Best Plumbing Services in Detroit MI

We purchased a new washer and dryer and needed the gas connection brought up to code.  Called them up around 1:00 and Mary said she could have someone out there that day or next.  That right there says something because lets face it, a washer/dryer isn't really a life threatening fix.  Jeff came over later on in the week and took very good care of us.  He is a stand up guy and so is this company.  Their price for this fix is far superior to Anytime Plumbing and others in the area.  For ALL gas/plumbing related services that I cannot do myself, I will call Stadler.

Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!

Very poor communication and scheduled 2 appts with me and failed to show up or even call!  I let the first one slide.  I had a leak under my sink, Andre replaced the garbage disposal and I think he did a good job for a decent price.  But after that everything fell apart.  I also needed him to snake my bathtub drain.  In doing so, the stopper broke.  I didn't blame him for that, but he was supposed to come back and fix it.  We made an appt.  He was a no show, no call.  I finally got ahold of him and made a new appt.  He did say he was running late but it's the next day and I still haven't heard from him and I called and texted multiple times.  It's ridiculous.  No excuse.  I'm really mad that he wasted my time, twice.  And left me with a broken tub drain.  I don't like to bad mouth people... But this is a little much.  So, if you need something done... He's competent but I hope you don't need him to come back to finish anything.  Good luck with that.

I called Universal Plumbing to fix a leak in our toilet. After agreeing to a date & and time for them to come out, my wife decided it made sense to go ahead and replace our builders grade, original toilet with an up to date model. Mark the technician arrived as scheduled and had no problem with installing the new toilet vs fixing the old one. He was professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and cleanly.  He was very friendly and took the time to explain how the new model differed from the old one and how to take advantage of its new features. He was a pleasure to work with. I will most hesitate to have Universal help us with our next plumbing adventure.

Actually the second time I've had them out (2 separate issues) -- both times they were prompt, polite, cleaned up so nicely, great work and reasonably priced.

They explained to us about our drain system and how it was failing, showed pictures of everything and provided pictures on the write-up.

Friendly, professional, and most importantly (for us at the time) efficient!

Hopefully we don't have to do business with them again, but if we need someone we will know who to call!

We called Anytime plumbing and they came out the same day. Sam fixed the problem right away. Very professional and nice. He gave us advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.
We will definitely call anytime plumbing and ask for Sam next time.

This company is fantastic! It turned out, our biggest problem didn't really have to do with the HVAC system at all, but rather the insulation in our home. BUT this company checked everything they possibly could before they even came to that conclusion. Two full-service inspections and two fantastic, friendly technicians later, we are still working to fix our insulation issue, but we would never have even known it was an issue had it not been for all of the hard work from Levine and Sons! Excellent customer service in the office staff, friendly and experienced technicians, and prices that are worth every single penny! As long as they are in business, we will never go anywhere else for our heating and cooling needs. :)

Update to past review.  Different employee came and we did decide to replace the unit.  New employee was very respectful and did a good job.  Still I would say that follow up from office (no calls ever responded) is poor.  Good technician on site though.

A few months ago, I had the valve to my dishwasher fix but after a couple of uses, my dishwasher was leaking water into my basement. I had them come out to make sure it wasn't anything that they did. Come to find out it was another issues and charged me the service fee for 10 minutes of work.

Overall they're quality of work is good but they do not care about customer service. I'm unsure if I will use them again.

I just had a great experience with Craig and Kevin from Mitch the Plumber. They were on time, really friendly, efficient, and gave me a price that I thought was really fair.

They fixed a slow drain, removed an old pipe and installed a new one, ran to the store to retrieve a better fitting tub fixture (since we bought the wrong one!), installed it, and looked at a couple of other issues all for $275. I would definitely refer them to others and use them again!

We purchased an AC unit last week and we were never informed about the buy one get one offer. We saw the commercial ad and called on Wednesday. We were advised that John the manager would give us a call back by the end of business, no call call back. Called on Thursday and Friday and still no return call. So today is Monday and still no return call. I called and asked for John which I was told once again he was unavailable and I could leave another voicemail. Iam so  disappointed this is very unprofessional. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with or even a corporate number. I was advised he is the only person to speak with. If I don't receive a call back from John today I will be reaching out to the BBB and news to make sure everyone knows they are running false ads.

I called Hoover electric this morning because my brother had lost all power to his entire house last night. He had a friend come over to install a dishwasher and somehow all of the power blew- even to the main circuit board. Hoover electric came out right away when I explained to them that my niece was on a ventilator and had to be moved out of the house because she had to have electricity so she could plug in. They are very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend!

Does not seem like the person who answered the call is interested in coming out to do the work if it's after 5.

Never use this company. They're here to scam you. I had a leak in the faucet that was attached to the wall. They told my tenants while I was out of town that they needed to replace the faucet and the pipe in the wall. I came back and assessed it and got it fixed for $60 parts and $80 for labor.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I own multiple rentals and this company does this crap all the time. Somebody gotta put them out of business.

We have not had air conditioning for 5 days because reliance has made two appointments to fix it but can't be bothered to show.....have now been on hold for 50 minutes....talked to one customer rep....she said she would put me on hold to check...but then kicked me back to the main que  to start my wait over again....oh..btw..

After an hr and a half in hold I finally got someone who seemed to have a clue...he said he understood...and was sorry..but he can't get me a technician til friday..so over a week with no air..even though I pay for service..

Reliance sucks!
