Working with Shaun was a great experience. He was friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He showed up in a mask and explained everything that he was going to do. He quickly got to work to fix some ghetto plumbing issues that were outside the drywall. Cleaned and re-routed everything so that I can drywall without any issues. I will definitely be calling again when I need help running a gas line to the BBQ.

I had originally left a negative review on Yelp since I wasn't able to get through to them when I tried to call in and ask a question and schedule something. However, they have definitely redeemed themselves and I am very VERY well pleased.

To their defense, I never left a voicemail, which I should have done from the beginning. I merely called and hung up if they didn't pick up.
Huyen had reached out to me on Black Friday, even though they were off. I appreciated that. He then proceeded in answering my questions via text and emails, too, even during non-business hours.

I had gotten 5-7 quotes by this point, and Huyen was the most competitive, so I went with him, even though his availability was the most limiting. It sucked having to wait since I had toilet issues, but the wait was worth it.

Huyen and Mike (who looks like Bill Murray) came to my house to replace four toilets along with the supply lines and angle stops. They supplied me with all of their products. I trusted that the prices he was charging me for the products were competitive and better than maybe some things you could get at Home Depot/Lowe's (I had originally purchased toilets at Home Depot since they were on sale and cheaper there, but due to logistical issues, I just returned them and bought the products from Huyen).

They took care of the task in about 3.5 hours. I keep an Asian household (no shoes inside), and they were really diligent about their shoe covers, despite how inconvenient it can be. It's also cool to see the owner (Huyen) come out and do the actual plumbing work as well.

I had asked about replacing the gas water heater with an electric one, but he advised me that it's cheaper to stick with the gas water heater. I mention this because it shows that he is an honest guy and a man of integrity.

I highly recommend them and plan on using him for future plumbing needs.

Jake was great! Responsive, competitive quote upfront, had more to offer than other bids, came early, got right to work and bang, done! Highly recommended. Will use again for other plumbing projects.

Javier and Andrew did an amazing job when they came out. They were quick to respond, and were efficient and courteous. They were thorough in their explanation of what was wrong with my plumbing, and did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issue. They also displayed great compassion towards myself and my family during the devastating flood we had prior to them coming out. They are extremely skilled workers, and I am so grateful to them for doing a timely and excellent job.

OVERPRICED! A small section of pipe and he quoted over $800. Clearly in it for the money. Please get other estimates before having service done with Joyce Plumbing.

Several visits for entire repair project. Each time arrived about 15 minutes early to start setting up. Always courteous, professional. Explained everything and showed before and after videos to ensure I understood the end results. Called and emailed video copies and followed up.
Thorough clean up after each day.

While I hated that the sewer pipe had a major hole and a 5' crack in the middle, Perry Plumbing (John and Justin) were fast reacting and thorough. I am very pleased.

I was very impressed with work, professional and very accommodating, but most important I felt the price was very good and even on a Sunday there were no extra charges. The response was immediate to my request and from the time I reached out to yelp to the time that Go plumbing arrived , quoted , complete was so fast and the product they introduced ( flexible copper pipes that bend and eliminates the need for endless elbow bends ) was a product I never heard of (as an architect)

Amir came in to my house at Otay Ranch a few days ago to fix an issue I was having with my AC. He was very informative, friendly and kind. My master bedroom bathroom toilet broke due to rust on the tank and it cracked. My insurance cover the water damage but not a toilet replacement so I was looking for a replacement and at a loss. I reached out to several contractors and Mariana was the first to reach out and assist in the questions I had. After comparing a few contractors, she was the best choice. Being a small business, I always want to help out and AWO plumbing did not disappoint!! Not to mention that she being a female plumber in a male dominated industry; she was very professional and knowledgeable. This made my wife comfortable with the process.

Prior to hiring, we discuss the work and the price was fair and reasonable. She was available for the job and would work on our schedule.

Being a family business, she, her husband and her son arrived at our home and began their assessment and found another issue and recommended repairing the existing issue. Afterwards she did a walkthrough of the area and made sure everything was properly cleaned and ready.  I highly recommended her for any plumbing services.

Customer service is important to me and it's definitely important to JJ Drain.  They repaired a rusted out water heater that started leaking last Friday, the same day.

My wife purchased a new water heater at Home Depot while I cleared out the garage and left it at Will Call for them.  The father (dispatch) was extremely friendly answering mine and my wife's questions.  They (Jason and Jerr) uninstalled the old heater, picked up the new one at HD, and installed it all within an hour or so.  While Jerr was installing, Jason had offered me some great tips for plumbing noise, water pressure, and even how to handle a new plumbing problem that arose the same time my water heater crapped out.  Jerr then demonstrated how

I had a clogged sink on a Saturday morning. My call was answered and a plumber, Jomar, was here within the hour. He called to tell me he was 12 minutes away which I appreciated - and upon arrival was polite, courteous, patient, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

I sent request to multiple plumbers in the area and Paul was the 1st to respond.  We scheduled drain clearing appointment for the same day.  Paul showed up on time, couldn't have been nicer, and cleared the drain for a reasonable price.  Basically, everything you could ask for. Will definitely reach out to Paul for any other plumbing needs in the future.

Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.

Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.

Josh, the plumber, came to the house on time and assessed the issue. He unclogged the drain but said there is an issue with the pipes under the sink and he would email a quote. Overall very pleased with the service. Just waiting on that email!
