Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

Our Tech was Landon, he was Very Caring, Kind, Knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He explained everything to us, we were not pressured at all, I felt the cost was reasonable and would use A Better Plumber again.  Thank you Landon!

Dave just came and saved the day. So my dumbass housemate shoved a roast down the disposal and flooded the basement where me and my fiance live. Dave came in verified the source and cleared the drain. In and out in less than an hour. Hopefully we won't see him again but if we do we know we are in good hands!

I called Sewer Lines Only about replacing my clay line, which I had been told by other professionals needed to be immediately replaced due to cracking/shifting. They were able to send out a technician next-day for a free estimate, which was great! The technician, Jake, arrived on time and worked quickly to scope my line. He was incredibly straightforward and explained things to me in layman's terms (super helpful for a first-time homeowner). He told me that the problem was not as urgent as others had portrayed to me - there was some standing water and roots in my line, but what I really needed for now was just a good hydrojet cleaning. Sewer Lines Only doesn't even do hydrojet cleanings, so he clearly didn't have an ulterior motive, and even gave me a couple recommendations for other companies.

Jake took a lot of time out of his day to make sure I was fully informed, answer all of my questions, and formulate a full plan of attack for when my line would need to be replaced. He even got down to details like where the excavator would need to drive, if/when I should pour a concrete driveway, how to keep my lines in good condition in the meantime, etc.

It's so refreshing to work with such an efficient & honest company, with reps who really care about the customer's best interest. When I have to replace my clay line with PVC in the next couple of years, I will definitely be working with Sewer Lines Only. Thanks again Jake!

Waking up to a backed up sewer is not the way to start your day.  Luckily, GoDirect was able to squeeze us into their already busy schedule and clear the line.  They videoed the sewer line which showed a mass of tree roots and a broken line.  They returned a couple of days later and replaced the broken section.  Videoing of the sewer line was again done, which showed a 'clean' line and the new section.  Price was reasonable.  Office staff, Erick, and repair crew were all very pleasant, easy to work with, and efficient.  The work was done in one morning.  No headaches for us!  Since this repair was done in the dead of winter, GoDirect will return in the spring to repair our lawn.  We highly recommend them for sew repairs.

These guys are great!  The promptly responded to our call regarding a gas leak from a faulty valve to our oven and also a slow water leak from a valve under our kitchen sink.  They gave us a very reasonable quote and performed the work right then.  In fact, while they were there, I asked about some other work (replacing the water valves under the kitchen sink and running a water line to the fridge) and they came back the next day to perform that work.  After our kitchen flooring project was done, they came back and hooked up the gas line to the oven and water line to the fridge.  We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them!

Jimmy Rooter is great, reliable, and honest.  Marci makes scheduling and getting an estimate a breeze.  The guys were thorough and clean.  They ended up having to replace 4 toilets for us, including one that was slightly more complicated.  They knew what they were doing and got the job done.  No hassles.  Highly recommend them!

I wanted to update my review. We had Jason Bandy come out a few times because even after cleaning our main line twice, still had issues of water backing up, toilet was bubbling and came out into our bathtub. We got it camered and there was a blockage at 50ft. We had to tear up our driveway and fix our sewer line which was several thousands of dollars but we found the issue was a major Fiber optic company rammed their conduit into our sewer line. After all said and done, we had to file a claim with said major company's contractors and they had to pay for our expensive repairs. Jerome, the office manager always answered my calls and got the invoices to the contractors and everything was fixed and paid for with his timely response. We now have outside cleanouts. Bluefrog has a 5 year warranty on our fix and we have not had issues since. I will gladly recommend them to others with plumbing issues.

These guys are awesome. Super prompt, super professional, and fair price. They fixed my mangled pipe quickly on a Saturday afternoon, the day before the wife got back in town.

Stavonte from Start New Plumbing was great.  He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done the same day we connected. It was really refreshing to work with this young entrepreneur and should I need further assistance with any plumbing needs, he will be the first person I call.

Great experience with Summit as a whole. My first time having to do this major of a home owner's replacement so very cautious but have been quite pleased.  Brian was great to work with in sales, to the point, didn't try to over sake me, just gave me the options with the pros & cons, which I appreciate.  Most importantly, very responsive in communication with any questions throughout the process. He even took pity on me and loaned me a spot cooler as my system was completely kaput. It was a life saver truly with the recent heat. Furthermore,  Craig and Sal were simply the best installers! They called with plenty of time for a heads up and right on time. They literally worked all day, no lunch, no breaks (that I could tell) And in 90+ degree heat. Very respectful of my property  & sweet to my dog & kitty. Believe they also took pity and stayed late to finish the job--Thank you gentlemen, truly!!! And perfect timing looking at 100 degrees tomorrow.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience quoting a job with Sergey.  I was looking for 3 quotes (very standard practice) to have my shower valve replaced.  I sent Sergey the details and got the following response:

I appreciate your advice on the job but we don't need your advice, we price and get the job done.   You turned to professionals.  If you are looking for the cheapest price for this job then I recommend you go to someone else we don't have time to compete with someone else for a client on price.  I hope we understand each other.

To be honest I'm shocked to see so many positive reviews here given this initial reaction.  I'll certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

Just rude costumer service. Why not let me finish my sentence, and cut me off with I'm not interested. Let me finish what our company does to serve our clients. So rude period.

Unreliable and confused staff. Had an annual AC inspection scheduled for Thursday 4/27 (weeks in advance). Received call morning of appointment (at 8:30 when window of service was supposed to be 8-12 noon) that due to staffing the technician couldn't make it. Had taken a half day off and after the call went to work only to receive another call that technician was on his way. Rescheduled for 5/9. Called twice to check-was told at 11:30 the technician was on his way meaning within 20 minutes. No technician by 12:10 so another half day off work wasted. A/C technician actually came yesterday 5/11 but couldn't get one unit to start. Electrician supposed to show up today between 2 and 4:00pm. Fix-it called me at 7:55 to say the electrician was on his way. Clearly poor scheduling and complete disrespect for their customers.

I was very disappointed with the way they handled the service call, I was never quoted a price and after the technician completed the work, I was presented with a bill over $500. When I called to find out more information about the pricing I was told that everything is lumped together and they could not give me a break down. When I asked why I didn't get a price quote before the work was started I was told that the job was too complicated and I should have told the technician that I didn't want the service and to remove the part. Are you kidding me!!!! I will never use them again or refer anyone to them.

They helped us with our hot water tank when another company left us high and dry. George is amazing! Thank you for everything!
