Professional. I wasn't skeptical as to why the reviews were so great but after using them, I get it. Colin came out and was amazing. Owner is extremely responsive. I'm not using another plumber in Cincinnati. Pricing is higher than the other companies in the area but I will gladly pay it and then some. These guys take pride and know what they are doing. Customer for life.

Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. Most definitely have found our go to for around the house repairs and/or remodeling.. very good price, professional and polite.

Dixon Plumbing is a breath of fresh air when it comes to plumbing. I had gotten a few quotes from other companies who priced the job out of this world. I contacted Dixon after finding them on Yelp. They sent someone out the same day to quote the job where able to start and finish the work one day later. They did and amazing job. The next time I need some work done they will be the only company I call.

Superior service at a fair price.  We had a clogged kitchen sink needing not necessarily immediate service, but soon.  I called Tony's in the morning and they were on-site by 2pm.  Mike identified the best path possible to address the issue, and within a few minutes the clog was cleared.  No mess.  No water.  No need to undo plumbing traps.  I highly recommend Tony's Drain Cleaning and will be using them again when/if another emergency arises.

When asked if he was going to clean up he said he was going to get a shop vac then left and never came back! This is the second time this has happened at our place of business. Would never recommend!

Had a 40 gallon gas water heater installed the other day at their LOW FLAT RATE PRICING.
Quote was $1200.00.  Gave me 50.00 dollars off for not having to haul it off. If that sounds
LOW to you please get at least two other quotes. Oh by the way they did drop another $50.00
off the bill just to make me feel like I got a good deal. It didn't work.I couldn't change the stars. Two at best.

I had used this company twice in the past and have good service.  I used them again this week and was dissatisfied with the price and the customer service.

We had a whole house water softener and reverse osmosis system installed
and we immediately noticed the difference in our water softness and quality.
After deciding from the ample choices, they were here within a few days
after scheduling the installation, which only took a few hours. Jesse did a
very thorough job explaining the new system and also removed & disposed
of our old water softener. We were also very pleased with the overall cost and warranty.  We highly recommend this company.

The technician Brandon was unprepared for the job.  I waited for him for 1 hour, after he initially showed up without the proper tool to shut the ware off at the curb and he showed up again with the wrong tool to shut the water off from the street and could not do the job until the city turned the water off.  After he told
me he would wait, I incurred a $55 charge because of his incompetence and lack of preparation.  I told him I would be right back while he waited on the city to come and turn the water on.  After allegedly 34 minutes he left.  If I waited for him for 1 hour plus he could have done the same.  Nonetheles, I will not be using them again.  Can I get refund for the $55 i spent for Brandon to be able to do his job and he didn't??

I called first thing this morning because our water softener is beyond my understanding. He said that he'd come out about 4:00. Great! I sent him a picture of our unit. He shows up and tells my husband he doesn't work on the non-digital water softeners. He could have saved us $95 and trying to get someone home to be there for the service call. He blew through in under 30 minutes. I'll give him 1 star for showing up as he said he would. What a waist! Oh, but he shared information on a unit for drinking water system for $1500 and we already have one.

On January 23, 2012 at 5:30pm EST I contacted G&R Plumbing because I was having problems with my hot water heater and main shut off valve in my condo. I needed my main shut off valve replaced because it broke when I shut off the water and I could not turn my water back on. I also wanted my hot water heater looked at to see why my water was not staying hot.
I spoke to a guy named Randy and informed him of the situation. He informed me that he could be out on Thursday January 24, 2013 between 11-12. On January 24, I received a phone call stating that he would be there at 12 noon.
I was not able to be home for Randy but my next door neighbor was at my residence the entire time Randy was present. Randy was on time, and I greatly appreciated it; However, the shock came when he was finished and I had to pay the bill. My total bill came to $373.61. I was outraged. I wanted to yell and haggle more with the pricing, and told him I did not appreciate being GROSSLY over charged, but I was at work.
I was charged $110 just for him to look at the heating elements and tell me that they were fine and nothing was wrong. All randy did was basically tighten a couple screws that were lose and that solved the problem.
I was charged $165.00 a value rate for the replacement of a main shut off valve, even though Home Depot and Lowe's sells the valve for about $50.00.....This is a $115.00 mark up.
I was charged $110.11 to replace a watch line on top of the hot water heater. The watch connector line from Home Depot or Lowes is $12.47 for the copper line fitting for my size pipe and model water heater......Randy gave me a markup of $97.64.
The total I would have spent would have been about $62.47 plus installation about $100-$150.00 dollars. This is $223.00 savings.
After arriving home, I looked at the bill and contacted 3 additional plumbing companies. For their reputation I will not release the names of the companies, but my neighbor was present during all 3 phone calls. One company would have charged me a total of $225.17. A second company would have charged me $175.58. The third and final company would have charged me $235.28,,,all of which are more comparable than $373.61.
Though I appreciate Randy attending to me when he was able, I AM APPAULED AT THE FINAL COST. A cost which should have been significantly lowered. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and do not recommend his services again,,,,for I am one dissatisfied customer. If I wanted to be taken to the cleaners, I would have walked myself through a dry cleaner store
