't do. (Pay for estimates) however just wanted to get these things installed and fixed. They came out Monday o believe. Took until Thursday to get the estimate. Was told they were going to call Get our email and ask a few questions. They never did and then when i called asking about the estimate they weee like well we don't have your email ?   Well you have my phone number right ? So could have called. I ask if they can install a tankless ?? She says o we will have sonso call when he is back at the office. That was 11 am. 5 pm i call back like hey just trying to get this estimate ... since i wanted this installed by now not still waiting for the estimate. Oh well he's not back probably Monday!!  What. So again I'd be sitting waiting and receive nothing not even call had i not followed up. Now I've stewed all weekend and i want my $39 back since this was clearly a waste!!  We will see if they call tomorrow. I'll

Armstrong plumbing came out to fix a busted sewer pipe.  The job took much longer than projected, however, they worked hard and go the job done.  I would highly recommend them.
I appreciate the professionalism they brought to the job.  They cleaned up after themselves and I think they went above and beyond to do the job correctly and get it done.
I would trust them to help with any plumbing/sewage problem.

Horrible , sewage pump installed incorrectly causing the pump to run continuously-I paid a ton and what I got was a damaged pump . It took many phone calls to talk too anybody and when I did the person was dismissive and unconcerned - that's what I got for choosing roto rooter

Rob R. is a great plumber, worked quickly and was very thorough in checking all sources of a leak on one of the buildings we own. The dispatchers were great. My hot water heater blew so I contacted Hoover and they came to my house to give me a quote for a new heater installation.   SERIOUSLY overpriced.  I got the job done through Lowes for a little more than 1/2 of what Hoover quoted me.

They charged me 60 bucks for the visit and quote but no matter, I still saved a bunch of cash by NOT having them do the job.

Agree with Ted S's review below.  Their pricing is totally non-transparent.  I asked for a breakdown of water heater cost vs labor which the technician was unable to provide.  Very happy with my decision to have my job done through Lowes instead.

Absolutely horrible customer service.  We've been paying for home warranties on top of the tank rental for years.  Our sump pump breaks, we call them because we are covered...this was on Monday...they say they can come on Thursday.  We tell them it's emergency, we will get a flood in the home.  They reply Well don't you have flood insurance.  They've basically left us abandoned till Thursday and here we are constantly checking the water level of the pump in the house.  They have been taking our monthly warranty protection money month after month and year after year.  We've never had to call them till now and they literally left us hanging.  Of course we will be cancelling the warranties with them...we've given them enough payments to have kept them greedily happy.
