I called Jeromy to disconnect a gas hot tub heater, and to replace a leaking outside faucet. Excellent communication, he arrived on time, did the work we required, and charged a fair price. Courteous, honest and professional, I would highly recommend Krome Gas & Plumbing.

This is my second experience with Cornerstone Plumbing. I had old porcelain over metal sinks that were rusting and needed to be replaced. I called Cornerstone Plumbing for advice on replacement sinks because Cornerstone had previously performed plumbing repair in my home. David Doren the owner provided advice on the best selection and got back to me with costs of replacements and labor. I ended up buying the kitchen sink from Cornerstone but was able to find the bathroom sinks and faucets from another vendor. Making my appointment was easy and the times were convenient. Tony the plumber who replaced the sinks was professional, polite and on time. The new sinks and faucets were installed, everything was cleaned and the old material was hauled away. I couldn't be happier with the result!

It's been a while since I've written a review, but I was so impressed by these guys, I had to get on here and write a little something up! Vince and Danny just finished building my beautiful fireplace, which was made from recycled wine barrels. It came out so great! I'm extremely pleased with their attention to detail; I've attached some pics, so you can see:) Fixxit was recommended to me by my neighbor, who has also had some work done by Vince. Thank you guys for the quality craftsmanship and artistic detail, we love our new fireplace! This company definitely has a lot of talent. Highly recommended!

Contacted Efrain, hoping he would be able to help us with a plumbing repair AND repair some drywall that had been damaged as a result of a leak.  He was not only able to help us but did so quickly and repaired some additional drywall that had been damaged a while back.  He was very responsive, on-time and professional in every way and his rates were very fair.  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides. - Barry Cook

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again!  I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids.  He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

AHS assigned them to replace my water heater. Randy showed up and I helped unload the new water heater and load the bad one unto his truck. Performed the work in Nov 2021 and has yet to complete the work. Work was been inspected twice and failed. Wont return calls or texts. All work has been paid for. I would not recommend anyone use this company for anything. Stay away. Wish I could give negative stars.

Like many people who own a house I suddenly and unexpectedly found myself having to replace my hot water heater. With no warning it started spewing water everywhere. I called Affordable Heating and Plumbing and heating and their technician Manny Was over in just a few minutes! I Was amazed at their attention to detail and also getting same-day service especially since it was getting close to 6 PM on a workday. Manny did all the work in about two hours and even hauled away my old hot water heater. The staff on the phone were also very friendly and very customer orientated. I would recommend Affordable to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

Landmark Plumbing is the Colorado Springs warranty contractor for Rheem water heaters. I installed a brand new water heater from Home Depot and it didn't work properly right out of the box. The electronic control didn't function. I called Rheem customer service and they said they would send a technician the next day. I never heard from anyone. I called customer service again the following day and was given Landmark's office number. When I called, I had to leave a message on their emergency service line. My call was never returned. I called again the next day. I still haven't heard from anyone with Landmark Plumbing.
If you are going to have a warranty contract, you need to perform the work and honor your agreement. If you are going to have an emergency line, you need to answer it or call back quickly.
I own a company that handles out of service and emergency response for utility outages and we have people on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Landmark Plumbing is obviously not equipped to handle being a warranty contractor or having an emergency line.

Beware of this company!   Outrageous trip fees; $475 minimum.   Pressure tactics!

My 92 yr old mother and her elderly housemate discovered  water in the basement.  They called ALD (John Davis) and was told the trip charge is $475 but was led to believe that depending on the issue it might be reduced.  Not knowing what else to do they agreed.   ALD came out and immediately saw that it was a sewer drain clog,  no leak investigation required.   John Davis of ALD then called a drain cleaning company to snake the drain. According to the drain cleaning company, ALD insisted on the line being TV/Video'd as well adding an extra $150 to the drain cleaning companies bill.  According to the housemate she felt pressured by ALD to accept the TV/video.  ALD also pressured the housemate to replace the main sewer line which she fortunately refused.  That would have cost thousands.

ALD charged $475 to come out to her house and call a drain cleaning company.  When asked to re-negotiate this fee, John Davis insists that he is entitled to it since he mentioned it over the phone.  The drain cleaning company also charged $270 for the main line clean w TV.   A total of $745 was paid by my 92 yr old mother for  a simple sewer snaking.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Where do I even start? We purchased our house in July 2015. El Paso County requires a sewer inspection prior to the sale of a home. During the inspection this company broke the concrete on the sidewalk when they drove over it. They wrote on the receipt that they would repair that portion of the sidewalk. We had a very quick closing and the previous owners weren't able to get it repaired prior to closing so we then took over the attempts to get it repaired.

We called roughly 15 times before we actually got to talk to the owner. Either they did not answer, did not return the call or the receptionist refused to help and would tell us she could only take a message to which we didn't get a call back. The interesting thing is that her name was Linda and according to property records Dennis and Linda own a house together which means she's his partner and not his receptionist and pretended to be to avoid answering our questions. Only when we threatened legal action did we finally get a call from Dennis. He told us that they were waiting on a part from China for a piece of equipment he needed to fix the concrete and they would  take care of it. That was months ago. We've started calling again and have not successfully spoken with anyone because nobody has answered the phone.  My daughter graduates next month and we have to have the sidewalk repaired for the party because it's a tripping hazard. We're paying out of pocket to have the sidewalk repaired and are preparing the small claims action to sue this organization. Don't expect this company to stand by anything they say.
