Wanted to thank you for the gorgeous fence... not to mention the new bathroom shower.. thought was going to be a bit more difficult but wouldnt have known it.  Also the other odds n ends.. we are working on another little list. I was selling my home and had never had any work done on my unit. I contacted HELP and had them come out and do an evaluation and tune-up. They educated me on what I needed done to ensure that it was in working order for potential buyers.  My tech was absolutely amazing and I honestly felt safe and trust the information he gave me. I will definitely be using them in my new home for more than just HVAC.

Recommended by my realtor. Came earlier than expected and called to make sure it was ok with me. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Didn't make a mess. Darrel and Pedro very pleasant and professional. And my bathroom works!!! I'm very happy.

This review is for Dana, who answered the phone and was very professional and polite. I could not use this company, however, because they do not service Kentucky. So, I'm writing this review just as a heads up to anyone else in Northern Kentucky who might be scrolling through Yelp looking for HVAC companies to hire.

I'm sure these guys are great, but only if you are in Ohio.

Mistake!!

We had a plumbing issue after 5 on a Friday. While the actual service could wait until the next week, I wanted to get something booked. I went with Jolly because I was easily able to schedule online, which literally no other plumbers do. As soon as I scheduled, I received a call confirming, also unexpected and great. Over the weekend I received reminder texts, and a text with the plumbers bio who had been assigned. Then the plumber, Andrew Voorhees, actually called to give me his ETA. Jolly overcommunicates and I love it, really a nice touch. Andrew was awesome, smart and efficient. He explained everything and was able to get us all taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jolly again, and I'd request Andrew. Thanks!

Over priced by $300 to evaluate the plumbing issue. Tried to come up with other issues on their evaluation. Declined all options they were trying to sell me on. Hours later, they sent a cleanup crew for an extra expense without notice. EXTREMELY a overpriced and unprofessional. Price gauging!

CME's service exceeded expectations. They were very thorough in the quality of the repairs they made and the team dd a great job explaining exactly what was going on. Our job turned into a bigger problem due to a previous plumbing job done wrong.  They not only fixed what they came to work on, but put the previous job right, all with no extra charge.  I haven't been this impressed with a service company in a long time. Thanks for the great job!

We have used Geiler twice in 14 years for some pretty serious plumbing issues.  Believe it or not, Matt, a master plumber at Geiler did both of our jobs for us (which says something about the company if their employees stick around).  in 2003, they replaced old clay pipes that had broken and developed roots throughout.  They dug down 10-12 feet, and replaced the full line from our house to the street.  Not something a new homeowner wanted to deal with, but Geiler was honest and the work was done right.  Never had a problem after that.

Until, we moved!  I thought we had paid our dues in our first home, and our new home was new construction.  While very unlikely to get roots in PVC pipes, some shoddy work by the builder, and boom, same problem, all over again 14 years later!  Once again, Geiler to the rescue.  Matt is an awesome plumber and knows his stuff.  He prioritized our work (we had limited use of water in our house otherwise) and got the job done quickly, with quality work.  He provided a full write-up so we could take it to the builder to try and get some recourse.  I highly recommend!

We had a broken shower pipe and the faucet needed to be replaced.  After calling two high rated plumbers, both said at least two weeks to come and look. I called Anderson.  They were able to respond in two business days.  The company did suggest I purchase the faucet I wanted so I would have what I wanted.  The plumbers got here on time and completed the work quickly.  They cleaned the area they were working in .  The bill was a little high, but so were the other companies I contacted

This company is the worst.  We purchased a phase 1 hot water heater, per the website we purchased it from.  The plumber came out and had to have an eletrican put in new board.   No problem.  The plumber installed the hot water heater and found it wasn't working because it was actually a phase 3 water heater.  I would think the plumber would have known that before installing.  We purchased a new hot water heater - phase 1 from Home Depot.  We are trying to get Ben Frank to install the new one at a discount or free since we feel he should have seen that right away.  We have called many times and they say someone will get back with you but nobody does.  Horrible customer service.
Also, I called yesterday at 10:30 and they just now called me back, 1:30.
Today new plumber came out from Thomas Plumbing to put in new hot water heater and we found out that BFP messed up the wiring so again no hot water heater.  Called BFP and cannot get anyone out until Monday.  Plus this is for an apartment bldg so they have been without for a while now.
