Our home suffered a number of water issues due to the 'bomb cyclone' weather event. Bob McHugh was incredibly responsive to my panicked call on 12/26 when many other companies weren't open and dispatched a team to address a broken water pipe. Bob also made a call to a water mitigation company to assist with cleanup. They came back a couple days later to address further water issues. Bob and his team are top notch, we have used them for numerous other projects and highly recommend as a trusted plumbing company.

Our main stack had a large crack and needed replaced. Andrew and Tim were here right on schedule and did the job right. They were meticulous and careful to not create a mess. Andrew explained every step and also showed us some other potential problems but nothing to scary. I highly recommend Plumb Nation!

Our water heater was leaking all over the floor. I called 2 plumbers and they couldn't come for about 4 days. Luckily we found Plumbing Excellence. Anthony responded right away. Squeezed us in even though he had a busy schedule.  They installed a brand new water heater within a few hours.  I am so amazed at the great customer service. Don't even bother looking elsewhere.

Called and made an appointment with them  and Brian was to come out on Thursday August 11th at 2:00pm.  He called on Tuesday to say that he could not come out on Thursday and could he come out on the same time on Wednesday. Called the Plumbing Source  because as of 3:30 on Wednesday he still had not showed up and was told he was on his way, however I did explain that he had spoken with my husband and he had told him that he would be out at the same time as he was to have been on Thursday, however the Plumbing Source stated he said he would be there between 3-4 on Wednesday.  My husband stated that Brian said he would be out at 2:00 on Wednesday and never told him it would be between 3-4. Had to cancel the appointment. Will call another company. Had used the Plumbing Source for a previous job without any problems.

I called buckeye plumbing to have some repairs on my toilet, and have them install new fixtures. I was told they won't install anything that you didn't purchase from them. If they do install it, they won't guarantee the work.

These guys are the absolute worst plumbing service! Maybe because I have Home Serve as a protection plan on my water line so I wouldn't be paying the bill, but my experience with this company was absolutely unacceptable! I had an appointment on a Friday morning for my shutoff valve (the main coming into my house) to be replaced. When scheduling the appointment I was told someone over the age of 18 needed to be present. I had arranged for my sister to be there, however she was running late so when the repair person came my niece who is not quite 18 was the only person home (that's my fault I couldn't be there and my plan to have my sister be there didn't go as planned) The technician came in my house, acted like he didn't know what he was there for ( I know that the problem I was having was noted by the secretary so they would know what to do since I wasn't going to be there) He shut my water valve off, then asked my niece how old she was and when she told him she wasn't 18 he said I have to leave I'm not allowed to be alone in the house with you. Left my main water valve turned off and left my house, so I had NO RUNNING WATER in my home. I received a call from dispatch and was informed the technician was unable to complete the work and was asked to reschedule, I explained what happened with my sister and let them know she was at my house so whenever someone could go back an adult was home. I was given an appointment time of 12pm-4pm that day, at 4pm no one had showed up, I called and was told we didn't have you on our schedule.  I called Home serve and was given a further run around. Saturday I called and eventually someone called me back asked me what had happened the day before, said he needed to talk to the manager because he didn't know what to do they didn't have any appointments available ( this is the company that offers emergency appointments and I haven't had running water for over 24hrs) several phone calls later a manager calls me and sets an appointment for 8am-12pm on Sunday. At 1145am I called him to say I haven't heard from anyone he says someone named Roger was coming, but that he would call and see how long he would be and call me back, NEVER CALLED BACK and NOBODY SHOWED UP. I paid for an emergency call with another company to get my water valve turned back on after over 48hrs with no running water. I will never do business with this company again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else use them either!

When I bought my house I understood the risks of buying a home with old equipment but crossed my fingers I'd get a few more years out of them. Both my a/c and furnace were 25 years old but seemed to be working well when I moved in last year. My a/c was having trouble keeping up when the weather got really hot and I didn't want to put more money in it since it's so old... I ended up deciding to replace both pieces of equipment so I didn't have to worry about the furnace dying this winter. They were able to install both units in a single day, and I was blown away by the difference in just the look of the newer stuff versus the old! The salesman was very friendly and the installers were very considerate of my home, when they left you wouldn't have guessed they were there all day with how clean everything was too. My house is of course a lot more comfortable and I'm happy I won't have to worry anymore about that older equipment.

Due to our home warranty, we were saddled with this company. They have come out to fix the same issue twice now and apparently it was never fixed accurately. I came home yesterday and the same hose they claimed to have fixed had leaked enough to drip to my first floor causing water damage. When I called to report the issue, the woman was very rude and put off that I would call in with a complaint. She asked why I didn't check the technicians work to make sure it was done correctly. Well, seeing as how I'm not a certified plumber, how am I to know the ins and outs of what he did? She then told me, clearly, you know nothing about plumbing. Instead of offering to send someone out to fix their mistake, she said what do you expect us to do? A legitimate company would apologize and send someone immediately. Instead, she continued to put the solution back on me. That $60 copay through my home warranty will now cost me thousands to repair in water damage. Steer clear of this company!

I can tackle a lot of home diy projects, bit plumbing is a weakness of mine. Litt's is always there with the right parts and advice when a job can be done diy. When the job is complicated, their staff is knowledgeable and thorough.

Needed an inspection done asap and Anthony was great!  Highly recommend is company for your HVAC needs!

Hired to install a utility sink in the laundry room. Very polite and wore a mask the entire time he worked. Flexible in his thinking and willing to go with an unorthodox set-up to make our plumbing situation work. Reasonable with pricing even though the job took longer than expected as he needed to buy some extra parts. Will definitely hire again to do some plumbing work for my mom.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from VIP Plumbing - both the office and the technician.  When I contacted them to schedule some service, they were flexible in meeting the constraints of my schedule.  When my schedule opened up on the appointment day, I let VIP Plumbing know that if the technician was available earlier, he was welcome to come at any time.  I received a call about 30 minutes later that a technician would be arriving very soon.  The technician, Brian, was knowledgeable and friendly.  He looked at the problem, assessed a solution and gave me a quote very quickly.  I authorized the work and Brian went straightaway to finish the job.  He communicated to me what the issue was and showed me the completed work.  He was very detailed at reviewing the work to make sure there were no issues and everything was cleaned up.  I would highly recommend Brian and VIP Plumbing.

the owner of this business and I had a verbal and written agreement for Payment for installing a hot water tank. Upon completion of the job the owner continually harassed me via text message for payment. We have had extensive conversations prior to him coming to the home to complete the job regarding payment. Payment was made prior to the agreed-upon date. After payment was made the owner of the company refused to respond to questions regarding warranty on his work. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Mobile home re-leveling, quoteed and scheduled, then ghosted me twice. Thanks for wasting my time!

Called them to replace a toilet at a rental that was not working while I was out of town. No call no show TWICE! To make it better the following week (out of town for a wedding again and probably more than I would be able to do myself anyway) downstairs tenant had a leak coming through the ceiling call about 10 plumbing places on Saturday 4 pm and they are the only one I can get ahold of... reluctantly I decided to give them another chance and made it known the previous week they were a no call no show.. someone was supposed to show up between 10 am and 2 pm... I called 3 times throughout the day, Noon was told someone would be there around 2. I called again at 2 and they said they were finishing another job and we're headed there shortly, I called again at 3:30 and again got that someone would be there shortly. Save your time and call someone else bc they won't show up anyway.
