Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. Chris called and recommended a water damage cleanup company to come out first. He then showed up later that day to evaluate and provided an estimate. He worked directly with my home insurance claims adjuster as well. When the first repair exposed additional problems he kept me informed the entire time. Chris definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I hope to not need his services for an emergency again but if I do he's my first call. And if I happen to do any remodeling in the future I'll insist that the general contractor uses Chris for the plumbing work.

I awoke to a cold shower. I called Plumbing Plus, and Maggie, the dispatcher told me a technician would be at my house between 12:00 and 2:00. Isaiah Maher showed up at 1:15. Isaiah was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. My Noritz water heater was 14 years old, and beyond repair. By 5:00, Isaiah had finished installing a new Noritz tankless water heater. My thanks to Isaiah Maher and Plumbing Plus for their excellent service.

Paul, the owner showed up ready to make my vision happen.  I was put off by a few other contractors who wanted to come in and tell me what they were going to do, I wanted to be heard and I found the right company in Element Construction!  Having never dealt with water damage and all that it entails, I was grateful for Paul's experience and how he dealt with my insurance company.  He wrote a detailed report refuting the initial adjusters estimate of damage to the point that they more than doubled the cost they were initially going to pay out.  

Paul provided me with vendors so I was not confined to what Home Depot or Lowes had to offer, he gave me a starting point on how much I could spend (insurance money) before we went into out of pocket.  He worked hard to make my dream come true and was very transparent to additional costs when I chose to upgrade.  All in all I would say that after the initial shock of having to deal with two bathroom remodels, this has been a very positive experience.  I would gladly recommend Paul and his team for any work you might be looking at in your home.

I had a great experience dealing with CSR Plumbing. They rebuilt the main water line manifold where the water line enters the house, installed new shutoff valves, pressure regulators, and a backflow preventer with strainer, and added about 40 feet of new 1 copper piping in the garage going to the outside for a new irrigation system mainline. The communication via email before the job started was quick and efficient, and the pricing reasonable. They showed up on time, got everything done quickly and cleaned up after they were done.

Overall, I'm super happy with CSR Plumbing's professionalism and the quality of their work. Would definitely hire again should the need arise.

Joe and his team provided impeccable service. Dealing with a leaking main servicing line for 2 months Above and Beyond was able to come properly diagnose and explain to me my options. When some outside entities threatened to delay the project, Joe and his crew worked tirelessly to make the deadline provided in the estimate. This was very important for me since I took time off work. From beginning to the end nothing but great maintenance and professionalism. Explained the procedures step by step and took pictures of the damaged main service line. Above and Beyond was a breath of fresh air after having multiple plumbers either try to rip me off or improperly diagnose the leak. Thanks Above and Beyomd. My go to for any plumbing needs.

I have used ASAP for several years.  They are always competitive in pricing and back up thier work. And for plumbers, they are on time when they give you an estimate upon arrival.

Sprung a slab leak in my home. Since we have had several leaks in the past five years we decided it was time to re-- pipe. Contacted several companies. Toby from Americal was at my home within 1 hour. Provided a quote in less than 10 minutes for Pex material with 25 year warranty. I signed the contract right then. He was honest and very fair with his estimate.

Toby scheduled us ASAP. His crew showed up the next day at my house first thing in the morning. They re--piped my entire home in less than five hours. My home is a 2 story four bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1800 ft.² these guys were professional and really knew what they were doing. My water was back on and fully functional by midday.

The next day the patch and drywall crew were again at my doorstep first thing in the morning. These guys had all the holes in the drywall patched and textured and were done by end of day.

My water heater burst in the wee hours in the morning but Christian showed up and saved the day! He was prompt, explained all the steps, got to work and finished everything quickly. Fantastic service! Noe came out to my house when I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. What we thought would be an easy fix turned out to be a much bigger problem. He fixed my entire faulty plumbing immediately and gave me a smokin' deal! Such a blessing especially because my husband was deployed at the time. I can't say enough positive comments about how professional, prompt, and efficient Johnny was.  He came prepared ready to fix my toilet and flooding problem and I don't think it could have been done faster, at such a reasonable price, with such friendliness and class.  He has 22+ years in the business and takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgable.  If you do have any plumbing issues you can rest at ease you are receiving professional service at an extremely fair price.  He will, without a doubt be my first call for whatever plumbing issues I have in the future.

AC went out over the scorching weekend.  Called Fred at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, he says his first available appt is Thursday AM, but will see if he swing by sooner if he can.  Calls me at 6:00 PM and asks if he can come by then.  Shows up at 6:30 PM, and has my AC up and running by 7:00 PM.  4 hours from my first call to him that same day, he has it fixed.  Fred is like an AC superhero!  I would HIGHLY recommend him.  Price was very reasonable.  He will be my go-to HVAC & plumbing resource going forward.  Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.
