Ryan came out and to fix our water heater and even said he had time to fix some leaky faucets while he was here. He is also coming to install a dishwasher for us! Ryan is the best plumber ever!

Had a major catastrophe during a busy weekend, and he was able to come see us within 20 minutes and fix the leak!  Really appreciate it, because it's the winter season and we couldn't get anyone else to come out.  A true lifesaver, thank you again

GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!   Tom Talmich and his son Eric are great.  They are fair priced and their work is excellent. They helped us get a job done in a timeframe that I didn't think was possible.

Our sand oil separator in our business was clogged. There were here an hour and half after the call and had it done within an hour for a reasonable price. Great service.

They came out same day and helped us with our well leak, and lack of hot water in the home we had just purchased. Very happy with their work and we will definitely be reaching out to them for future plumbing/well needs we may have!

My sewer line needed to be snaked and my home warranty company dispatched Travis with Parker Plumbing to do the job. He came out right away & got there before the scheduled time which was awesome! Do not bother with them. I don't know why American Shield home insurance use such subpar contractors.
I saw from a previous review this year, 2023, that they did a poor job. Should've requested the home insurance look for a different contractor. These guys do not know how to run a business apparentl. First...they don't come up to see what your issue is...they request pictures! Then they had the audacity to report to the home insurance that they came out and then they went above the insurance's head to order unecessary parts. I called the home insurance and informed them that they did not come out and they were ordering parts! The insurance has to call them and lo and behold they were able to order just a water heater.
You cannot get a hold of them. Their voice mailbox is full.  The insurance can't get a hold of them.
They also forget to fully install your water heater. they forgot to put on a panel on the front of the heater! I found it just laying there in the basement.

What a horrible contractor!  Paid him over $17,000.00 and absoblutely not (1) item was completed and he had the nerve to walk off the job.  Left voice mail threatening me if I didn't come up with more money. We had to hire different contractors to fix the botched work performed and bring up to code.  Trust me you DON'T want to do business with this guy.

Technician called to confirm appointment and never showed up. Did not return my follow up call. Horrible service and would not recommend.
