Best Sink Installation in Dallas TX
I had a generator inlet installed and had several quotes. 308 was the most reasonable and within my expectations so I chose them. Based on other quotes, electrician companies are just trying to work off elevated rates so it was refreshing to finally talk to someone reasonable.
Great communication. I'm in client service too so it is also great to have someone that shares the same responsiveness. Too many times contractors blow you off.
Installation was quick and clean. They showed up a hour early. Can't knock for being there early but might've been difficult if I didn't work from home.
I would definitely use 308 again. They came when they said they would (and early), did the work they said they would and invoiced the amount I was estimated.

These guys showed up prompt and on time. They were friendly and quoted me on a job. They were the highest price by 40% so I went with someone else but if work reflects promptness they appear very good. And will reach out for plumbing in future just not electrical.
4211 S Preston Rd, Ste 102, Celina, TX 75009
I needed a new construction metal building wired. Reached out to me quickly which is become more rare these days. The estimator came out and gave me a detailed quote. He even gave me some suggestions that were very helpful. Their prices were very fair and below several other estimates I received. The work was done quickly and very professionally. I was completely satisfied!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!

We had a HUGE leak at our home (found out from our water company) so we hired our usual plumber Gary to come and check it out (who is an amazing and honest man). Keep in mind water was not visible anywhere inside or outside. Gary was able to determined the leak was outside but did not have the proper equipment to pinpoint its exact location. This is where Bakers Brothers comes in....
10/24/13
Called them and they came out while Gary was at the house - Ceasar was the guys name (at this point we had been without water for 3 days). Ceasar said he needed to clamp his equipment to the main to be able to listen. The main was at least 2 feet below ground and instead of him doing the physical work and digging himself he just assumed since Gary was there that he would do the dirty work for him and because Gary is nice guy he did - that should have been the first sign these were not the right guys for the job!! Ceasar found the leak using headphones and a really strong listening device.
He collect $215.00 which would have been $265.00 if I didn't have a $50 coupon.
Now that the leak was found - we agreed they would come back the next day 10/25 and fix it. I called Angie's List to see what their rating was - and they said it was really good. That made me feel a little better. On 10/25 Ceasar showed up with the bid said it would be $1493.65 to fix with a 2 yr parts and labor warranty that also included the concrete. Which they would reinforce with rebar and try to match. They cut out about a 3x3 section of the concrete in the driveway and dug up all the dirt (a good 4ft.) and found the small hole in the copper pipe that was the culprit. They fix the pipe and assured us they would fill back with sand and not the existing dirt since it was filled with debris, after the city inspector approves it.
The weekend came and went and the inspector came on Monday 10/28 and gave the green light. We called Bakers Brothers on 10/29 to schedule time for the them to come back and fill the hole and lay the concrete - but Tamara with the suggestion from Ceasar decided that we would wait till the rain passes before they would come and finish the job to make sure the concrete dries properly. So this morning on 10/30 I walk out to my garage and see a man working in my driveway and asked what he was doing b/c nothing was scheduled to be done today. Found out he filled the hole back up with the debris filled dirt and was planning on laying concrete without reinforcing it with rebar as discussed with Ceasar initially. I asked the guy to stop what he was doing immediately. I called the company right away and explained my distaste. The operator promised to look into it all and call me back. She did apologize. My concern is what would have happened had I not been home? They would have done it all wrong and laid concrete and a rainy day?!! all of which are unacceptable.
I received a call back from a Jason and explained to him that I wanted the $1493.65 broken down b/c I want to consider hiring another company to come and lay the concrete. We as customers should not have to deal with things like this - just do what you said you were going to do. If someone dropped the ball somewhere I really don't care and its not my problem - I want the job done right! Jason could not break down the job costs - and said he wanted to assure our happiness and would have someone come out on Sat. morning and make it right. I am grateful, but again if I had not been home to see all this how would I have known that they didn't do what we agreed on. That's what bothers me most - and at the end of the day I'm still paying $1493.65! so a little discount for the inconvenience and causing me to late to work would have been nice
I hope when they show up on Saturday we don't have anymore problems......to be continued.
The day after writing this review, I received a call from a customer service rep that completely agreed that there should have been more communication and that I should receive a discount for my trouble. She was apologetic and very nice.
She also made sure 2 guys came out on Saturday 11/2/13 to complete the job properly and they did. It wasn't a great experience at the beginning, but turned out well in the end and we are happy with the end result. I have change my rating from 1 star to 3

Very prompt service. My pool pump had no power. Dustin came to the house and discovered the motor had burned out (causing a breaker to flip). He made a point not to leave until he had lined up the part for pick up and installation the next day.
The next day he returned promptly, and replaced the motor. He even replaced the wiring in the timer which had deteriorated over time and got the pool back in service.
As for pricing, I never got a comparison since i needed the pump fixed right away. He showed me the Milestone pricing book and quoted me the price to install the pump (parts included). It did seem a little high to me, but I was paying for the convenience and promptness of the repair.
Would definitely use Milestone again. Very professional staff, from the receptionist to the dispatcher to the electrician.

I don't write many reviews but my experience with A#1 was underwhelming. To start, I had a Sunday appt. with them and they didn't show up until Monday end of day. This led to two days of us waiting at home for them to arrive, including taking 1 day off of work.
Then the technician didn't find any issues but we were still charged the $99 service fee for 10 minutes of looking at our AC unit. So doing the math, thats more than a lawyer/doctor charges for an hourly rate but without doing anything.
So we still have an issue with the unit, lost 2 days of waiting around and spent $99 for nothing.
Not a great business model for encouraging a repeat customer. Disappointed.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied. They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished. This is an honest, five star company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
