I contacted East Plumbing with a request to fix both my leaking bathtub as well as my kitchen sink. Within the hour Andre was at my home, and completed the work in much less time than expected. Excellent service, both quick and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring plumbing related repairs.

Joey came out to clean out our drain.  He was very knowledgeable, explained the process in detail and cleaned up when he was done.  He was a true professional and seemed to love his job.  Excellent Service, I would recommend this company in the future.

Tried to price gouge me last Saturday on a water heater malfunction that they installed 7 months ago. Said I needed a thermocoupler but the pilot tube was actually cracked. I needed a whole new water heater which was warrantied by the manufacturer but I had to have another plumber come out because this plumber left because I wouldn't pay him 400 dollars to install a new thermocoupler. Not professional, safe, or customer service oriented. Note the plumber just called concerning this review. He called my husband a liar and threatened to come over to our house because he only lives a couple blocks away to kick my b@@ch a$$ husband's butt. Very unprofessional and threatening

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. I appreciate the excellent service.

Tyler came over on a Sunday when my washing machine hose had broke, thus flooding my entire house. He figured out the problem quickly and came back today with another employee to install the new hoses.

A neighbor had recommended Precision Plumbing and I'm glad she did, the Sunday rate was a little expensive ($300/hour) but apparently others in the area can run $400-500/hour for OT on Sundays. Normally it's $160/hour for the weekday rate.

Mark responded very quickly when I posted a job on Angie's List, showed up on time (actually a little early) and was very helpful and efficient. The job I posted was for changing a water supply line to allow a new vanity to be installed.  In addition to that work, Mark assisted me (or I should say let me assist him!) in completing the vanity installation, including additional plumbing work and general installation.  Without Mark, I'd still be trying to install the vanity.  Also, the charges were reasonable in light of the time spent and materials provided.

Derek came out for a 2nd service call. Knowledgeable and great to work with.  Thought I needed a chimney liner - Derek told me not needed. Told me my old boiler was in great shape - no pressing reason to replace it. On the 1st visit he replaced my boiler pump with a more reliable and less costly unit than had been installed by my previous Heating and Cooling service.  Yeah!!

Very professional and friendly Plumbers! Had my water heater in with no hiccups, and kept it clean. I liked the fact they were able to accommodate my work schedule and don't charge extra for after 5:00.

Had a tricky problem that took some extra follow up and certainly extra patience. Steve was very helpful and really gave me an education about what was going on. I would highly recommend...very trustworthy.

If you see one of their trucks on the road, get out of its way.  Most likely looking at his phone and not paying attention to the road.  What a joke.

This is my  third home, which i have now owned over 39 years with several inferior plumbers in that span. Thanks to a recommendation, we hired Thornton and Grooms recently. They are a company of expert, adept specialists equipped to handle any plumbing situation. Our experience with James and Mike was very professional and gave my wife and I confidence in future dealings as well. A thorough, complete job from polite capable people. Love these people! We needed an A/C unit for my home. Called for an estimate and Cody? Came quickly and gave us a good price that we didn't even request more quotes. The 2 installers were great. Quick & efficient. Every time they came in and out, the played with my dog each time. That goes a long way with me. Hire them!

I called in need of bathroom repairs a year ago and was so satisfied with my bathroom remodel I have had JWs Drywall back for several other repairs. I have now had a ceiling repaired. My garage drywalled and my super old and leaking plumbing replaced. I would recommend JWs drywall etc for any home remodeling or repair work.
