Best Sink Installation in Dallas TX
This company is top notch. They are professional, trustworthy, and reliable. They arrive on time (and quickly), friendly from the initial phone call to the tech that comes to do the work. Our homeowners insurance does not use them, they use a company that we will never, ever use again, and whenever there is a plumbing issue at the house, we always choose to just pay out of pocket for Legacy. They are great! They may not be the cheapest provider, but you definitely get what you pay for! They even tightened up loose connections around the bathroom at the faucet, etc when they got done fixing the main issue. We recommend Legacy!

Before I called O'Bryan Plumbing I called Plano city water. They were able to tell me if I had a water leak or not and if it was inside or outside
by looking at my water usage hx .They said I did not have a water leak inside for sure but my usage of outside water usage was very high which was probably due to my settings on the irrigation .when I checked, it showed it was set to go off 3 x a week at 4 am.we thought it was turned off .When O'Bryan Plumbing came and checked for leaks inside and outside, not knowing there was not a leak inside and only a small possibility of one outside, returned with a verdict that there was not one
inside but on the outside a valve needed to bed replaced. Just 2 days before I had a different Plumbing co. tell me there was a99.9 % chance
there was a leak in the house under the slab and wanted to do an expensive test which of coarse I declined(this company has the word
Green in their name). Just to say there are dishonest companies out there too. O'Bryan company are very Honest but not cheap. The crew
are very professional.

Dean did an excellent job explaining things. I was surprised at how prompt they were and calling me back and getting this appointment set and getting out here. I will definitely use rescue air heating and cooling in the future!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We called them to come work on 3 repairs. The first 2 were very simple yet we were charged $168. The major repair was to unclog our shower drain that was not draining. The plumber was unable to drain it because the handyman who redid our bathrooms 4 years ago washed grout down the drain which overtime formed into cement. Therefore it needed to be addressed from the outside by digging under the house to replace the p trap. This company quoted us an outrageous amount of $7800!!! We had 3 other companies give us estimates which came out to $3800, $4600 and finally $2650. Obviously we hired the cheapest one and the job was done perfectly! Clearly pure plumbing is money hungry, so beware!

I love the way John compensated me for my loss of time due the error made. He and his staff owned up to the issue and performed exceptional work. His staff member was kind and explained everything he did! I would most definitely recommend this company. They earned a customer for life! They are MUST use in the industry!

Perfect. New Delta Artic Stainless kitchen faucet & Cadillac of garbage disposals, Insinkerator 3/4 HP. Randy took my call, and had his guys out Junior on a Friday afternoon. They called and said we are on the way. They did the faucet and disposal (and new soap dispenser) in about an hour. They checked the lines, tubing and copper. Decent price, nice guys, and quick and clean. Randy must run a good business. Easy pay right on a tablet. This is how home services are supposed to work.

I love Professor Plumb !! Blue and his helper were punctual, courteous and informative. This is the kind of business I want to always deal, with. I had questions about the new house I had just purchased and he was patient and answered all my questions. Great service and lots of experience !!

All of the people that I spoke with including the owner were very kind and were sort of trying to be helpful. I REALLY wanted this to work out because it seemed very promising, but at the end of the day I was just not willing or able to justify the pricing. The low rating is due to my frustration in the overall process and the high costs.
I called with a very simple and common repair (moving a gas line down 12 inches so that my new stove can fit against the wall). I had a quote from another company for approximately $250 which I felt was a reasonable price but they couldn't come until next week. Dean's was able to send someone the next day which would have allowed us to get this fixed before family came into town. I asked the person that answered the phone for a general price range and they said it was not at all possible to give a price over the phone and that the only way to get an accurate price was to send someone out. I told her that I had a quote and just wanted to know if this was going to be really expensive because if it is between $500 - $1000 I wouldn't want to waste my time and money. They require someone to come look at it and charge a $60 service fee for that no matter what. If I had to pay the $60 service fee as a premium as well as a little more I would have done that to get the job done sooner. However, they ended up quoting me about $750 to start with. I was very frustrated but the technician was very kind and it was not necessarily his fault that the rates are so high. With that I was not going to pay 3x the amount of the other quote to get it done this week so I paid this fee and sent them on their way.
I called the company back and spoke to the same lady that I talked to when setting up the appointment and told her my frustration that this is exactly what I didn't want to happen. She gave my number to the owner, who called me back a few hours later. Again, he was very nice, but we were not able to come to an agreement on price. He initially offered to lower the price to $450 which with the service fee would put my total cost over $500 still (double the price of the other company). Eventually he agreed to do it for $350, but was not willing to include the $60 service fee in the cost. If this were the original quote at the beginning I might have been willing to pay it even though it is more expensive and still overpriced in my opinion for a simple job. I did not end up accepting the new offer though based on the fact that the hassle and frustration of this whole situation did not make me want to pay a premium to give them my business.
At the end of the day, there were several issues.
A). This all could have been avoided if you just had someone answer the phone that could give a rough estimate on basic repairs. I would not have wasted my time or money on any of it.
B). If I did not have a general idea to compare prices or know what home repair costs were, I could have been suckered into paying $750 for a very simple job.
C). I think that they charge a service fee because they cant afford to go out to tons of homes and not make anything when customers are turned off by high prices. I can't imagine anyone paying those prices for repair work so this helps covers the bills for the drive. Companies are welcome to charge whatever they like and I have no problem with that, but they need to be more up front or it feels like a bait and switch situation.
Personally I think they should have refunded this fee or offered to include it in the $350 quote based on the experience I had. That are the only things that could save this experience in my opinion. Sadly, it has not worked out and now I have thrown away my day and $60 that I will not get back again.

If you are in need of an honest, quality, knows what they are doing plumber-look no further.
We've used Absolute to fix a leak, replace hot water heater and diagnose a leak.
Being a female, knowing nothing about plumbing except to recognize where water shouldn't be, any company could have told me I need to do some expensive test and I would have said yes. They did not take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge.
Michael has been/is amazing and very knowledgeable. Also, Deborah is very responsive, friendly and professional. You will not go wrong with this honest company with great customer service, which these days are few and far between.

Stan is wonderful. You will not regret calling him! He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and will teach you how to take care of your plumbing. Incredible to find such a sincerely honest plumber and one who genuinely cares about doing things the right way. We will never call another plumbing company. Stan is our man!
We called him this afternoon because our water heater was leaking from the hot water exit pipe above the tank and he came out within just a few hours to take a look at it. We appreciate him so much!

Hallelujah, found my forever plumber!
I'm in my first house, haven't even made my first mortgage payment yet, and the toilet in the master bath stops working. It's acting like it's clogged, but a healthy amount of plunger action by me doesn't resolve the issue, so I reach out on Yelp and find a plumber with all five-star reviews (even in the not recommended section). It would be hard to think such perfection exists in the service / professional trade industry: There's got to be a catch.
No catch. Mike and Jason came out to my place, and in 30 minutes (drive up to hand washing) fixed my toilet issue. Not only were they competent, but also forthcoming with my new-to-home-ownership questions. I asked about other issues such as possible problems with my hot water heater, and they looked into them for free (including observing the city meter to make sure I didn't have a hot water leak in the house).
And not only were they quick *and* competent, but I believe they were fairly-priced. $110.00 for service call / labor (for two plumbers). $6.50 for replacement wax seal. $0.54 for tax (yes, they don't tax their labor like most folks).
They may not offer any of the outlier services, such as tank-less water heater or Turkish toilet installation, but if I ever have *any* plumbing issues I don't want to tackle myself, I'm calling Pelayo Plumbing.

Skillful, honest forthright.
We called Direct Source after another local plumbing concern sent out what turned out to be a salesman in response to our request to auger a stopped up drain. The salesman spent some time surveying our situation and, it seemed, surveying my wife and me to see how much they could milk us for. They wanted almost $800 to get an actual plumber/tech to come behind the salesman and do the job. Charged us $39 (reduced from $69, so I guess we got a bargain) for the service call.
Direct Source sent a real plumber, Wes Hart, who showed up at our door promptly. He discussed some potential solutions if our problem persists, but did a basic clean out for $160 that seemed to make the most sense as what ought to try before turning to more drastic options.

I highly recommend Chris for any of your plumbing needs. I was having an issue with my tankless water heater not working. He informed me he doesn't usually work on them but he'd be happy to come take a look. He was here within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in another 5. He is a very kind young man and if I have any other plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to call him. Thanks Chris!

Michael provides the most genuine, honest and professional service I have ever encountered. Plus, he is a super cool guy with a great personality. I have used him twice and have not been disappointed. You can trust Michael to not rip you off. He will not try to sell you something you don't need just to make a buck. Today, instead of trying to sell me a new water heater, he was able to clean a single valve and fix our hot water volume/pressure problem for a fraction of the price of a new water heater. I appreciate his genuine honesty and for that reason I will continue to call him first for all of my plumbing needs.

Called before 8:00am to replace bib on outside faucet. They set up an appointment for that day, Friday, between 12-3. For this simple project, it was possibly going to cost me up to $250.00. My husband passed so I needed help with this replacement. At 1:15pm, she called and stated they did not have time to come for the work to be done. I told her this was important. She said if I wanted to, they could come after five and pay the $80.00, past hours fee. $250 plus $80, just to replace a connection so I could attach my garden hose. I told her I would rather buy a 200 ft. hose and post my situation on Yelp. Beware.

I had my AC serviced by Trey and he did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional and took the time to explain every step of his process in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Cody & Sons. I've used them for years and always impressed.

FAILED INSPECTION: We had been on their family plan so a technician came out for free to look at our older hot water heater; said they could install a new Rheem hot water heater for $1552.18 including all parts and supplies. We agreed on the price and had them come out the next week. It took the two guys 4 hours to drain the old tank; were in a rush and poorly installed the rest of the hot water heater. When the City of Dallas inspector came out the following day, IT FAILED INSPECTION DUE TO GAS LINE!! They had to come back out again (3 times in total). I called to notify the manager (Johnny), who said he would call back the next day after it was fixed and not red tagged. Johnny NEVER CALLED BACK, so I called and got the usual run around from the other crew in main office. Finally, the next week Johnny called to apologize and offered a 6.5% refund. WE CANCELLED OUR FAMILY PLAN! You pay inflated prices to bigger companies knowing that the job will be done right the first time and pass city inspection... WILL NOT USE AGAIN! Take your chances elsewhere...
