We appreciated his transparency on pricing throughout the process, especially when troubleshooting unforeseen issues. He was able to install our two faucets, do a valve replacement under our kitchen sink, and more, all within less than a few hours of quoting the work out. Highly recommend and will call him again when we need additional service.

I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area.  They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede.  He was very professional and efficient.  This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation.  I would totally recommend!

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. We are so pleased to have been referred to Doug & BROCK MECHANICAL (a special thanks to Meg in Brighton)! On a cold Sunday evening our H2O tank finally gave up it's proverbial ghost. I called Doug & he rearranged their schedule to arrive the very next morning with a new high efficiency unit! Ken Jackson completely replaced the Bradford White tank in under 3 hours! Now you tell me where the heck you can top that level of service in today's world.

I get a drain snaked every spring as preventative maintenance.  I decided to try Birmingham Plumbing Heating and Cooling.  I scheduled a non-emergency appointment almost a week in advance.  Birmingham's plumber ripped us off.  They charged us 2x what Levine and Sons' charged us last year.  RooterMD had done the week 3 years ago and Birmingham was 3x what RooterMD cost.  Needless to say I will never be calling these folks again.

My wife met them and I was not home.  If I would have been home they would have walked away empty handed.  They took advantage of my wife's not being aware of the cost which is even worst.  I would not trust Birmingham Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Terrible service and unprofessional. I recommend you check the owners (David Pfalz) history of this company before hiring them.

When it comes to plumbing NBP is to whom I go to.   They haven't let me down and not once have I felt ripped off.   They explain what's going on at the time and they let you know what needs to be done.  

This last visit these guys went above and beyond their services. It was a nice summer Friday evening,  and they didn't leave until the task at hand was resolved.  That alone is great!  What is even more amazing to me is that they didn't take advantage of our pocket book.  Their pricing was very fair and well earned.  I can't say enough great things about them.

I've been dealing with them for 10-11 years.  No complaints.  Don't expect perfection, sometimes expectations cannot be met the way we want them to, but I will say with confidence that they're very professional, and they get the job done!!!!  Truly.

All around good service. Plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. They gave me a free estimate and setup an appointment to preform the job of fixing my sewer the next day. Job was done in a timely manner and i can finally flush my toilets again!

I requested a vacuum breaker test for backflow certification required by the county.  Rodney, the plumber they sent out, misrepresented what needed to be done to pass certification and suggested a $900 fix that was not required.  An inspector from the county told me that the plumber was incorrect, and I passed the test at no cost.

Coincidentally, the plumber I hired from another company said T&G wanted him to work for them, but he did not like their business practice when they asked him in an interview how he would upsell customers when they need work done.  Beware of this practice with this company.

The only credit I will give the company in this case is that they refunded my money for the service call after I complained.

Sent person, Dustin, through contract by Home Depot & a 3rd party DRFtps.  Com a property contractor Anil Pal calling selves water solutions advisor. The whole thing was a ripp. Dustin never took water heater apart, was too busy talking non stop. Looked 12. He wasnt even going to do a D&C he never sent actual quote just said $1600 for new water heater. Charged mom n me $281.00 and theres no hot water in a pandemic. We had some hot water and now none. Dont go through them I'm reporting them and their services to the trade division whichever it is and more. And they screwed over a widow of veteran.

Gill Plumbing was able to get me out of a bind today.  I had my LG washer and Gas dryer delivered today but wasn't able to uncap the gas line to hook up the dryer :^(.
I called numerous other 'Name Brand' plumbing business' but all were unable to come for at least a week.  That wouldn't do...  One call to Gill and the dispatcher said they would be able to come out this afternoon!  He arrived on time and was able to complete all of the work (uncap dryer gas line and install shutoff valve then hook up dryer.. uncap stove gas line and install shutoff valve, recap and check all for leaks) in a timely manner at one low cost.  I am very pleased with Gill Plumbing & heating and will definitely use them in the future.

SCAM!!! Paid $194.41 to have them come out and fix a slow draining toilet.  First plumber came out and only put an auger in, then said it would take $400 to remove the toilet if needed.  Said the drain was fixed and left.  5 days later, same problem happened, and I had to call them back.   A different plumber came out and did the exact same thing.   Of course, 2 days later, the toilet backed up again.  Instead of paying RotorRooter AGAIN (to fix a problem they never fixed), I called a local plumber and he was able to get the drain unclogged immediately!!  TOTAL SCAM!! They do whatever they can to get you to take the toilet off... DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service.  We've been paying for home warranties on top of the tank rental for years.  Our sump pump breaks, we call them because we are covered...this was on Monday...they say they can come on Thursday.  We tell them it's emergency, we will get a flood in the home.  They reply Well don't you have flood insurance.  They've basically left us abandoned till Thursday and here we are constantly checking the water level of the pump in the house.  They have been taking our monthly warranty protection money month after month and year after year.  We've never had to call them till now and they literally left us hanging.  Of course we will be cancelling the warranties with them...we've given them enough payments to have kept them greedily happy.
