VIP Plumbing is an Ohio licensed and bonded plumbing company. Specializing in residential and commercial service, new construction, and remodeling. Services we provide include snaking, sewer camera so you can see the problem for yourself, gas line leak repair, leak repair, installation of fixtures, sewer lines cleaned and repaired, hot water heaters, and so much more. VIP Plumbing, Inc. provides residential and commercial service to our customers throughout Northeast Ohio and your neighborhood.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I'm the owner of the company, Paul J. Episcopo, and I started my career in the fall of 1983 as with all plumbers, as a helper.
In the spring of 1995, I opened V.I.P. Plumbing providing service, new construction and remodeling to our residential and commercial customers. We have been able to grow the company through the years to currently 6 employees in the field with 5 trucks and 2 people as part of the office staff.

We used VIP plumbing during a major home renovation and throughout the whole process the entire team was professional, skilled and timely. They were immediately responsive to any follow up requests as well. Recently we experienced major issues with our sewer line and the team responded to both situations within an hour and worked diligently to repair and replace a 60 year old system that presented many challenges without a glitch during rain, snow and tons of mud. My husband and I have appreciated their hard work throughout all of our projects, I can't say enough positive things about the entire crew and we have worked with every single team member. Thank you VIP for getting our home in top notch shape and taking such great care of us!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from VIP Plumbing - both the office and the technician. When I contacted them to schedule some service, they were flexible in meeting the constraints of my schedule. When my schedule opened up on the appointment day, I let VIP Plumbing know that if the technician was available earlier, he was welcome to come at any time. I received a call about 30 minutes later that a technician would be arriving very soon. The technician, Brian, was knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at the problem, assessed a solution and gave me a quote very quickly. I authorized the work and Brian went straightaway to finish the job. He communicated to me what the issue was and showed me the completed work. He was very detailed at reviewing the work to make sure there were no issues and everything was cleaned up. I would highly recommend Brian and VIP Plumbing.

I called for a water softner problem. When the tech arrived, he told me to call GE smart water. 69.00 for this estimate. I asked him to snake a line. No attempt. He wanted 400.00 to jet the line the next day. The secretary told me I would be obligated to pay 69.00 if no work was performed and receive credit against the bill. He could NOT even provide an estimate. I will pay since everyone's time is money.
I spoke with the receptionist again. She resolved me issue.
We had VIP come out twice and both times they were wonderful! As a suggestion from my realtor, they were quick to pick up the phone and quick to schedule. We had some sewage issues and they quickly identified the problem. Well, turns out that wasn't all the problems (there were three issues in total), but they came out again and fixed the issue at no additional cost. Overall, we were happy with the price, the efficiency and the plumbers were both knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend !
If you need a plumber don't look anywhere else!!!!! The owner Paul, is amazing!! He only hires and sends out the best. We have used VIP Plumbing for the last 4 years. When we were in need of a water heater, Paul helped us. He sent a technician who was very polite and helpful, even wore booties when he entered our home. Two years later our jacuzzi was leaking, Paul went over all the options with us. He was a amazing and went to bat to find the best way to fix the problem. Now our kitchen sink was leaking, they came right away. All I can say, is that Paul has great company he researches your request and sends out the best technicians to do the job!! Even talking to the technicians and telling them how much I love VIP Plumbing and Paul the owner, they shared with me He's a great boss!! and it shows!!

They do everything from service calls to new construction. Professional, reliable, and gets the job done! Also travel all over Ohio! They make sure they do there job and it's done right!
Huge ripped off, my shower head broke and I can not turn it off so I called VIP plumbing. The guy came same day afternoon fixed it&replaced the filter and billed me $269. I should ask a quite ahead because I never expect they will asking that much... He spend half hour and one part( worth $30) top and charged $268. Don't get them!
