Great quick service!   Very easy and responsive.  Exactly what i was hoping for.  Would definetly recommend.

We had a leaking copper pipe on my attic. Called BDP in the morning and they sent the tech to my home in 1 hour. It was on July 3rd, most companies were not working, but BDP had really fast reaction with my request.

Changed the 90 turn in 1 hour with good quality. I would like to give them 5 stars for this service.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

I would highly recommend CML plumbing to anyone. Chris called me back immediately after I inquired about a leak issue in my home. He explained all of the possibilities given my description. Though he was extremely busy, he still answered all of my questions thoroughly and even came to my home that same day. He and Jimmy were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They saved my home from further damage due to a slab leak. I can't thank them enough and they are the only plumbers I will ever call!

They did a great job installing new pipe for the hot water in my house after the old one bursted. Vincent and Julio were on time, they worked very hard all day, and they were very careful. They had masks and wore protective boots all the time when they were in the house. They cleaned up when the work was done and left the house spotless. Highly recommended!!!

I had the bathtub cast iron P trap replaced.  That work was fine.  To get access to the P trap, the vanity was removed.  The next day, I noticed that when they put back the vanity, it was not put back in the same spot. I called and had the technician come back out and look at it and he said that it could not be put back in the same spot without the tile backsplash being removed or damaged. If I were putting it back, I could have done it, but since I was paying for their work, I wanted them to fix it.  I asked who is responsible for fixing this and he said that I was.  So, I fixed it myself and it cost me $379.  Also, they could have cleaned up a little bit better.

An amazing experience all the way around. My 15 year old hot water heater started to leak, and I knew immediately I was interested in a more modern, energy efficient tankless water heater. I spoke to John on the phone and he gave me multiple options and offered some advice when it came to purchasing a tankless water heater. I called multiple other plumbers in the area and found that John charged a very competitive price without any hidden costs.

John, and one of his other employees, Denver, came out to my place and spent the day hauling out my old unit and fitting the tankless heater. He did a VERY professional job and the new unit is working great.

The BEST part of my experience was John's follow-up. He called multiple times to ask how the unit was running, gave me advice on how to care and maintain the unit, and made sure I was a happy customer. Will, without a doubt, use again for other plumbing needs.

I had a minor leak in my bathtub drain which was affecting the unit below me. I was fortunate to have William and Cameron diagnose my problem quickly and return within a short time period to repair the problem . They also provided two different options with different costs to choose from which we really appreciated. The entire experience was not only done with the height of professionalism and knowledge, but with great attitudes and even some laughter which is a rare find today. I needed to have two new shut off valves installed. Tech showed up same day and was very professional!

Using SDG&E's System Assessment & Improvement program, I was assigned to THA Heating & Air to perform the service. This is not a free service. I scheduled the work to be done and THA missed the appointment completely. When I called towards the end of the appointment window, the operator said the technician was held up and wouldn't make it. Half of my day blown waiting for them during a weekday, but hey... it was during one of the heat waves, so I let it slide. Any business can make a mistake.

2nd appointment. Same thing. Again, they didn't show up or bother to call. I finally called the company and they said the technician couldn't make it. They said call back the next day to reschedule an appointment.

3rd appointment, they said they couldn't schedule it and would call back when they had an availability. No call for a week.

Called again and no one answered the phone for the afternoon.

Requested another contractor through SDG&E. They can't connect me with another contractor, so they called the president at THA. President responded to them, He should call and schedule appointment.

Well if it were only that simple.

Highly professional and very knowledgeable!!

My master bedroom bathroom toilet broke due to rust on the tank and it cracked. My insurance cover the water damage but not a toilet replacement so I was looking for a replacement and at a loss. I reached out to several contractors and Mariana was the first to reach out and assist in the questions I had. After comparing a few contractors, she was the best choice. Being a small business, I always want to help out and AWO plumbing did not disappoint!! Not to mention that she being a female plumber in a male dominated industry; she was very professional and knowledgeable. This made my wife comfortable with the process.

Prior to hiring, we discuss the work and the price was fair and reasonable. She was available for the job and would work on our schedule.

Mariana made time for us and was ready to help!
Being a family business, she, her husband and her son arrived at our home and began their assessment and found another issue and recommended repairing the existing issue. Afterwards she did a walkthrough of the area and made sure everything was properly cleaned and ready.  I highly recommended her for any plumbing services.

I don't know about you, but it's tough for me to find a plumber who will answer the phone, let alone one who will actually show up and do a good job. I found all that with J&J plumbing!

I had a busted pipe flooding my garden by my house yesterday. I couldn't get it to stop leaking except by turning off the water to the whole house. I was worried because it was Friday and I didn't want to live without water for 3 or 4 days until a plumber showed up.

J&J was one of the plumbers I found online. When I called, Kerry (not sure if that's how you spell his name) actually answered the phone! I explained the problem to him and he was really nice and promised to stop by that same day. Then he showed up early! He said the leak was really coming from the inside of the wall and not from the pipe itself, so repairing the pipe wouldn't fix it. I was so glad that he really looked at it instead of just assuming that I know what I'm doing - because I don't!

He ran to the store and got parts and took care of the problem all in one day! And his fees were totally reasonable -- no emergency charges! He even came all the way out to Ramona to help me, even though he was working in Chula Vista earlier that day. And he was cheerful, nice and easy to talk to. What are the odds?

Tried to charge me $480 for a snake in the sink and shower drain.... called another plumber for it done for less then 200$ ... what discount? That  is a lie. More like rip off plumbing lol

I needed a plumber for a simple bathroom sink drain clog...As I normally do, I came right to Yelp for my search. Reviews are what impress me...I saw this business and the positive feedback he received, and decided to give him a chance.
Paul showed up early to our appointment, and was finished within 10min. He is respectful and courteous..even closing the door as he snaked the drain to keep the noise down. His prices are comparable! I'd def hire him again when I need him.

Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.

Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.

Yesterday was my birthday and I'm pregnant so extra emotional so when the main sewage line that connects our home with our vacation rental backed up causing our toilets to overflow with black water and seep into our floors I was desperate to get someone over to help.

From the comforting reassurance from Joshua over the phone, and the calming presence of Eric and Joe who were so professional and good humored around the guests staying in our vacation home and getting the main line cleared up quickly I knew I was in good hands.
