Kitchen sink was clogged. I used home advisor to find someone. These we're the only ones with same day appt. Not only did they give me same day, they called and were able to get me in 1 hour before my appointment time. The plumber came did the work in a very timely manner, was polite and knowledgeable. Work was done in about an hour and the price was more than reasonable. He was also able to give me advice on how to prevent this from happening again. He even liked my dogs. Will use them again if the need arises.

I have been buying properties for 17 years and Michael accomplished what few other plumbers will even attempt. he was referred to me from a friend in common and went and looked at my clogged drain the same day. I had six inches of water in the basement AND my stairs to the basement collapsed from the previous plumber who attempted it and broke them with his heavy equipment. Mike went the same day, got his equipment down there and worked on the drain until he got it freed up. excellent communication. great pricing and incredible service. thanks Mike. The Guy who came out was nice and professional but when it came time to fix the toilet, he either didn't know what he was doing or was trying to charge me for parts that I didn't need. Everything was professional when I was standing in the bathroom with him but as soon as I walked away and left him alone, that's when he tried to take advantage I feel like. He stayed for 1 hr, was wrong about what needed to be fixed and wanted more money. I told him no thank you!

Its now over 24 hours since calling and getting the answering service.  Was told very good about returning calls and would hear back soon.  sorry called another plumber and will have problem taken care of.

I have contacted this company to replace my saddle valve for my refrigerator water line. Steve was very professional and the price he charged was reasonable from other plumbers in the area. I will be calling this company for future plumbing services.  Anyone who need plumbing services should give them a call.

We are new to the area and wanted to keep it local. Dixie plumbing had great response time and was on time less than 24 hours later. Wore a mask, was professional and had everything fixed in a matter of less than 15 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I will call them again should I have any other issues.

In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. Wants to beat the competition! I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was lowest given through Yelp!

Had a plumbing emergency and Kyle and Ken both responded. Not only did they resolve the issue they were fantastic to deal with. Both professional and knowledgeable. These two guys did great work and Brock Mechanical is fortunate to have them. Nice job!!

We use have used Birmingham Plumbing on several occasions for both plumbing and heating and cooling.  They are always on time, they explain what needs to be done make sure the work area is cleaned up.  The prices are great and the staff is super friendly.  I will continue to use them.

If you see one of their trucks on the road, get out of its way.  Most likely looking at his phone and not paying attention to the road.  What a joke.

Darin was responsive, honest, and fixed my AC unit quickly at a very reasonable price.  I appreciated his candid and friendly demeanor.  He invited me to stay to watch he and his apprentice repair the unit which allowed me to understand the issues that was causing the malfunction.  

I was so impressed with his work that I will be getting my furnace and AC units maintenanced from Burton HVAC every spring and fall.

Never use this company. They're here to scam you. I had a leak in the faucet that was attached to the wall. They told my tenants while I was out of town that they needed to replace the faucet and the pipe in the wall. I came back and assessed it and got it fixed for $60 parts and $80 for labor.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I own multiple rentals and this company does this crap all the time. Somebody gotta put them out of business.

Skip this guy. He is a rip off artist. Oh, he seems nice and friendly at first but he'll take you for what you have and do a bad job. He put in new pipes in the basement because sewage was flowing into the basement and he said new pipes would stop that. They didn't. He didn't finish the job properly. After tearing up the cement, putting in new pipes, he screwed up laying the fresh concrete down. He didn't have enough cement to contour the slope of the floor to direct water into the drain so he said he would be back in a few days to finish the floor. He never came back. And when sewage started seeping back into the basement, I called him, NO ANSWER. I text messaged him, NO RESPONSE. I emailed him, NO REPLY. So now he has my money and I have the same problem as I did before but now the sewage is flowing into the basement through brand new pipes.

We have used TG for a few years now and generally have had a good experience - until lately.  The organization seems to have gone down hill with the quality of service, both in scheduling and in type of workers or work performed.  We scheduled a routine furnace maintenance which timing was somewhat difficult.  Two people arrived at my house.  One person was the tech and the other I wasn't sure about it - until the tech was done - it was clear the other person was the salesman and he tried selling my wife on unneeded accessory items.  They wouldn't even install the furnace filter.  They said it had to be ordered online or they could install it but we had to be part of their membership and thereby a discount.  What is the purpose of having a furnace maintenance service and not installing the filter!?   Needless to say the culture has become sales oriented and not service oriented which is too bad.  Won't be using them again.

I have old broken pipes under my home. No idea how long everything was being flushed under the home but 1 day is too long. Clean up is so expensive and Westley was like no problem! I got this. Worked for 5 or more hours under the nasty house and the plumbing is up and running!! Who would do that?? Hoover will! That's who!

had to wait from 8-5 pm to get a new hot water tank installed.  No one showed up or called.  Called the office and they sent out an emergency notice to the manager, promised a call.   Never received a call from the manager that night or the next day.  I even called them 3 times to confirm the appointment the day before and the same day.
