We have used A Plus Sewer Drain and Plumbing on a few occasions. They are always prompt and trustworthy. In a industry where it is difficult to find good contractors, they always go they extra mile to be professional. We recommend them for anyone needing a plumber, will always use them.

I called Stephen on a Friday morning, after calling about 10 other numbers with either a no answer or a no availability. Stephen answered and arrived at our house within the hour.Super friendly and genuine. Was straight forward and up front on cost and labor and there was no hidden charges. Work was super clean and very efficient. As a new home owner this was a relief. Definitely recommend Stephen and we will definitely be using him in the future.

My sump pump went out right when we got the massive 3 day rain, go figure. I found Pat onYelp and he was able to get over to my house within an hour and get it replaced. Very friendly, cares about the job he does and most importantly a local Castle Rock small business.

Bear Creek Plumbing & Hydronics!  Scott came out to my house in Divide, Colorado and helped me heat up my house, thaw out the pipes, find the 2 that burst, turn the water back on and avoided a huge catastrophe for me and my family.

Had a leak under bathroom sink...called them up and got an appointment...technician showed up right on time...showed me the problem and repaired it quickly...great job

It's Friday night, my tenant calls me and lets me know the furnace isn't staying on. I drive up to Cripple Creek to trouble shoot the issue. I get it working temporarily, but the unit is malfunctioning by the next morning. I call Hardcastle Saturday morning and talk to Chris, she is extremely helpful and makes sure she gets someone sent up to the unit even though they're off on Saturdays. Gerald, the tech, shows up to the unit and immediately identifies the problem that I had missed. Fixes, cleans, and replaces the filter on the unit. Tenant is happy, I am happy, the bill was less than expected. They didn't try to sell me a new furnace or overcharge at all. I'm so relieved that I found a heating business so easy to work with that services my rentals in Cripple Creek. I give them my highest recommendation and it should be noted that I rarely ever write reviews. Thank you Chris and Gerald, you turned a tough situation into a non issue.

We've used B&L over the last few years for projects that popped up unexpectedly.  Each time we've need a plumber, they have come through.  Excellent service, immediate response times (seriously, less than one hour from our call and Tom G from B&L was at our front door) and economical.  We will continue using them for anything plumbing related!

Terrible customer service, and I am not sure they even care!  In August, 2018 had a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner installed.  Paid $13,000 cash.  You would think I would be a preferred customer... I had my furnaced serviced early August before the busy season in Fall when you would have to take the day off just to get the service.  Technician  came over and checked everything out and completed a Precision Furnace Tune-Up Checklist and checked all items as having been reviewed and working.  Turned on my heater this week, and the furnace did not turn on.  Called Parkey's to explain that I have my furnace serviced August the 7th, and everything was reported in A shaped and condition.  The first thing they told me is that it would cost $119 to send some one over and that they next available day would be October 16.  I told them that I should not have to pay for this service because I had already paid them for the tune up, and the technician signed saying that the furnace was working.  So here I am on a Saturday and given a window from 4:00 - 8:00 pm for emergency service.  It will be interesting to see if they still have the audacity to charge me.  Well, they just lost what would have been a good customer, and I seriously can not recommend this company to any one, which in the long run will be their loss.  DO NOT CONTRACT WITH PARKEYS
