We appreciated his transparency on pricing throughout the process, especially when troubleshooting unforeseen issues. He was able to install our two faucets, do a valve replacement under our kitchen sink, and more, all within less than a few hours of quoting the work out. Highly recommend and will call him again when we need additional service.

had them install a kitchen sink faucet that was a deep sink and hard for me to access as I am a senior citizen. Also I needed a leaking gas pipe fitting replaced at the same time, both jobs were done in speedy time and was a quality repair and installation. Never had a problem later with any leaks or other things. They cleaned up after the job and the price quoted was very reasonable. I now have another new problem and will be calling them back.

Tried to price gouge me last Saturday on a water heater malfunction that they installed 7 months ago. Said I needed a thermocoupler but the pilot tube was actually cracked. I needed a whole new water heater which was warrantied by the manufacturer but I had to have another plumber come out because this plumber left because I wouldn't pay him 400 dollars to install a new thermocoupler. Not professional, safe, or customer service oriented. Note the plumber just called concerning this review. He called my husband a liar and threatened to come over to our house because he only lives a couple blocks away to kick my b@@ch a$$ husband's butt. Very unprofessional and threatening

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. Thank God for Nelson Brothers and for Doug! These guys know their business, and did major damage control after one of their competitors jacked everything up at my house. I don't know if thank you is good enough, but these guys went above and beyond for me and I am most grateful.

So thankful for Allied Plumbing! I found them on Yelp this morning after finding an awful sewer backup in the basement.  I reached out via Yelp to ask for a quote, and received a response within a few minutes. The price I was quoted was very reasonable, and thankfully someone was able to come out within an hour and a half to help fix our issue.

Steve arrived well within the quoted time frame, and quickly assessed the situation.  He made a plan and also a backup plan, and got to work quickly.  Thankfully his first plan worked well, and he was able to clear the blockage.

I'm very happy with their service and impressed with the quick response, the quoted price (which is what I paid as well) and with Steve's hard work.  I thought it would be a nightmare to get someone out here on a weekend (much less the weekend after a holiday) but Steve handled the problem. Called Doug Brock to come take a look at my water heater that wouldn't power on.  He was booked for the next 3 days so instead offered to help trouble shoot over the phone! He asked us to text him photos of the model and walked us through some basic trouble shooting and was able to help us fix the problem!   His helpfulness, honesty and great customer service not only saved us money but earned our trust for all future plumbing needs!  Thanks so much!!

First I will say that I was told that there will be a service fee of $79.00 that was true. I also was told that that I would be presented an estimate before any work was done- False it didn't happen. I had a leak behind my main bathroom sink. Repairman tried to replace nut but it didn't work. I was asked to get a new handles and faucet. So I did so at Home Depot. I had another pedestal sink needing repair. Only one my cold handle needed repair but the repairman did both handles. I had other items to check within the house. No other repairs were done. I was hoping to spend $450-$600 for all repairs. It cost me $750. I had a $35.00 coupon and they gave me $50.00 off. The work was done but I will not use them again. They didn't follow the process like I was told. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I called the office after to ask for a breakdown of one of the repairs. They said they don't provide breakdowns and it is done by the job. I should of read the reviews before I hired them. Good Luck Birmingham Plumbing , Heating and Cooling. I use some else like Thorton and Grooms or Royal Oak Plumbing next time. :(

Great job.   Son flushed a bunch of baby wipes down the toilet.   The guys from Aaron Swift Plumbers came right out and did a great job getting everything fixed up.

They are real blood sucker. Spent less than 4 hours at my house and charge us 600 bucks.

Horrible , sewage pump installed incorrectly causing the pump to run continuously-I paid a ton and what I got was a damaged pump . It took many phone calls to talk too anybody and when I did the person was dismissive and unconcerned - that's what I got for choosing roto rooter

Had them out on a few occasions for HVAC, etc. Techs always seem competent and professional. had my furnace inspected- 79 bucks.

Tech says all is good but need a new Pad (filter) for my whole house humidifier.  Quoted 502 dollars.  It's a 15 dollar filter at Lowe's! Ask how long it would take.. couple minutes.  Are you kidding me!! I was in such shock I just politely said no thanks I'll take care of it.

Had a similar outrageous quote on replacing my water heater last from them last year.

Absolutely horrible customer service.  We've been paying for home warranties on top of the tank rental for years.  Our sump pump breaks, we call them because we are covered...this was on Monday...they say they can come on Thursday.  We tell them it's emergency, we will get a flood in the home.  They reply Well don't you have flood insurance.  They've basically left us abandoned till Thursday and here we are constantly checking the water level of the pump in the house.  They have been taking our monthly warranty protection money month after month and year after year.  We've never had to call them till now and they literally left us hanging.  Of course we will be cancelling the warranties with them...we've given them enough payments to have kept them greedily happy.

They should not be billing themselves as any type of handyman service or contractor. Their work is unprofessional and substandard. They left the job site and absolute mess, our entire house covered in dust, with wet mud still dripping from corners and ceilings, and having sanded through their own mudding to drywall tape. They should be ashamed to even suggest that they know how to do drywall or mudding.
