Most home owners can relate to the anxiety of trying to find quotes for when something goes wrong. Research, comparative shopping, assessing trustworthiness, etc. it's all a big hassle.

I was about to start this circus for my water heater and Original Plumbing was the first to come through. Immediate impression was they were very professional, respectful of the home, offered to wear a mask, put on booties b4 entering the home. Solid at every turn.

With respect to the actual service. The final price was in line with the quote, the situation was explained succinctly and plainly. (I knew what was wrong but I don't have the skills to b messing with plumbing). So it was reassuring that they were not trying to take advantage of any possible ignorance I might have had. I had no need to see anyone else and I pretty much found my plumber - hopefully nothing else breaks for a while.

Great service! I had roots in my backyard drain and they skillfully removed them all with a snake very quickly. Another company, Rooter Hero, attempted the same but failed after trying for more than a day. Just watching the technicians from those two companies make it abundantly clear Mr Rooter's techs were skilled and knew what they were doing.

Fred and American Ace Plumbing exceeds any experience I have had with home repair of any kind. Our air conditioner went on the blink, family had a rough night sleeping. I called other air conditioning repair companies and they had a 3 week waiting list. I called Fred and he came out that evening! He promptly found and repaired the broken wire and gave me other helpful hints and advice.

Fred and American Ace is as good as it gets, seriously - just look at all the 4star reviews from real customers.

I called THA because the furnace would start the immediately turn off. Enrique made the call and showed me where the fan motor was not spinning because the ball bearings were shot. Fan motor must be replaced with the entire assembly for $550 but he recommended the whole furnace be replaced for $2000!

I was rather stunned but after he left I looked at the fan motor and I could see an accumulation of saw dust. Upon vacuuming and lubricating the shaft of the fan it now works fine.

I called the shop wanting to talk with the owner but he will not return my calls.
