I had an issue in my new home with the kitchen faucet snapping off and kitchen drain being connected wrong. Andre came out from East Plumbing and completed the job same day in just a few hours. I would work with Andre and East Plumbing again, but have to be sure to clearly communicate the price for the entire job in the beginning before starting the job. One number was given and then ended with a different number. I had no problem paying the final price because the quality of work was good and  completed up to code. Thank you again Andre!

Fast, friendly, competitively priced. I wanted an outside faucet installed at the back of my home. This required quite a bit of new plumbing in the basement. Jim was very responsive when I called and came out in a few days. Did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

I have contacted this company to replace my saddle valve for my refrigerator water line. Steve was very professional and the price he charged was reasonable from other plumbers in the area. I will be calling this company for future plumbing services.  Anyone who need plumbing services should give them a call.

I called Dixie Plumbing at 3:15am when I woke up to a flooded basement, like many others in the Dearborn area.  They were the only 24 hour plumber I called that actually answered the phone at that time and they had a plumber out to my house within a few hours to clear the basement drains and get the water to recede.  He was very professional and efficient.  This company was literal angels in the midst of a horrible situation.  I would totally recommend!

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. When it comes to plumbing NBP is to whom I go to.   They haven't let me down and not once have I felt ripped off.   They explain what's going on at the time and they let you know what needs to be done.  

This last visit these guys went above and beyond their services. It was a nice summer Friday evening,  and they didn't leave until the task at hand was resolved.  That alone is great!  What is even more amazing to me is that they didn't take advantage of our pocket book.  Their pricing was very fair and well earned.  I can't say enough great things about them.

I've been dealing with them for 10-11 years.  No complaints.  Don't expect perfection, sometimes expectations cannot be met the way we want them to, but I will say with confidence that they're very professional, and they get the job done!!!!  Truly.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

Every quote that was given was far below what he finally charged and we are still not 100% happy with the service.

My only criticism it that they wanted $400 to install a dishwasher....no thanks.

In fairness I think they do good work and they have a right to charge whatever they want..... but IMO way over-priced....

I had an emergency with a frozen pipe that had not yet burst.  Even though they were busy, they came right over and flushed the icy sludge out of the pipes and no damage.  They gave me some ideas to address the causes and prevent any repeat of this problem.

Would NOT recommend! Rude customer service, unprofessional management. Save your money, go with a different company

I would give zero stars they got mad when I refused to pay 1200 to sanitize my laundry room floor so the plumber that arrived before the cleaning crew decided he no longer wanted to find the leak in my home very unprofessional and rude once he decided he didn't want to take on the job

Not a good company at all.  They charged us $950 and did NOTHING then wanted over $4000 for the real fix.  I paid someone else $1000 to fix it right.   The only plus was that they actually showed up.

Hoover installed a water heater, Rheem, purchased from Home Depot. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job done from start to finish. Carl C. the installer was top of the line, very knowledgeable and professional.

I've used Gill for years and have always been pleased with their work. I've had them snake my main drain line in the basement when it backed up, install a new furnace and AC, and a new hot water heater. They were reasonably priced, quick, and did a top notch job. I trust their expertise and won't call anyone else.
