Would highly recommend them. Well-priced and Shawn came out explained our problem with the main valve and cleared up any issues quickly. Friendly, efficient and responsive. We had had Roto-Rooter come out twice before and they weren't able to fix our problem but Shawn did. Thanks Shawn!

ERA Plumbing did a fantastic job on our recent plumbing repairs and new toilet installation. Austin is prompt, professional, and honest. I have recommended him to several friends and would not hesitate to recommend or use him again for any future plumbing needs.

I needed my water heater repaired for my property while I was out of town. I got a fair estimate and within a few hours the water heater that I thought was going to need to be replaced all together only needed a repair. The technician was honest and upfront with what actually needed done. He even sent me pictures of his finished work!

I really appreciated being kept informed and  not being over charged! That's rare nowadays.

Our PVC underhouse plumbing broke and flooded the crawlspace with septic discharge (and that is the nice way of putting it).  The clean-up was *way* beyond my abilities, so my wife took to the neighborhood app to see who was recommended and Mammoth got a lot of positive reviews.

Fast forward a few weeks - they put some chemicals to address the biological and removed contaminated rocks, they also resealed (Plastic liner) and re-rocked the crawlspace.  This was heavy-duty, hard labor; thanks a million Mammoth and specifically: Josh Justice!

Guys were great!! Fast service, they were here in 2 less than 2 hrs for a non emergency call. Friendly and respectful. Did not try to sell me anything. They identified the problem and fixed within the hour. Highly recommend!!! Very good prices as well.

Bernie came out quickly with such a short notice and got right to work. We had tree roots clogging our main drain and Bernie worked with such expertise and experience to get the roots unclogged. He used different types of blades and worked diligently and explained the process step by step for us. He came highly recommend to us and if we ever need any plumbing issues in the future he's the one we will call.

These guys are great to work with and very responsive. We use them annually to maintain our system and have used them to move sprinkler lines in our existing system. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide.

This company is full of scam artist. They will misdiagnose the problem to try and sell you an overpriced TempStar. You can get a better quality Bryant or Carrier for the same price. They also charge $650 for a pound of coolant where other companies are 15% of that price. Do not hire these guys for install or repair.

Will unfortunately never use again! Had a drain back up, they came and unblocked (so we thought) on Friday. I went out of town Sat-Tues & upon returning the blockage was back again. They came out again and went thru the main drain this time instead of the drain cleanout outside.! We were charged twice for a job that should have been fixed the first time only 5 days prior!! Also While blowing out the pipes they backed up a drain in another room. They put down paper towels and never cleaned them up. They just left them on the floor along with all the sewage they pushed up through the pipes.  They left a mess in my basement along with dirty water up and down my carpeted basement stairs(see picture). The crew that came out worked hard and were nice, but they should clean up after themselves and not leave dirty water and towels all over the floor. They don't guarantee their work, so if it isn't done correctly the first time, expect to keep paying until they get it right.
