I contacted East Plumbing with a request to fix both my leaking bathtub as well as my kitchen sink. Within the hour Andre was at my home, and completed the work in much less time than expected. Excellent service, both quick and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring plumbing related repairs.

Mike was cordial and tried to own a blockage in sewer line. He got stuck at about 35 feet. The 4inch cutter didn't work and a small amount drainage occurred.
I was surprised that he didn't try a 3 inch cutter when the larger one didn't fully work. That might have been successful.

Actually the second time I've had them out (2 separate issues) -- both times they were prompt, polite, cleaned up so nicely, great work and reasonably priced.

The company I work for had a huge water bill at one of the properties we own so I looked thru Yelp to find a plumber and saw the great review. I called and talked to Steve. He went out the next day and did some repairs. Our water at that property is now the lowest it has ever been. We paid $220 total for parts and labor. Allied plumbing is as honest repair business that will be our go to from now on! Friendly & Honest!

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. Came out to fix a gas leak within hours on a Sunday. Very professional and took care of our gas leak within an hour. Highly recommend and will refer anyone who is in need of plumbing or gas leak issues.

I called on Sunday nite, Micheal pick up took my info and said there is diagnostic
/service fee of $39.95. He said the person doing the estimate will call between 10a-12p for the next day. I was waiting for the call but I  never receive one by noon so called again. Michael  said he would call me back since he needed to contact the plumber on his eta. A few minutes pass by then I get a call saying he is running late by 30 minutes. I rush home to get thing ready. Just to find out that it was later then expected and the plumber called saying on what street he was on.  The van was not marked and Brandon politely introduce himself. I showed him where the rusted out sewage pipe is leaking from that need replacing. He wanted to see the upstairs bathroom and attic space to figure out an accurate estimate to give. I had to remove a couple stuff in the attic since he wanted to see and he offered to help.He wasn't able to see still because the paneling in the attic. Through out this Brandon was very talkative. 15 minutes to look over plumbing.  Took about 45 min to get it written out since he gave three estimates and said he would give me  a deal. All in all it was informative but the pipe I need replace was in a tight spot and  he mention that they weren't responsible if something else gets damaged. I was like mmm. So I paid the diagnostic fee.

I put a pin hole in a gas line to our dryer (it had a separate shutoff valve, so it wasn't an emergency).. I called and talked to Doug, and he said he'd have Kyle out first thing the next morning. He was on time, with the part he needed to fix it, and 30 minutes later he was finished. Great service and extremely friendly. Would highly recommend! Thanks!

I get a drain snaked every spring as preventative maintenance.  I decided to try Birmingham Plumbing Heating and Cooling.  I scheduled a non-emergency appointment almost a week in advance.  Birmingham's plumber ripped us off.  They charged us 2x what Levine and Sons' charged us last year.  RooterMD had done the week 3 years ago and Birmingham was 3x what RooterMD cost.  Needless to say I will never be calling these folks again.

My wife met them and I was not home.  If I would have been home they would have walked away empty handed.  They took advantage of my wife's not being aware of the cost which is even worst.  I would not trust Birmingham Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

If you see one of their trucks on the road, get out of its way.  Most likely looking at his phone and not paying attention to the road.  What a joke.

We are in a spot our water softener is broke our hot water tank is on its way out.

We called paid the $39 to get an estimate which I normally don't do. (Pay for estimates) however just wanted to get these things installed and fixed. They came out Monday o believe. Took until Thursday to get the estimate. Was told they were going to call Get our email and ask a few questions. They never did and then when i called asking about the estimate they weee like well we don't have your email ?   Well you have my phone number right ? So could have called. I ask if they can install a tankless ?? She says o we will have sonso call when he is back at the office. That was 11 am. 5 pm i call back like hey just trying to get this estimate ... since i wanted this installed by now not still waiting for the estimate. Oh well he's not back probably Monday!!  What. So again I'd be sitting waiting and receive nothing not even call had i not followed up. Now I've stewed all weekend and i want my $39 back since this was clearly a waste!!  We will see if they call tomorrow. I'll

I needed my sewer cleaned.  They were great!!!  Came a little earlier, which was fine with me.  Gave me tips and what to do and what not to do!!!  Very reasonably priced!!!!

Horrible , sewage pump installed incorrectly causing the pump to run continuously-I paid a ton and what I got was a damaged pump . It took many phone calls to talk too anybody and when I did the person was dismissive and unconcerned - that's what I got for choosing roto rooter

Don't be fooled by his low prices and the promise that he won't charge if he can't do anything.  He charged me $40 and claimed he opened the sewer 'half-way'.  I was too sick to double-check.  The truth is, he left the back door to my house unlocked, the cap is missing from the clean-out drain, and the clean-out drain has been moved to the center of the room.  I can no longer use any part of my plumbing.  IT'S MUCH WORSE!
Oh, and he was very, very rude.

RIP OFF  !!!!   69.00 QUOTE FEE ???  Who charges a service fee to give a quote?I had 3 different companies come give me quotes. Their prices were between 2000.00 to 2500.00. This company quoted me 6200.00 on top of a service fee. I got it done for 2075.00 and couldn't be happier.

I called Hoover electric this morning because my brother had lost all power to his entire house last night. He had a friend come over to install a dishwasher and somehow all of the power blew- even to the main circuit board. Hoover electric came out right away when I explained to them that my niece was on a ventilator and had to be moved out of the house because she had to have electricity so she could plug in. They are very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend!

These people get no stars.  We had our equipment removed in August 2014 after moving into our hime and we are still getting bills even with removal reference codes and several phone calls.  We are so happy we do not have their equipment now that we see how their customer service is handled
