Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. After couple years I finally decided to get a water filtration system installed at my place. I looked up few companies online and contacted them to get some more information. I was pleasantly surprised by the Water Purification Systems representative. He kindly explained me the benefits of different drinking systems and suggested to go with a Reverse osmosis system. The price for the water drinking system was very reasonable and decided to proceed with an installation. Couple days later I have their technician right on time. He was very professional and did the whole installation in about 2 hours. After he kindly explained how the reverse osmosis worked and about the maintenance required. I have been enjoying the high quality water since. It does taste amazing.

I needed a toilet reset at my property and I called Above and Beyond Plumbing. They where there the same day to do the work and they were very clean and professional. These guys are good. I highly recommend them.

Very reliable and reasonably priced, and quick.  He communicated very well, letting me know when he was on the way.  He was able to give me a time frame of how long it would take and finished earlier than I had expected.  Highly recommend him.

I only write negative reviews to protect other people. Check TT or ask neighbors to find someone you can trust. I will not contact them again.

After suffering a second pinhole leak in the copper pipes in the walls I realized the only long term solution was to get my house repiped. I contacted several well known (due to TV commercials) contractors in the area and received quotes that I felt were much higher than I anticipated. One contractor didn't even show up for the estimate.
I contacted Ameri-Cal and Toby got right back to me. Within a day I had an estimate that I felt was much more in line as to what I thought the project was worth. The reviews here helped give me the confidence to go with Ameri-Cal.
To say I am extremely satisfied with the work is an understatement. The crew showed up on time on the day of the installation, shut the water off around 9:00 am and the piping was complete and water back on at 5:00 that same afternoon. The reason they didn't turn the water off until 9:00 was that they spent over an hour handing tarps and covering furniture so as to contain the dust as much as possible. When they finished they left the house as clean as they could.
The second day the inspector came and signed off on the project with no issues.
The third day the second crew came early in the morning and completed the drywall repair. Also an exceptional job.
As with other reviews for this company I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair. It was stressful to have it done but now that it is I can sleep much better knowing I'm not going to wake to a puddle in my living area.

I first want to start by saying, I have received no incentive for a review up to this point and I have already paid in full for my initial service which has been completed. That being said, I want to let prospective customers know how happy I am to establish a relationship with this company. Yes, a relationship. From the minute Angel picked up the phone, they went out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. I had a previous company come out to clear my main line and charged me close to $375 for 10 mins of work and no diagnosis of the possible problem. Because they did not have a camera, I chose to contact Best Choice. I needed Best Choice to come out on MEMORIAL DAY for another main line clog emergency, however Angel informed me their camera would not be ready till later on in the week due to maintenance but he would contact me as soon as it was. He apologized and due to the inconvenience, offered me a VERY discounted rate as well as offering to still come out that day and try to clear the main line. I called at noon, and the serviceman arrived by 3 all the way out in Jamul! He cleared the main line in less than 10 minutes and told me they would not charge me until they come back out with the camera. Great way to start. A few days later, they contacted me and told me they were ready to come out. I told them to come out and upon arriving, Marco and his associate had already camera inspected the main line, recorded a DVD of the results and were waiting to explain the results. They showed me in real time what the problem was (Roots) and gave me some possible options. They told me I could take some time to think about it and just to contact them when I was ready. No pressure. Just the problem and a couple of solutions. We settled up and it was around half the price of the original company I had out!! Not only was I impressed by their professionalism and customer service, I felt that they genuinely wanted to do what they could for my situation. They treated me like they would want to be treated. Like I was a friend or family. Marco, thanks for everything! Best Choice, I look forward to continuing our relationship and please encourage your employees to keep doing what they are doing! I've dealt with multiple plumbers and Go Plumbing is by far my best experience. They have done several jobs in my home ranging from installation of water lines/drain pipe for my washing machine to (the not so pleasant) clogs.  Edgar is very responsive and can usually have someone out quickly. I recently had to call for issues with a clogged line. Christian did a great job with the repairs. He took the time to explain things before he started and made sure to clean up after he was done. Overall I have found this team to be highly professional,  reasonably priced, and honest. I highly recommend them.

Cartridge gone bad (the shower) for my rental and they came and fixed it since I couldn't do it myself (I'm at work). Fair pricing.

5pm on a Tuesday afternoon: Literally out of nowhere, whenever we would let the water run--in anything--the pipes in my house rattled so loudly it sounded like a freight train was pulling a steam shovel right down the full length of my hallway. My teeth were nearly chattering from the vibration that was going on in my floors and walls. It was so bad that I would have been totally freaking out had I not known that I had an ace in my pocket.

5:15pm: Wearing a filthy tyvek suit, digging around in the crawlspace under my house, I can't figure it out. The best I could guess was that a poltergeist had settled in, so I decided to pull out that ace and call up Community Plumbing. Just like when I hired these guys six months ago, Eric answers the phone. Greatest guy you ever talked to on the other side of a plumbing house call. 'Yeah', he says, 'we can come out.' 'When', I ask. 'Today, like right now, 'cause if we don't we're busy the next couple of days. In fact Tony--the other one--is in the area, and he'll be right over.' Eric says he'll come over, too.

We hang up, and at about 5:30pm the cavalry arrives. It feels like the car from the Ghostbusters is pulling up in front of my house. Community Plumbing, the big white truck says, and I believe every word of it.

I'm expecting just Eric and Tony, but another guy's there, too. My first thought was: awesome, business is so great for these guys that they're multiplying. So happy; they deserve every bit of it. After I noticed all three were now wearing identical black Doc Martens, I squinted to see what name the new guy had embroidered on the patch of his shirt. I was half expecting it would be either Spengler, Venkman, or Stantz. Nope, it was 'Ant'. Close enough, I guess.

They got to work, figured it out quick, and didn't even come close to raking me over the coals. I was again so happy with them that I booked them to come out again next week for some preventative maintenance I have been wanting to do for a while now. I'm telling you, these guys have class in spades and a price that is way more than fair considering their combined body of knowledge.

After everything was wrapped up we all said goodbye, and I quickly put that ace back in my pocket for the next time it sounds like the world is falling apart. I just hope the guys at Community Plumbing don't decide to leave San Diego before it does.

This is our second AC unit with this company. We used them in 2008. We upgraded and had our second heating and air system with them this year. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the installation technicians were great.  THA is a wonderful company because they pay attention to all the customer's concerns.  It was an expensive project for us, and we had lots of questions. We did our research and checked other companies. But again we chose them. We are very happy with our unit and feel confident that these people back their product and their work.

Could not be happier with the service that Discount Plumbing Team provided us. We had a minor problem with a shower and Omar came out right away, diagnosed it in thorough detail so I could understand it and then fixed it in no time.
