Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

We submitted an inquiry via Yelp and the business was quick to respond. On Monday morning, they came out, evaluated the issue, and fixed it in ~3 hrs. Collin was on time, efficient, professional, and explained the issues and our options clearly. We've previously used two other local plumbers and their services seemed very overpriced. In contrast, the bill we received from Feichtner was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I will definitely use them again.

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with RBS Handyman Service. I recently had the pleasure of utilizing their plumbing and electrical services, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work they provided.

From the outset, RBS demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They carefully assessed my plumbing and electrical needs and offered practical solutions that aligned with my requirements. The addition of a food disposal unit has proven to be a valuable addition to my kitchen, and I appreciate the seamless installation.

The installation of ceiling lights in my basement has truly transformed the space. RBS not only installed the lights effectively but also took the time to consider the aesthetics, resulting in a well-lit and inviting area. Additionally, their installation of a water softening system has had a noticeable impact on the water quality in my home. There was a snafu with the manufacturer's design of the water softening system that required Rob and Ryan to make repeated trips back to my house, but they were dedicated to getting the job done right despite it not being their fault that the manufacturer had suddenly changed designs on a long-standing model.

Called Jolly Plumbing when our basement drain started backing up. They cleared the clog and the price was on the low end of their initial phone quote. The tech was very friendly. He noticed our hot water heater was leaking and gave a quote for replacing that as well.
The staff is friendly and the work was done quick. Price was competitive. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will use them again when I decide to replace the water heater.

I would like to highly recommend Halpin Plumbing for an outstanding job that they did over the weekend on our condo in Hyde Park. Geoff Halpin the Plumber was extremely helpful and gave me an update frequently so I was aware of what was happening.
He even brought space heaters to keep the condo warm while we waited for our heat to get turned on by Duke.
Though my bill was really steep but the problem was resolved.

Water was backing up called them and got a same day appointment on a late holiday weekend. They were great and here immediately to fix the issue.

Excellent and professional service at a fair price!   I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and they are a locally owned and operated family business.

VERY overpriced.  I recommend shopping around before settling on their price.  Seems like they're trying to take advantage of people.

I called two other recommended plumbers for my urgent leak, one could come in 7 days and one could could come in the morning as my basement continued to flood.

Called roto rooter and I could barely make it home from work before they got there.  Amazing speed and service.  Quoted and paid $180 for a new toilet water line, $1 over my wife's estimate and hundreds less than I thought I was in for.

Purchased a Groupon for a whole house plumbing inspection and my husband took off work for the appointmnet. No one from Geiler showed up nor called. I left a voicemail message at 5 pm on Friday, stating I wanted a return call and I didn't care that it was a weekend, The wekkend tech returned my call and said he'd be out on Sat. Then received a call on Sat saying the company did not know what had happened on Friday but they would not service the call on a weekend. I asked for the person making that decisioin to please call me on Monday. By 11:15 am on Monday I had not heard anything, so I called them. I was then told they had a wrong number for me and had tried calling it several times on Friday. She said they'd be happy to reschedule the appt. I again reminded her that my husband had taken off work specifically for the missed appt and while I understand that telephone numbers can be transposed I felt like the error was their responsisbilyt but they were expecting us to make all the concessions. She then offered to connect me to the decision maker (whom I had requested call me in the first place) I got his voicemail, so I left a message requesting a call back. He callled back and his first statement was did I have a ? about a groupon?? Obviously he didn't pay much attention to my message. When I explained the issue he told me that they had a wrong phone number and they didn't know whether they took it down wrong or I gave it to them wrong!!! Their last appt. time is 2-4, never once did anyone ask how late would we need an appt to be. We could have been there by 4 but not by 2!! So I said if I could get my money back for my groupon I would just take my business elsewhere. He said oh you can do that, just call Groupon. So I told him that's what I would do and I would do business with a company that knows how to behave professionally!! Would not reccommend this company to anyone!!!!

DO NOT CALL THESE THEIVES!  I would never have called them if I would have read all the negative reviews first.   I made an appointment with them, took the day off and waited.  Nobody showed up or called.  I don't mind paying extra to get something done but when they don't show or call back, that is just horrible business and I don't have time for that.  I'm going to spend the next few hours trying to save others from what I went through.  This is why I have lost all my faith in America.  Nobody will do anything for the next guy.   I can replace the toilets and showers myself but I didn't want to take the time to do it.  If I would have known they weren't going to show up I could have already done it myself.  I tried to keep America working but not anymore.  Let the country collapse and let China take over.  I don't care anymore.  There is nothing good left in this country.  G&R Plumbing is just an example of what this country is all about.  A total failure!

Had them ( Matt's plumbing ) tell me they would service a water heater on Saturday. Ok, that never happened. Calls me affter making us wait all day and says it will be at 1130 on Sunday. We'll around 2 o'clock the goof calls and says he's calling the tenant now. I followed up. For the 3rd time he never showed up and never called back. Subsequently he is yet to respond to texts or calls. Just another worthless plumber who can't figure out how to keep an appointment. It's obvious that the good reviews on this guy are fakes. Don't use this guy!
