Best Water Filtration System Repair in Chula Vista CA
We've been using Rayne for over 20 years
First an RO system which I couldn't live without. Now we've installed a soft water system that I never knew I needed until I got it.
It's so easy they come and every few months and add salt, I never even see them it's just done like magic
I've had great customer service and have recommended them to many friends

CSR was just what I was looking for. I had a leak in my crawlspace and needed it repaired right away. Ray came for a free estimate and was so thorough about all the details and discussed different options to help make it as affordable as possible. He also was very patient and helped me make an appointment asap even though I was still looking for quotes so that it would be available if I needed it.
Vincent came out and did the actual repair and scoped the line for me and he was great at communicating and was very quick and efficient.
Ray got back to me a few days later to discuss the results of the scope and make sure everything was alright. I really appreciate having a neighborhood plumbing company who is reliable and kind to help whenever it's needed. Thank you CSR!

Very positive experience with this company. We had a kitchen remodel so needed somebody to remove & reinstall our system. Extremely polite, professional & knowledgeable. On time, didn't rush to get the job done, and did a fantastic job reinstalling & replacing our filters. They have a new customer for life & I highly recommend WPS!

Brandon showed up with a smile, on time, extremely polite & professional! I have had extremely negative experiences in the past so he really regained my faith that there are honest and dependable companies that hire very high quality employees. He provided a very reasonable quote for a shower faucet repair and left me with peace of mind that I finally have found a five star plumbing service that I can trust! Highly Recommend!

I sent request to multiple plumbers in the area and Paul was the 1st to respond. We scheduled drain clearing appointment for the same day. Paul showed up on time, couldn't have been nicer, and cleared the drain for a reasonable price. Basically, everything you could ask for. Will definitely reach out to Paul for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Joey from Courtesy plumbing saved us!!!
Both bathrooms in our house in El Cajon clogged up on Saturday. Sinks, toilets, tubs. It was awful. With a two year old and another baby due next week you can imagine the urgency.
Panicked, I started calling major plumbing companies in SD. Big mistake right there.
Jose from Roto Rooter came out Sunday. He wanted to cut the sink to access the main line, which may or may not work and is expensive. Then he suggested we hydro through the roof, which is about a grand out of pocket. Also may or may not work.
Monday our home warranty company (a huge disaster in itself) finally got Rick from Mission plumbing to our house. Rick is not a nice guy to begin with. He suggested we dig up the backyard to put in a clean out. We have one already and I showed it to Rick. He chose to ignore it. He also suggested hydro but he doesn't do it. Rick wished us luck and left.
By now, were day three without bathrooms. One can only hold poop for so long.
Out of desperation I started calling around any and all plumbers and Courtesy happened to actually answer the phone. This was late afternoon Monday. The lady I spoke to was super nice and understanding. She listened patiently to my $hit storm of a story and offered to get someone out there in a couple of hours to assess the issue. If we did in fact have to hydro they could return the next morning.
Joey showed up an hour or so later. Super nice, friendly guy. Took a look around, popped one of the toilets off, stuck a machine in the hole, cleared the clog right up, talked to us about recommended maintenance, which products to use and eventually replacing one of the problematic toilets with a certain brand. He cleaned up, charged us a fraction of what was quoted by others and took off. All in under an hour.
Now, on one hand I'm super happy, my pregnant wife can pee again.
On the other hand, WTFingFk!!! Had I called Courtesy first, I would've spare my family and myself days of extreme discomfort and aggravation. Still super pissed of about the whole thing.
Anyhoo, If you happen to read this, I'm a real customer with a real house in El Cajon and we were in real deep $hit. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and call Courtesy first.

Fast response to my after-hours inquiry, and even faster service. They had a technician on site the next morning and he had all the parts needed for my air conditioning repair. Price was a bit high, but I don't mind paying for good fast service.

John rocks. Quick, affordable and responsive. Bonus he texts and takes Venmo. Double bonus it's his business so the money goes to him and his family.

I found this company after searching high and low on the internet and After having our 3rd leak from our old piping system, I called Radi to see if he'd on honor our quote from almost a year ago.. which was very competitive. he did! Stefan and his crew were able to start the next day and made the whole process seamless. They were able to work around all the other equipment (drying fans, sectioned off) and kept it extremely professional. Answering any concerns I had and they cleaned up like they were never there. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a repipe. Thanks again fellas!

After having bad experiences with Tarpy Plumbing, called All Time based on the strong Yelp and other reviews. Ruben was professional and did strong work, but the pricing was somewhat high. Ended up being about $1,100 for four hours of work (including time to go get parts) for some relatively simple plumbing fixes. Not dissatisfied with the quality, but we were looking to find someone who would be our go-to plumber for all future projects, and we'll be continuing the search.
