Can't say enough good things about Mr. Rooter, and in particular, Shane. We have had several plumbing issues as well as a sink install over the past couple of years, and Mr. Rooter has always been able to help us out and has always charged a very reasonable price. We really appreciate the fact that once you have a plumber out, he becomes your plumber and is almost always assigned to do your work. It's almost never a good thing when you need a plumber, but Mr. Rooter makes the experience as efficient and stress free as possible.

We arrived to our new home in Colorado Springs late Wednesday before the first big storm. Our water heater did not work. I scheduled a plumber of come out Thursday. No show. Desperate for hot water I called Joeagle plumbing and Joe came out. It was a quick fix and we had hot water. I would recommend this service because when I called the other service I was told all the servicemen were pulled but they neglected to call so I waited until after 3:00 pm. Joe came out after 5:00 on his way home and was so nice about everything. Thank you Joeagle Plumbing! You are the best!

The plumbing company we had used for decades left us in the lurch with clogged drains, so we called Cap'n Rooter at the suggestion of our realtor.  What great service!  Showed up in a couple of hours, worked hard, and fixed the problem within an hour - all at a great price.

We recently changed from a Culligan water softening system. After interviewing four companies and doing a ton of research, we settled on EcoWater Systems offered through Costco and installed and serviced by Superior Water. It's been a couple of months and we are so happy with the system. They installed a whole house softener and purification system that also removes chloramines. We also had them put in a reverse osmosis system that goes into the frig and to the kitchen sink. The water is silky, soft and doesn't smell like chemicals. It feels much softer than it did with Culligan.

The whole system is wifi enabled and we can monitor it from our phones. It alerts us if anything should need servicing or if the salt needs replacing. The installation was flawless and Etta, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable. The installer, Brian, was very professional, friendly and the installation was flawless. We used our Costco Visa and got an extended warranty and an 10% rebate via a Costco Cash Card, making this the best priced system of the four compatible systems we researched. Superior Water has followed up several times to make sure everything is going smoothly. We couldn't be happier.

We were referred to Greg to work on a small business hot water heater replacement. Greg was fast and efficient, The work was top notch and affordable. We highly recommend this company.

Tombstone Sewer and Drain are THE WORST!  I had standing water under my kitchen sink and a clog.  I had 5 different visits over three different days and they replaced a faucet that wasn't authorized, they removed an air flow filter and capped it, stating it wasn't necessary, they ran snakes 4 different times.  When each snake failed, the technician stated that his wasn't working properly, so I had to wait for another one to come.  Then, his didn't work either.  Two weeks later (leaving me with no access to my garbage disposal), the technician returned with his personal snake that he had constructed.  The coil had a kink in it, and then recoiled as the technician used it on my wood floors.  Ultimately, the clog still wasn't fixed and my wood floors were scratched up. He called back a couple days later stating he had an operational snake at that time, but I had already contacted my warranty company and asked that a new plumbing company be assigned, so I declined their appointment.  The new plumber at Team Plumbing fixed the issue in under an hour, took the time to make a report on speaker phone about what he had to re-do to fix the issues Tombstone had done incorrectly, and left my plumbing in better shape than it has ever been in.  Bonnie (the owner) has been rude, inconsiderate, and uncooperative.  I have requested a formal complaint be filed with my warranty company and am still awaiting some assistance with the damage done to my floors. DO NOT USE TOMBSTONE!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEAM PLUMBING and will use them for all my needs moving forward!

Stuvantae responded to me very quickly when I reached out. He was also flexible with my changing schedule. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional, talking with me as he worked. I will not only recommend his services, I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I'm not a professional plumber but I do know a good bit about simple home plumbing.  I needed to put some piping back together on a jetted tub.  Knowing that the temperature and air flow are more intense I wanted to ensure that I purchased the right adhesive. They were very helpful at trying to ensure that I had the best product for the job.  I will certainly come back int the future.

terrible service didn't come out when he was supposed to the next day didn't show up till late then he kept upping the price that he quoted basically pulled a bait & switch on us and was using foul language the whole time . FIND SOMEONE ELSE !!!!

Our kitchen sink was recently clogged up and we called Roto-Rooter to fix it.  Within a couple hours a Roto-Rooter technician (Rustin) arrived at our house.  He was professional, courteous and most importantly withing an hour had our sink de-clogged and working great.  Rustin was fantastic... 5 stars for Rustin!  The downside of our service call was the price.  We were charged $229 which was considerably higher than other service providers in town.  $150-175 is still a little on the high side but reasonable given the excellent service we received.  Please look at adjusting your pricing or in the future we will go with a different service provider.

They came in as the cheapest estimate for my septic pumping. They came out in a timely manner to me calling. Driver asked how to get closer to my tank I showed him the only way. After pumping he drove over my new concrete walkway and busted it up. No offer to repair or discount price even after I brought it up with the main number. I would not recommend this company based off their customer care and service.

Bestway Mechanical installed a new electrical box and solar panels for us last year. Every aspect of the job was a hackjob.  The lacing in of our shingles to the legs of the solar support looked like a kindergartner did it.  Ran conduit down the middle of a stucco wall when they could have run it 1 foot over by the gutter like I asked, now we have permanent holes in the stucco, nothing about the panel was done correctly, still don't have the correct cover, nothing is labeled correctly. Couldn't pass inspection the first time due to inept installers. Had trouble with the monitoring system, took them months to respond, and that only happened after I got sunpower involved. Caught them in numerous lies. The only thing these guys care about is cashing your check, stay far away!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could rate these guys 0, I would! They had no idea what they were doing! They estimated the project with us would take 3 days. It took 9 MONTHS and it was STILL a subpar job. It was so poorly done, I had to spend even MORE money to completely redo what they did! They brought up past jobs and reviews on yelp and made up a good sob story why the ratings were bad. These guys are TERRIBLE. Save your money. They will probably find a reason and story to disregard this review, but please don't buy the old guys manipulation techniques. DO NOT USE THEM!
