Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have!

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I was very impressed with Plumbing Plus. Kyle was here quickly and he wore booties, gloves and masks to protect us. He was efficient and found the problem with our ice maker immediately.
He then went to see what was going on with our downstairs toilet.
He worked hard  and found the problem worked to fix it cleanly.
We are very pleased with this young man's work and work ethic.
We will certainly call again and ask for Kyle when we need a plumber.

These guy are worst. Huyen Pham is hard to talk with. He hung up on me.they came and was not willing to spend time w clients. This is an emergency and they scheduled to come on site after one week. They said they wouldn't start until after 3 weeks! What sort of business is this? My water was leaking like hell and they say they wouldn't start after almost 3 weeks. The problem is they wouldn't talk to you. After a short Q and A, They split. They took 2 days to write a proposal. I called the other plumber and he fixed it by rerouting my pipes in 3 hours only by himself with quality work nd time and reasonable. That's it No More csr. Huyens daddy was the best plumber. He fixed my plumbing wo problem.

We had a pipe burst under the house while away on vacation and came home to a mess! We called ASAP Drain Guys & Plumbing and they sent out Francisco on a Saturday night (he arrived 10 minutes after we called). What a nice guy with a good friendly attitude and great knowledge of plumbing! He had us fixed up with water back on in no time and did a detailed report with pictures that we were able to use Monday morning for our appointment with the insurance adjuster. He was even able to give us a direct number for the owner of San Diego Flood Busters who showed up first thing the next morning and got to work getting the water out of our house  and taking care of all the details. I highly recommend both companies!!

After our main sewer line backed up we had several plumbing companies assess what needed to be done. All estimates were in the thousands of dollars. Go Plumbing was the only one to offer a less-expensive (although less permanent) solution. They did the job efficiently and professionally. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Totally honest!! If someone is looking for a honest plumber this is the guy! Paul is pleasant and honest has morals and integrity. He's not out there to create  a problem he's there to resolve it! Our air conditioning was having a problem and it wasn't plumbing and he was the only one  to let us know when other plumbers told us lied. Don't be a  pushover with other plumbers and call Paul today. Paul will not disappoint you or mislead giving great  vibes.

I cannot think of any company who has provided me with better all-around service than what Mr. Rooter and its representatives recently provided me.
We were having a significant sewage back-up at our home.  Based on an acquaintance recommendation, I had a company respond to assess the situation.  That company identified the issue, provided two options and a quote for each.  With my limited knowledge of the problem, and the amount of money to complete the repairs, I chose to get a second opinion.
By chance, I saw San Diego 10 News does a short segment called Approved Home Pros, where they profiled Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs.  I called Mr.Rooter to ask about their services.  The phone representative was extremely friendly and informative, and offered to have one of their professionals respond to my home as soon as that same afternoon.  
I actually met with the technician, Luis Contreras, the following morning.  He arrived and after his quick assessment, requested a supervisor with a camera.  Javier (unknown last name) arrived within minutes and after a short evaluation, he confirmed the same problem that the previous company had reported.  The solution he suggested was actually a more thorough fix to the problem, and what surprised me most, was the cost of the repairs was significantly less than what I had been previously quoted by the first company.  When I accepted Javier's service offer, I expected that he would tell me a crew would be out within the next day or two to begin the work.  To my surprise, Luis immediately grabbed a shovel and began working on the repair.  
Over the next couple days, Luis and his work partner, Angel Rojas, worked diligently on the repairs.  My experience with prior work crews was that there seemed to be alot of down time, and little interaction.  Luis and Angel not only worked tirelessly each day, but took time to explain what they were doing and they were both incredibly friendly.
The repair required significant digging across the front of yard of our house.  I was amazed when I came home after they finished, to find that there was virtually no sign that they had even been there.  The lawn was replaced with no signs of digging, and the entire work site had been cleaned, swept and void of any marks or debris.
I could not be happier with the response and the work that the team from Mr. Rooter provided us.  But, for me personally, the positive attitude and the friendly, personable approach that I received from every member of the Mr. Rooter team is what I will remember most.  My experience could not have been better.

May AC died in the middle of the heat wave. I called several big name companies who could not come for 1-2 weeks. American Ace came the next day. I was anticipating having to replace the air conditioner, but they fixed it by replacing 2 capacitors (much cheaper). They were there when they said they would be. Very happy with this service!

Great service and on time despite a busy schedule. Oliver R. was very nice and professional, explained everything he was doing and possible outcomes. Very happy that he could remove the toy my daughter flushed! Definitely would recommend and use THA again in the future.

Really great experience with Cody and his team on getting a new water pressure regulator on my main water line.  Price was fair and they were extremely knowledgeable about educating me on the issues at hand.  They even went above and beyond by checking the water pressure on my water heater, which was recently replaced.  Would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them back soon to handle some bigger and more cumbersome jobs in the house.

I initially found Coverall Plumbing on a FB neighborhood page and I'm glad I reached out. Armando's response time was great. He was really friendly and very informative. He addressed the three issues I had (wobbly toilet, leaking hot water knob, stove gas line) and was honest about them. Calling a plumber is not top on my list of favorite things to do.  We had a water leak and called Touchdown Plumbing.  Edwin came and investigated, explained and showed us what he found, gave us a quote and repaired the leak.  We called in the morning and he came mid day (whew!). He was thorough, and advised us that other pipes needed replacement but didn't pressure us to do any additional repair.  He checked water pressure before he left, measured the drywall for us.  He was pleasant, wore a mask (due to current recommendations). He cleaned up the area nicely.  Thank you Rich and Edwin!

Fantastic.  My issue wasn't an emergency but they showed up in 20 minutes!  I was expecting to make an appointment for a few days later.  Fixed my issue and then fixed my toilet at no charge.  Highly recommended.
