I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Our master shower drain needed to be jack hammered out and replaced. Chris came out and quoted us a price for this which was inline with our final price. Josh performed the job and was pleasant. The job took longer than expected because of an error in shipping made by their supplier. Once the product came on they got back to our house the soonest they could. Definitely got the the most honest and up front feeling from Chris than other plumbing companies that came out to quote us.

Not sure why i havent left a review before as i always Use CSR for all my plumbing needs.  I have a rental condo and the water heater needed replacing.  After calling CSR, Huyen was able to get someone on site in 20 mins.   The water heater was replaced about 3 hours later.  Needless to say my renters were very impressed.  

I have also used them for my residence.  From clearing clogged kitchen sinks to replacing seals on toilets, they do it all.

Knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient... The service from this company was ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations!! We had several plumbers come out to check our issue and there wasn't one that I was comfortable letting repair it. When Joe came out I had a much different feeling, he explained everything in detail and didn't mind all my questions. Repair was done on a day that was comfortable for us and even before the expected finish time! We found our plumber!!

Our water bill doubled during the most recent billing cycle and suspected a water leak. Saturday at 12 p.m we realized our granny flat was clogged. We had company from out of town and we're having a huge family get together at 4 pm. John was at our house within a couple of hours and had it fixed and cleaned up quickly. He was busy that day but since my husband explained that we had a party he made it happen. I had a hot water slab leak , called ASAP they sent Diego out and he outlined what needed to be done.   Several days later Diego and Tim came out and rerouted the hot water line.  They were fast and did not leave a mess.   I will recommend them to friends and call them again if I get plumbing issues.

Having just renovated my house, and knowing that I would one day have a slab leak (as have many neighbors), I decided to proactively repipe my house to have all plumbing moved above ground.  I conducted evaluations of several potential plumbing companies, and ultimately chose Ameri-Cal Repipe, which turned out to be an excellent decision.   From the first engagement with Toby and the folks at Ameri-Cal, I was impressed.  Toby's initial walk through and estimate was very thorough; he provided me with details of exactly what, how, and when everything would be done.  In the following days as I had more questions, Toby responded to my text messages immediately with answers and reassurance that the job would be done right.  Throughout the process, Toby was extremely polite and professional.   Upon initiating the work, the process proceeded as follows.  On the first day, four plumbers repiped our entire house with PEX.  On the second day we had an inspection, and on the third and fourth days drywallers repaired dozens of holes in the walls.  Each and everyone I interacted with from Ameri-Cal Repipe, whether in person, on the phone, or via email, was courteous, respectful, and demonstrated the utmost in professionalism.  I am extremely pleased that I chose Ameri-Cal to do this work and would definitely recommend them for repipe work, as you can be assured they will be respectful of you and your home and do a great job.

5-STAR, White-glove customer service! I had a 4-foot piece of broken clay piping (located under the city street) which I was obligated as the homeowner to pay out of pocket for in the city of San Marcos. I had a company come out to perform the work that needed to be done before I called Perry Plumbing and after performing a sewer scope, they told me, I am sorry, but we cannot fix this problem. I called Perry Plumbing and they sent Justin out the same day within 3 hours to assess the situation; mind you, they generally don't service the San Marcos area. He assessed the situation and sent me multiple options the same day on how to fix the problem. The work orders laid out the work to be done in very specific detail. Once I decided to pull the trigger, Perry Plumbing sent somebody out the very next day to start digging through my driveway. The following day, Justin and Nathan showed up first thing in the morning and removed 2 large rocks and a large piece of broken clay from the pipe! Seeing photos and video from their camera of the blockage, it seemed that it would be nearly impossible to remove everything. After removal, they lined the pipe where the break was located and the pipe is fixed better than before. These two went above and beyond to service my home. Justin made himself available 24/7 by quickly responding to my messages and phone calls. I would recommend Perry Plumbing, Justin, and Nathan to anybody who is having a plumbing issue and wants the BEST service out there.

I used the $89 coupon to snake the main drain. It's a good deal since renting a snake from HD would cost you about the same. I hope I can use the coupon more than once since due to roots I need it done every 6 months or so
