Best Sink Installation in Detroit MI
We had a small leak under our kitchen sink. Andre of East Plumbing came out the same day to replace the faucet. He does honest work and we would definitely use his service again. I will share his card with my neighbors too!

Update: weeding out customers by asking for a charge to come out is a somewhat questionable way to treat potential business customers. Had your company offered to discount the service call fee if the job was complete, it would be a different discussion.
How would you react if a store asked you a fee to enter so they can compensate for people that decide not to buy anything?
I find it quite amazing that my review is being questioned because I don't agree to pay a fee blindly. Once I pay someone a fee to come out to my house that company already has a foot in my door to ask for any price they want. Again: no, thank you.

Royal Flush has done a few jobs for us over the last few years (faucet installs, backed up drains, hot water tank). They have always been prompt to respond to calls and answer all my questions. Work is done professionally and timely. They will always be my first call if I need any plumbing work.

Steve and his son came the same day I contacted them to fix some plumbing in my basement. Great job!

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. I appreciate the excellent service.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

I put a pin hole in a gas line to our dryer (it had a separate shutoff valve, so it wasn't an emergency).. I called and talked to Doug, and he said he'd have Kyle out first thing the next morning. He was on time, with the part he needed to fix it, and 30 minutes later he was finished. Great service and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

Birmingham Plumbing did an excellent job!! Brendan and Sean were the best at installing our hot water tank. They were efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company who needs any work.

Skip this guy. He is a rip off artist. Oh, he seems nice and friendly at first but he'll take you for what you have and do a bad job. He put in new pipes in the basement because sewage was flowing into the basement and he said new pipes would stop that. They didn't. He didn't finish the job properly. After tearing up the cement, putting in new pipes, he screwed up laying the fresh concrete down. He didn't have enough cement to contour the slope of the floor to direct water into the drain so he said he would be back in a few days to finish the floor. He never came back. And when sewage started seeping back into the basement, I called him, NO ANSWER. I text messaged him, NO RESPONSE. I emailed him, NO REPLY. So now he has my money and I have the same problem as I did before but now the sewage is flowing into the basement through brand new pipes.

The short story is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The long story is as follows.
In mid-March, I noticed a leak in one of my bathrooms as well as an issue with the hot water in a different bathroom. After trying a few things myself, I was pressed for time and contacted Anytime Plumbing to come to my house in Southfield. My technician was John G and he seemed to be a pretty nice guy, although I questioned his assessments.
He started with the hot water issue in the back bathroom. The shower would get warm-ish at best. There would be one burst of hot water and then showering would be absolutely miserable.
John decided that a part had gone bad inside the on-off/warm-cold handle in my shower. He didn't have the part, so he went somewhere to get it, came back, and installed it. No hot water. His assessment was that I needed a new hot water heater because my current hot water heater runs out of water fast. That's a quote from my receipt. I had an instant hot water heater. There was no reservoir full of water to run out. Still, I agreed that the water heater was failing. My belief all along was that the water heater needed replacing, but John wanted to try this other part. He tried and it didn't work. That happens sometimes, so we went to the next issue.
Moving on to the leaking bathroom. John came in and decided he knew the leak was coming from a knob on my old jacuzzi tub that controlled the jets. Now, this knob was located in an area that was hit by water when both the bath spout and the shower head were on. However, the leak happened only when the shower head was on. I addressed this concern with John--why would this be the leaking area when two sources of water hit it and only one led to leaking? His idea was that the water pressure was harder from the shower head than from the spout. I disagreed, but I let him do his thing because he's the plumber and I'm not. Anyway, based on the location of the knob, he had to cut a hole in the bedroom wall on the other side of the tub for access. Not a big deal to me. He needed to be able to visualize the plumbing. So he started chiseling at my wall and then decided he didn't like that location. Then he measured the area he wanted to cut and marked it all out with a pencil (I will clean this off the wall when I'm done, he said). He cut a 7x7 hole in my wall and believed he identified the leak. He put some lock-tight around the knob, slapped an access panel in the hole, and called the job complete. We couldn't confirm the leak was resolved for 24 hours because it needed time to set.
Guess what the charge was--$425. Yup, I paid $425 to have a new access panel cut into my wall, a $95 part replaced that didn't need replacing, and some lock-tight squeezed around a knob. Not to mention the access panel wall also had a nice quarter-sized hole randomly in the middle where he initially started chiseling as well as pencil marks everywhere like a toddler had been playing. John G never did clean it off as he said he would and now I have drywall work to do. I also paid for the part for the shower that I didn't need and the time it took him to go get the part [that I didn't need]. Had I known I'd be paying for the part even if it didn't work OR the time it took him to drive and get it, I never would have let him do it. When I inspected the shower as he left, the part was actually installed incorrectly--so you couldn't even adjust the heat to the hotter setting! It was on the coldest setting when he tested to see if the new part brought hotter water! Worse yet, the leak continued 24 hours later when I tested it. John G did say I could call and have him come back if it continued to leak, but there was no way I was letting him back into my house. So, for $425 to address a leak and cold water, I was left with a leak and cold water.
On a positive note, John G did quote me $1,100 for a new hot water heater installation. That's a fair price. Still, $425 is nearly half that and this company was not getting any further business from me. They shouldn't get yours either.

Took until Thursday to get the estimate. Was told they were going to call Get our email and ask a few questions. They never did and then when i called asking about the estimate they weee like well we don't have your email ? Well you have my phone number right ? So could have called. I had a plugged drain in my tub and called a local plumber Gary the plumber who came out with his wife, who also thought she was a plumber too(was a very strange experience) I was told by Gary who never put pencil to paper that it would cost me $1,000, realizing something just wasn't right I paid him his $40.00 he asked for for his 10 minutes in my home and he left knowing I would never ask him back to do the work, this is known as a scare tactic to get you upset and pay the con artist prices. I called Nelson Brothers Plumbing and they sent Creith the very next day at the actual time we had set, he was like an angel with a plunger and auger!! He went through the back of one of my cupboards, he didn't have to tear my kitchen wall out like Gary the plumber had said was the only way? I have never seen anyone work so hard to correct a problem without inflating my bill, Creith was here about an hour and 45 minutes, fixed everything and my bill was $330.00. Highly recommend Nelson Brothers Plumbing!!! Jeremy in the office is also extremely nice, they had me at hello. :)

I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area. They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede. He was very professional and efficient. This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation. I would totally recommend!

Never go with this company again, super over charge company. I have them to came to fix my AC, cuz the fuse keep burnt out. Their technician came and spent 4 hours to check something irrelevant, at first he ask me to replace the humidifier water panel for $65 which is $8 from amazon, humidifier controller for $248 which is $38 from amazon, thermostat which is very basic one for $177 which $37 from Home Depot's, he replace all of these things and my fuse keep burning, and he realized it might be the problem of my circuit board and ask me to replace the the board for $868 which is $105 cost exactly same one. Over all I spent $1500 to have my circuit board replaced. Besides the cost of item, I spent $300/hr for their service.

I needed the pipe from my sump pump replaced. Pretty straightforward job. Maybe 1 to 2 hours of labor and approx. $20 to $30 in materials.I was happy with the professionalism of how they set up their appointments and notified me by text that Kevin the plumber was on his way. He looked things over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was very pleasant and courteous. He told me that he would go out to his truck and formulate a quote for me. I had a figure of about $400 in my head. Kevin came back with a quote for $600.
I was a a little taken aback by this quote, but decided that I wanted to get the repair over with, because I had sold the house and needed to get the repair done before closing. I told Kevin to go ahead with the work, and he told me that he would be back in two days to get it done. This gave me time to think, and I decided that I was being ripped off.
I called another plumber. He gave me the same diagnosis as Kevin, however his quote was $400 less than the quote from Kevin at Hoover.
Needless to say I cancelled my appointment with Hoover.
This is really unbelievable, because I am a returning customer. I've worked with Hoover twice before. Apparently Hoover doesn't understand the the cost of customer acquisition or the 80-20 rule that I teach in my marketing classes. 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers, and those 20% are your returning customers. Hoover just lost one member of their 20%.

Gill Plumbing was able to get me out of a bind today. I had my LG washer and Gas dryer delivered today but wasn't able to uncap the gas line to hook up the dryer :^(.
I called numerous other 'Name Brand' plumbing business' but all were unable to come for at least a week. That wouldn't do... One call to Gill and the dispatcher said they would be able to come out this afternoon! He arrived on time and was able to complete all of the work (uncap dryer gas line and install shutoff valve then hook up dryer.. uncap stove gas line and install shutoff valve, recap and check all for leaks) in a timely manner at one low cost. I am very pleased with Gill Plumbing & heating and will definitely use them in the future.

SCAM!!! Paid $194.41 to have them come out and fix a slow draining toilet. First plumber came out and only put an auger in, then said it would take $400 to remove the toilet if needed. Said the drain was fixed and left. 5 days later, same problem happened, and I had to call them back. A different plumber came out and did the exact same thing. Of course, 2 days later, the toilet backed up again. Instead of paying RotorRooter AGAIN (to fix a problem they never fixed), I called a local plumber and he was able to get the drain unclogged immediately!! TOTAL SCAM!! They do whatever they can to get you to take the toilet off... DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

These people get no stars. We had our equipment removed in August 2014 after moving into our hime and we are still getting bills even with removal reference codes and several phone calls. We are so happy we do not have their equipment now that we see how their customer service is handled
