My mothers furnace stopped working recently and given the outside temperature my mom was in a panic. The team at Wilkes responded immediately and made replacing her furnace a priority. I live out of state and was not able to be there so knowing they were taking good care of her meant everything to me. They brought in heaters, covered doorways with blankets...everything they could to keep in the heat as best as they could. She raved about their kindness and how knowledgeable and honest they all were. Thank you so much!

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with these guys. They are fast, friendly and reasonable. They have taken care of both my central air and furnace. Sarah and Don are the best. I'm just a middle class average joe and I am very very pleased with their services.
