This company was prompt to answer my request for service. The process to schedule an appointment was easy and the technician that came to the house was friendly and professional. The service was quick and well done. The technician explained everything that he needed to complete the job. I felt that the price that I paid for fixing the water heater was fair for the job performed. Better yet, he was able to fix it the same day. I was able to have hot water in a matter of hours.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again!  I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids.  He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

The water heater at our rental property was slightly leaking and stopped heating.  Of course I find this out at 4pm from tenant.  Luke came out first thing the next morning, discovered entire bottom of water heater was badly rusted and was able to replace water heater same day.

Normally I would not negatively review a company until I've used them or been there a couple of times but I just want people to know how this went.

I requested quotes from several plumbers and these guys were the first to respond. We told them what was going on and had a time scheduled to come out on Tuesday. The individual that was supposed to be going to my elderly fathers home mid morning messaged very late morning, basically afternoon saying he was running very behind. When asked if he would be able to make it before 1 because that's when our son needed to leave for work he said no. No attempt to reschedule and no real consideration for the fact that we had someone waiting for him to show up mid morning.

Very disappointed in companies that make appointments and then don't show up or call in a reasonable amount of time.
